The Horizon technician, [redacted]., was prompt and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our sump pump and provided options for tackling the problem. He treated my property with respect and was clean and tidy. The job was done perfectly, and this was confirmed when a large amount of rain fell the next day. The technician had a kind and approachable manner and responded to my questions with grace and knowledge. Quality job done by an excellent technician.

The technician that helped us out was very knowledgable. He answered every question I had. He made recommendations that were best for me. He told me step by step with what he was doing. He was very clean when doing maintenance in my house.

He recommended that I meet with a sales person to review options, and help set up the appointment. All said, I ended up having a new A/C system installed. This is the second time we called on Horizon Services and for the second time we are more than pleased with every aspect of their service. My mom's heat went out and her regular service provider did not respond either professionally or timely. My husband suggested I call Horizon who had recently installed our HVAC unit. We had been waiting in the cold house five hours for Mom's regular service company with no idea of when they'd arrive, when we reached Horizon who had a serviceman available immediately to respond to our call.

Horizon/[redacted] arrived to my house on time! The service started out with pat putting on his boot covers even tho most of the house is under construction with remodeling projects. I TOLD HIM NO BUT HE STILL DID IT! I called Horizon to do a tune up on my heat pump. [redacted] was very efficient. We had a very funny experience. My 100lb German Shep. who you mid as well call a Cat would not go near pat at first but warmed up to him eventually. Well at the very end of the tuneup my dog jumped in [redacted]'s truck and was ready to go to the next call with him!

[redacted] was the technician that came to service my air conditioner. He handled himself very professional. He really took the time to really explain things to me, and point out issues as he noticed them. He gave me a better understanding of what could use replacing in my unit, why, and what could happen if this part should fail before it was replaced.
