He was on time, personable and provided several good suggestions on how to save money and improve our AC service. He was even will founded in water heater replacement and what equipment should be bought when we replace it. [redacted]

[redacted] with Horizon was awesome! He was totally professional and explained the service call in length. He even showed me how to replace the heater filter. I hope that Horizon realizes what an asset he is for the company!

My technician for this service was [redacted] arrived at the front end of the time slot (he arrived at approx. 2:30; with the time window being 2:00 - 6:00. He arrived at the door and immediately introduced himself. Slipped the orange floor protectors over his shoes and proceeded to ask where the individual units were located (thermostat, exchange unit, and heat pump/AC unit). Went directly to work and kept me informed after each unit was inspected. Upon completion of inspecting and "tweeking" the entire system, [redacted] asked if I had any questions and made some recommendations for down the road service. Overall, extremely pleased with todays inspection. No hassle, no pressure.

Horizon itself was very responsible. They had sent someone to clear a clogged laundry tub drain last week. He cleared the drain. However, something he dislodged in the process caused a second clog a week later, and they sent [redacted] to take care of it, all under their $99 guarantee. Thanks guys!!

We had a great experience with Horizon. From the first phone call, everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and courteous. We were able to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call. Our technician, Kenneth, was very thorough and helpful. He was patient with all of my questions and concerns and gave us a lot of information and explanation about our situation. Our problem wasn't an emergency and we did not have any immediate work done, and we were not charged. It was really nice to have expert help and not have to pay for a company to just show up. I would absolutely recommend their services to others.
