I have used Horizon for years to maintain our heating and cooling system. They have always been timely, clean, and knowledgeable. When I had a plumbing problem I immediately thought of them. [redacted], our technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it in a timely fashion for a great price!

I have nothing but negative comments about Horizon. The first issue was that they sold me a new oil heater that was too small for my home. They also installed a thermostat that I did not want.

Every service call resulted in a subsequent one because the work was not done properly the first time.

Recently I was told that my heater needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion and was told that it was good for at least another five years.

My latest issue is that that filter door does not fit properly and I now have to buy a new blower motor for $500.00 because of the dirt that has accumlated.

There are many other issues I have experienced with them over the last ten years.

I am a Senior Citizen and feel that I have bee taken advantage of by this company and I have told people NOT to use their services.

The service man showed up on time. Very professional and well trained. Took care of my problem and answered my questions. Cleaned up area and left. A job well done.

[redacted] gave me a cost before he started work. After I gave my go ahead he performed the work efficiently. The project was to rebuild a toilet. After the work was complete the toilet work well.

Donald K was excellent! He was very professional and personable. He to the time to explain what was done and offered some very good ideas. Not only that my appointment was done early! It was a pleasure having him service our heater.

[redacted] was an excellent profession during the whole process of fixing my toilet. He explained everything for me like how the toilet works and what could have cause the problem. He also review the pricing with me and allowed me to show him the cost estimate which I got from a different company and he was able to beat their price and gave me all the discount that was availiable. [redacted] is a good person very friendly and kind.

[redacted]. was very efficient, competent and professional unlike other technicians which came to my house from a previous company. He was timely,courteous, friendly and very helpful. He explained how to change my air filter, and helped me set my schedule on my thermostat. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Great service. Received phone call ahead of visit so I knew when to expect him. Service Tech [redacted] was very nice, introduced himself, explained everything perfectly.

He put on new shoe covers everytime he came in from outside, which was nice since it was raining out. I would like [redacted] on my next visit.

[redacted]. at Horizon Services did an outstanding job. We had a toilet with repeated clogging and he fixed the root cause within 10 minutes. We use Horizon for our HVAC as well and have been so pleased with their service.

[redacted] was very helpful and he took the time to listen thoroughly to the problem and explain everything to me. This is a great service...always punctual with very flexible hours.

This morning, [redacted] from Horizon Services and his apprentice [redacted] came to my house to fix a leaky outside faucet and to help finish a D-I-Y we couldn't finish ourselves. Kevin looked at the DIY project and gave me an estimate to finish the job ($300+), but also showed me the simple steps that would enable me to finish the project on my own without spending the $300 and he gave me a little head start on the last steps. I really appreciate the honest approach to this project! He and [redacted] quickly addressed the leaky outside faucet. They were on time, pleasant, and efficient.

The Horizon technician, [redacted]., was prompt and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our sump pump and provided options for tackling the problem. He treated my property with respect and was clean and tidy. The job was done perfectly, and this was confirmed when a large amount of rain fell the next day. The technician had a kind and approachable manner and responded to my questions with grace and knowledge. Quality job done by an excellent technician.

Extremely professional and friendly. The technician took the time to explain what he was doing. Arrived ahead of time which was more preferable to me.

The technician did not Make sure the unit started before he left. He left the thermostat set on "hold" and he did not turn the furnace back on at the switch on the unit itself. He did a complete check of the furnace but then seemed more interested in writing up the option list for a new unit.

I had a problem with my HVAC unit not kicking on and [redacted] figured it out quickly and explained how the unit worked and why it was not working currently. He fixed it temporarily, ordered the new part and waived the fee for coming out today. He was very friendly and a fellow cowboys fan so we got to talk some football while he was here. I would highly recommend [redacted] and Horizon to anyone.
