Before arriving the Horizon Office called us to let us know the Tech was on his way.-[redacted] was very courteous & concerned for our no heat problem. He introduced himself , put on his booty covers and went directly to diagnose the problem. I told him the codes by counting the blinking light on the 4 yr old Bryant 90x furnace,first a code 33 then it would become a code 13 -the symptoms and he proceeded. He checked the entire Gas furnace explaining to me what he was doing and the function of each part of the system.He also checked the outside vent tubes. He suspected an intermittent problem with the main blower motor, but we couldn't recreate the problem as it was working fine.. There was some excess water in the tubes. He explained to me how to reset the system in case of it shutting down again after a call for heat. System was up & running. He then went and checked out the Thermostat ,which was OK. [redacted] is Very knowledgeable and answered any questions We had. He left his optional recommendations and to call the office if we had the problem again.and he would return. We were put at ease .The system was fine until about 2 hrs later and went off again .I called the office and [redacted] returned after his next call. He checked out the system again and the adjusted the burners. He stayed to monitor the system cycling and of course it ran fine. He gave us a a direct number in case again. The system ran fine until the next morning and shut down again. [redacted] wasn't available but 45 minutes after my morning call another Tech showed up .Veteran Tech [redacted]. He told me that he spoke with [redacted] and was up to speed on the situation. That impressed me that they briefed each other and that I didn't have to explain it all over again. Frank D performed his own inspection of the entire system, outside too and did some additional fine tuning. He concurred with the intermittent blower problem and not leaning toward replacement of the Mother Board. He recommended replacing the blower motor which was still under warranty,but it was my decision with no pressure. Since this was for the Heat & AC I opted to replace the motor..Unfortunately-he did not have the part- but gave us superior advice on keeping the system running until the new special order part came in to be installed. A few days later the Office called to set up an appt. for installation. The new blower was installed and the system has been running fine.so far.We had a list of "Layman"questions and [redacted] answered and expanded on them. I would recommend Horizon Services s I have a service contract with them .Also and they do have special discount coupons by mail and online. I became aware of Horizon Services from mailings and my Neighbor

What great service, just like on TV. Orange booties, uniform, pleasant young man. It seems as though my drain problem had fixed itself, there was no charge and Roscoe double checked everything before he left.

I am exceedingly pleased with the punctual arrival of [redacted]. to access the needs of a toilet that was not refilling tank successfully. He provided two options, one to rebuild the toilet and the other to install new one, $600 difference in price. Recommended rebuild with 2year warranty. I am pleased with the speed with which the repair was completed. Respected my money and my time!

We had what we thought were leaking pipes but instead turned out to be our hot water heater. He arrived early and diagnosed the problem. Within the hour the new tank was delivered and immediately installed. Job was done professionally and there was no sign that we had any work done. Job site was spotless and the new hardwood floor we had did not have a print of dirt. I would definitely ask for [redacted] any time I need plumbing services. A true professional.

They are always professional, courteous and seem to genuinely care about the work they are doing and my satisfaction. I have never had a negative interaction with them.

I purchased the High Performance A/C tune up from Horizon Services. [redacted]. came out on the service call and he was great. He was able to explain everything they were looking for, areas for me to keep an eye out for while doing regular maintenance, and suggested installation of a condensate trap (EZ Trap) as a preventative measure. Great service with helpful explanations. I will continue to use Horizon Services. Thanks!

We had a leak in our ceiling from our 2nd floor bathroom and weren't sure if it was coming from the tub or the toilet. Andrew arrived and was so knowledgable about the issue. He had to cut into our ceiling to locate the issue and he made as small a hole as possible. He located the area that was the problem (the toilet!) and fixed it for us that same day. He was very friendly, quick, and clean. We would definitely use Andrew again for any plumbing issue! Highly recommend

He was neat, wore booties, respected my home, was very polite, helpful, and also able to answer questions I had about HVAC and other services that Horizon does. This is a great company and I am happy that I will be doing business with them in the future for AC, Heater and other issues should they develop. It was very hot today, but [redacted] kept his cool and was super gentlemen and also a great example of your Company. Keep it up! I give [redacted] an A+ and he deserves a raise whenever his review comes up. I'd be happy to give testimony to that effect should it be needed.

P.S. He also was so kind to give me a 15 minute warning of his arrival, so I could put my two puppies away. I appreciate that so very much.

My technician for this service was [redacted] arrived at the front end of the time slot (he arrived at approx. 2:30; with the time window being 2:00 - 6:00. He arrived at the door and immediately introduced himself. Slipped the orange floor protectors over his shoes and proceeded to ask where the individual units were located (thermostat, exchange unit, and heat pump/AC unit). Went directly to work and kept me informed after each unit was inspected. Upon completion of inspecting and "tweeking" the entire system, [redacted] asked if I had any questions and made some recommendations for down the road service. Overall, extremely pleased with todays inspection. No hassle, no pressure.

[redacted] came to our house and was very friendly and easy to talk to. he asked a few questions about our water heater and then went right downstairs to diagnose the problem. he was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong, explained it very clearly to me and gave me several options on how to proceed. he did the work clean and quickly and offered advice I felt was helpful. I thought the final cost of work to be fair and appreciated the extra he saved me. if you need any kind of plumbing/heating work done i'd recommend asking for [redacted].
