I had my equipment installed in the spring (heating and ac) and I have had to call them 3 times about the heat not working. How many times do I have to deal with a brand new heater not working before someone actually does something about it? The scheduler was rude and difficult and kept saying the same thing like a robot without caring about actually helping us. I wish I had known this before switching from Hutchinson to Horizon. They suck you in with their promises about warranties and service and then they completely fail to fix the problem. It's all smoke and mirrors. I am going back go Hutchinson where they really care about their customers.

[redacted] was excellent both in his work and his customer service. He made me very comfortable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend him.

[redacted]. arrived at my house promptly after I called Horizon Services and told them that it was 82 degrees in my house and that the air conditioner was not working and that I was not comfortable. [redacted]. diagnosed the problem, looked up and ordered a replacement board which was delivered to my house within a short time.. [redacted]. replaced the faulty board with the new board and the air conditioner is working once again. It was also helpful that [redacted]. showed me how to work my digital thermostat sice I was not sure that I had set it correctly. [redacted]. was prompt, efficient, and courteous.

Service rep and scheduling department were prompt and courteous. All work was done quickly and in a professional manner.

I had a Horizon "Home Warranty" come with the purchase of my home several years ago. We had a check valve on our boiler go bad and called Horizon, our Home Warranty provider. The gentleman who showed up was nice, clean, wore booties, and attempted to charge me over $900 to repair the valve. I respectfully declined the service and replaced the valve myself, which involved emptying the entire system, sweating in the new valve, refilling and bleeding the system. It cost me $15 in parts and an hour of my time. I believe that Horizon probably does good work, but at an unbelievable margin that consumers should be aware of. There is a reason they have grown to the size they are, benefiting from uninformed consumers. Folks, even if it is a necessary repair, shut your water off and get 3 quotes!!! That experience has colored my view of Horizon, and I would NEVER consider them for future work of any kind.

We used Horizon to clear plugged drains. [redacted] was our technician. He seemed to do a very good job (time will tell, of course) and was friendly and helpful.

The technician, [redacted], arrived right on schedule, figured out the problem and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable and took pains to keep a neat workplace. We have had several experiences with Horizon and have been very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism.

[redacted] was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained helpful options to consider. We were very satisfied with his service and he met my expectations of what my experience would be as a first time customer of Horizon Services.

This review is for Horizon Services, technician [redacted] did a very nice job while here. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered an appropriate solution. The only problem was that [redacted] was sent from Willow Grove. Not his fault, but maybe a problem with how Horizon assigns jobs to its technicians. Again, [redacted] did a very good job as the tech.

[redacted] provided outstanding service. He listened to what we needed; he fixed a small problem that we had and made sure we knew what he did; he answered my questions and respected my home. He was pleasant and polite and thorough. That has been my experience with the workers from Horizon over the years and I will continue to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs.

The Technician was friendly and efficient. He sat down and over everything.

[redacted] showed up exactly on time and resolved our AC problem within ten minutes of his arrival. He explained the costs and we very courteous. Exactly the level of service we were looking for on a hot Saturday afternoon.

I've used Horizon Services many times over the years, and am always happy with their service. There's never any question about who to call when I have plumbing issues (now if only I could stop having plumbing issues...)

[redacted] was very friendly, fixed the problem quickly, and cleaned up afterward. He even cleaned his equipment before bringing it into my house.

[redacted] arrived within the timeframe promised and quickly got to work. He was able to unclog a drain that the plumber sent the previous day was unable to, and professional in his demeanor and behavior. The flat rate for service is also a plus for this business.

I scheduled an annual maintenance/check-up for a heating/air conditioning system installed by Horizon earlier this year. The technician,[redacted], arrived w/i the scheduled window and I was given a heads up just before his arrival. The tech was very professional and efficient, and took the time to patiently explain what he was doing and why. He also provide advice on how to get the best performance out of the system. After discussing options for filters and explaining in detail the pros and cons of each, I decided to upgrade to an electric filter. The same tech made that installation a few days later and again provided very helpful information during the installation. Overall my experience was very positive with both horizon and the technician [redacted] from the first phone call to the completion of the service.
