The technician, [redacted], arrived at my house on time after being notified via phone by Horizon customer service. [redacted] was polite and helpful. He explained the problem and what I could do to prevent the issue in the future.

Horizon Services' [redacted] inspected my clogged drain, diagnosed the likely cause, cleared the drain, and left my home clean. He was polite, thorough and thoughtful. Horizon itself was very responsible. They had sent someone to clear a clogged laundry tub drain last week. He cleared the drain. However, something he dislodged in the process caused a second clog a week later, and they sent [redacted] to take care of it, all under their $99 guarantee. Thanks guys!!

A great experience! [redacted] called to say he would be at the house in 20 minutes and pulled up exactly 20 minutes later! He carefully reviewed all paperwork and hooked us up with an appointment to discuss our future HVAC needs. Appreciated that he was very personable and nice to my young kids. Will definitely use Horizon Services in the future!

[redacted] arrived within the timeframe promised and quickly got to work. He was able to unclog a drain that the plumber sent the previous day was unable to, and professional in his demeanor and behavior. The flat rate for service is also a plus for this business.

We used Horizon to clear plugged drains. [redacted] was our technician. He seemed to do a very good job (time will tell, of course) and was friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with the work performed by [redacted]. from Horizon Services and his associate in clearing two drains at my house. He was very intent on clearing as many roots as possible and was going to put a note in the computer that Horizon should return with a drain camera to check the drain by the washer if I notice things getting backed up up again; he said I would not be charged.

I scheduled an annual maintenance/check-up for a heating/air conditioning system installed by Horizon earlier this year. The technician,[redacted], arrived w/i the scheduled window and I was given a heads up just before his arrival. The tech was very professional and efficient, and took the time to patiently explain what he was doing and why. He also provide advice on how to get the best performance out of the system. After discussing options for filters and explaining in detail the pros and cons of each, I decided to upgrade to an electric filter. The same tech made that installation a few days later and again provided very helpful information during the installation. Overall my experience was very positive with both horizon and the technician [redacted] from the first phone call to the completion of the service.
