Horizon Services, Inc.

Service Techs were outstanding. They were professional, efficient and knew their trade/business well. With the exception of costs incurred which tended to be higher, I would highly recommend Horizon because of the Service Techs.

I used Horizon Services today for a plumbing issue and [redacted]. came out to help. The very early desparate call to them this morning was answered by a live person, how wonderful is that! They took my info and immediately schedule someone to come out. They arrived on time. Provided me with all my options and was very thorough and professional.

This review is for Horizon Services, technician [redacted] did a very nice job while here. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered an appropriate solution. The only problem was that [redacted] was sent from Willow Grove. Not his fault, but maybe a problem with how Horizon assigns jobs to its technicians. Again, [redacted] did a very good job as the tech.

[redacted]. arrived at my house promptly after I called Horizon Services and told them that it was 82 degrees in my house and that the air conditioner was not working and that I was not comfortable. [redacted]. diagnosed the problem, looked up and ordered a replacement board which was delivered to my house within a short time.. [redacted]. replaced the faulty board with the new board and the air conditioner is working once again. It was also helpful that [redacted]. showed me how to work my digital thermostat sice I was not sure that I had set it correctly. [redacted]. was prompt, efficient, and courteous.

[redacted] came and was polite and efficient at servicing our system. He asked questions and made sure I understood what parts he was servicing and what we needed. He was friendly and helpful.

[redacted] was very friendly, fixed the problem quickly, and cleaned up afterward. He even cleaned his equipment before bringing it into my house.

[redacted] showed up exactly on time and resolved our AC problem within ten minutes of his arrival. He explained the costs and we very courteous. Exactly the level of service we were looking for on a hot Saturday afternoon.

[redacted] was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained helpful options to consider. We were very satisfied with his service and he met my expectations of what my experience would be as a first time customer of Horizon Services.

Easy to schedule, came out quickly. Very sTisfied with work.

Service rep and scheduling department were prompt and courteous. All work was done quickly and in a professional manner.

I just wanted to say that our technician today was wonderful! He went above and beyond just the usual air conditioner check. He was extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable. He provided a lot of time and care to answer my questions and offered helpful advice and components to keep everything running as smoothly as possible! I am so glad that we decided to depend on Horizon for our heating and air conditioning service, and furthermore, I would highly recommend Horizon to anyone else for all of the above reasons. The plumbing technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and helpful.

[redacted] was an excellent representative of your Company. I say this because he took the time to carefully explain the problem I had with my hot water heater. After the discussion he and I had at the hot water heater (during which time [redacted] pointed out specific areas of trouble) I had a very very clear idea of what was wrong. I also learned from [redacted] what a fix would entail with regard to plumbing issues in respect to mandated changes for hot water heaters generally which were put into place earlier this year.

[redacted] treated me with respect, he listened carefully when I spoke, he was always courteous and impressed me with his knowledge and his ability to speak simply of complicated concepts. I'd say he a treasure to Horizon!

I have to say that I don't trust what companies "claim" on advertising. I went to Angie's List to look for a serve provider and they had good reviews. I gave them a try. I was surprised that they do stand by what they say. The tech was good and did a great job.

[redacted] came out to take a look at an AC issue and confirmed our theory on what was causing it. He was a nice guy and was knowledgeable about our system and how we could address the issue.

Technician arrived on time and was professional; however, he seemed to have a bit of an "edge" in voicing unsolicited opinions regarding the upkeep of the premises surrounding the compressor unit. Also, he seemed to push me to agree to purchase a new unit with-out taking the time to listen to my economic considerations. I have had more pleasant dealings with other Horizon personnel recently.

[redacted] was friendly, clean and informative. He did the work efficiently. My drain is working, yea!
