We had a great experience with Horizon. From the first phone call, everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and courteous. We were able to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call. Our technician, Kenneth, was very thorough and helpful. He was patient with all of my questions and concerns and gave us a lot of information and explanation about our situation. Our problem wasn't an emergency and we did not have any immediate work done, and we were not charged. It was really nice to have expert help and not have to pay for a company to just show up. I would absolutely recommend their services to others.

[redacted] was the plumber who came to my house from Horizon. The plumber was required to install a new sump pump and install a drain line for the existing pump. The pumps have worked very well since the installation.The plumber was efficient and explained the entire procedure to me. I felt that the job was well done.

My A/C wasn't working, went through the usual scramble trying to find an honest, reliable company to come out and take a look. After reading reviews on Yelp, I was impressed that the company addressed every review thinking that if they cared enough to do that they must really care about their image and therefore, their service.

Setting an appointment was very easy, the operator was extremely friendly and courteous. But the tech was simply awesome - Frank D. called a half hour before the appointment window to let me know when he would be here, and then was actually here when he said (trust me, that doesn't always happen). Very personable and conscientious. Immediate problem pinpointed quickly, gave estimates for a variety of scenarios without being pushy or hardsell, or bullying, which is much appreciated.

[redacted] was very helpful at the visit today for my backed up drain and toilet. he explained everything to me that he was going to do and what the costs would be. I am very pleased with the service I received today.

We contacted Horizon services because there was a coupon in the newspaper, $99.00 to clear a drain, and the kitchen drain was clogged. The technician was scheduled for the same day, and called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. [redacted] was his name. He was respectful, professional, workmanlike and efficient.
