[redacted] was to my home to open a slow draining drain. He was personable, respectful as well as knowledgeable. it was also considerate of my home and how it left it. there was a difficulty getting the drain fully opened but assured me he woukd not leave until he had, which he did.

Coming home from work at 4pm on the coldest day of the year to find my heater was kaput was not very nice! My heater was serviced and installed by another company that I will not mention here. The other companies ER tech came within two hours while getting lost with his GPS that somehow couldn't find my address....Charged me $99 and said the part should be available tomorrow. I wanted second opinion so my mom had some heating and plumbing issues last year and she was so happy with Horizon. I see the commercials on TV and hear them also on the radio... I thought let me get a second opinion, especially b/c the part was conveniently no longer covered under warranty. My appointment time with Horizon was the next day at 10am. The "other" company could not get the part until the next day...well it is bit chilly in my house....BRRR! So my back up plan worked. I'm sorry it wasn't my first plan but having the warranty and all, I was sure what to do. [redacted] promptly showed up ten minutes early without any GPS issues. I told him my story, he checked with his warehouse and less than hour later the part arrived and he replaced it without incidence. I got a life-time warranty for the part and I am exceptionally pleased with the results. [redacted] is my angel of heat! I am going to have them come back in the spring to service my A.C. and check the plumbing to make sure all is in working order. [redacted] came out to replace the pressure switch on our heating system, and install a new thermostat. He was very professional and personable. Was in and out in no time, and while he was here, we barely knew he was.

My A/C wasn't working, went through the usual scramble trying to find an honest, reliable company to come out and take a look. After reading reviews on Yelp, I was impressed that the company addressed every review thinking that if they cared enough to do that they must really care about their image and therefore, their service.

Setting an appointment was very easy, the operator was extremely friendly and courteous. But the tech was simply awesome - Frank D. called a half hour before the appointment window to let me know when he would be here, and then was actually here when he said (trust me, that doesn't always happen). Very personable and conscientious. Immediate problem pinpointed quickly, gave estimates for a variety of scenarios without being pushy or hardsell, or bullying, which is much appreciated.

The technician that sent to provide maintenance to my HVAC was very customer friendly,gave honest feedback and appropriate recommendations. I would recommend [redacted] in particular just because of his personality and honesty about what his capabilities are and what the company can really do for you.
