This was our 1st time using Horizon Services. Both the heater and air conditioner were serviced. The service tech. was on time cordial and knowledgeable about our home's systems. **l (the tech) explained what he was doing as well as the service contracts Horizon offers. We are delighted with Horizon and our tech ([redacted]!

We were very please with the service. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the problem in a timely manner.

We just had drain service provided by Horizon Services. Our Drain Technician was [redacted]. He assessed our situation professionally and succinctly, and solved our drain problem promptly. He was a pleasure to work with. Horizon must be pleased and proud to have such accomplished professionals in their employ.

I had a problem with my HVAC unit not kicking on and [redacted] figured it out quickly and explained how the unit worked and why it was not working currently. He fixed it temporarily, ordered the new part and waived the fee for coming out today. He was very friendly and a fellow cowboys fan so we got to talk some football while he was here. I would highly recommend [redacted] and Horizon to anyone.

[redacted] did a great job. He was very professional and treated our home with respect. The job was done right and fast.

Horizon Services Technician [redacted] serviced our heat pump and did an excellent job of checking, cleaning and explaining what he did and why he did it.

This company actually does what it claims. The commercials on KYW might be what get their customers, but technicians like [redacted] are what will keep them loyal. Donald was extremely professional and took all the time needed to do a very complete preventative tune-up on our heater. He also addressed my concerns about a humidifier that was improperly installed by another contractor who replaced our heater a few years ago. This is the second tune-up we had done by Horizon, so it was the freebie in the buy one, get the second one the year after free. We missed the pre-paid A/C tune-up last year, but they did call us to remind us, and allowed me to schedule it for next summer. It's great to know I have a company that I can rely on to service my heater and air conditioner reliably and on time.

[redacted] and his apprentice Jonathan did a superb job on a very difficult replacement of a section of our inside main sewer line. They analyzed the job very carefully and worked so as to avoid any further damage to the line. Cleanup after the job was excellent.

Horizon Services is a reliable company with a great response time. Technician [redacted] was very helpful and explained everything. I highly recommend Horizon for heating services.

[redacted]. was pleasant, eager to please and made some really nice suggestions with regard to putting in a faucet that was previously bought by me. His work ethic was superb and his knowledge about the faucet helped me feel better about my decision. I would certainly request him to come to my house again if I have a plumbing issue. What sealed it for me was when he said, "The most important thing is for the customer to be happy". Now that is something you don't hear often……think I just found my plumber -- kudos to Horizon for finding this guy

This is my first experience with this company and I am happy to say that I am more than pleased. [redacted] and [redacted] were the technicians that came out and they were terrific. They seemed like they worked together for years but then I learned it was more like a few days. Amazing! They were both very pleasant and very friendly. They were very respectful to myself and husband as well. They worked very professionally and did a wonderful job.

I am very pleased and will recommend these men to anyone in need of a plumber. [redacted] explained what needed to be done and why and the work is perfect. I commend your employees x1,000%!
