[redacted] was the plumber who came to my house from Horizon. The plumber was required to install a new sump pump and install a drain line for the existing pump. The pumps have worked very well since the installation.The plumber was efficient and explained the entire procedure to me. I felt that the job was well done.

[redacted] came to us on a cold Saturday morn after we didn't have any winter heat for a day. We have a crazy oil heater and setup which presented several issue. Bottom line is that after some time, we had heat, happy kids and happy pet. [redacted] was professional and knowledgeable and very good at what he does.

I just wanted to say that our technician today was wonderful! He went above and beyond just the usual air conditioner check. He was extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable. He provided a lot of time and care to answer my questions and offered helpful advice and components to keep everything running as smoothly as possible! I am so glad that we decided to depend on Horizon for our heating and air conditioning service, and furthermore, I would highly recommend Horizon to anyone else for all of the above reasons.
