I have to say that I don't trust what companies "claim" on advertising. I went to Angie's List to look for a serve provider and they had good reviews. I gave them a try. I was surprised that they do stand by what they say. The tech was good and did a great job.

Along with being knowledgeable and professional, [redacted]. was extremely pleasant. I felt that his assessment of my problem was accurate, and the rate charged for the amount of work that had to be done was fair.

A great experience! [redacted] called to say he would be at the house in 20 minutes and pulled up exactly 20 minutes later! He carefully reviewed all paperwork and hooked us up with an appointment to discuss our future HVAC needs. Appreciated that he was very personable and nice to my young kids. Will definitely use Horizon Services in the future!

[redacted] was an excellent representative of your Company. I say this because he took the time to carefully explain the problem I had with my hot water heater. After the discussion he and I had at the hot water heater (during which time [redacted] pointed out specific areas of trouble) I had a very very clear idea of what was wrong. I also learned from [redacted] what a fix would entail with regard to plumbing issues in respect to mandated changes for hot water heaters generally which were put into place earlier this year.

[redacted] treated me with respect, he listened carefully when I spoke, he was always courteous and impressed me with his knowledge and his ability to speak simply of complicated concepts. I'd say he a treasure to Horizon!

Keith was great and very professional. He arrived 30 minutes before our intitial appointment time. He analyzed what the problem with the hot water heater was and explained the options for us. He successfully fixed the problem and we were happy to have him help us.

I requested my oil heater be serviced and also sign up for a year service contract. I received a call asking if the technician could come earlier than expected. He arrived and was very courteous, put on his booties to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do. There was an issue with the heater and needs a part. Because I rent, [redacted] contacted the owner to get approval for the repair. Although I wasn't able to have the heater serviced today, [redacted] explained everything that was needed and the steps that would be taken to get my heater working safely. As a single mom, I appreciate [redacted] explaining the steps, cost etc. to keep me informed.

Dealing with Horizon was just as advertised if not better then advertised. The Tech was well versed in my system, made a recommendation to make a change to the system to prevent possible AC problem. [redacted] was friendly and explained everything he did. Horizon is my go to service because of [redacted] and his expertise from now on.

Charles [redacted] of Horizon a Services was on time, polite, explained what he was doing and why, and was a very positive ambassador for his firm.

Our experience today with Verizon was great the technician was polite helpful I was able to satisfy all of our needs. I would highly recommend him to others who are in need of service.

My AC died. Called Horizon Services. Tech was [redacted]. He arrived at the beginning of my appointment window and finished up quickly. During his visit he was very professional and explained the entire job to me and gave me options. All in all a great experience. Will use Horizon again and recommend them in the future to others.

Technician arrived on time and was professional; however, he seemed to have a bit of an "edge" in voicing unsolicited opinions regarding the upkeep of the premises surrounding the compressor unit. Also, he seemed to push me to agree to purchase a new unit with-out taking the time to listen to my economic considerations. I have had more pleasant dealings with other Horizon personnel recently.
