I always have a good experience with Horizon. They are timely, courteous, quick, and helpful. This time was no exception.

I had prepaid Horizon Services inspection/tune up on 9/30/14. [redacted] was the HVAC technician. He did a very thorough job and provided recommendations for options to consider going forward. I agreed to three of them, and he did a quick, timely job in implementing the upgrades. Sean is a fine, professional representative of Horizon Services.

[redacted] was very ciuteous, friendy and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend their services.

I have seen the Horizon vehicles through-out the city but never had a need of the service. When my heater needed service I look on the internet for the company that installed it and was directed to Horizon for the repaire. I made a service call request and impressed with the response time with the call back to set up an appointment. when the service person arrived ([redacted]) well before the stated time, again I was impredded with his knowledge of my system. He covered the reason for the part replecements and the cost.

[redacted]. with Horizon Services arrived promptly at our scheduled time for his service call. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about servicing my heater. It is about 20 years old and hadn't been cleaned in a few years.

Horizon did a great job installing a new air conditioner for me two years ago, so I tried them yesterday when I had a slow drain. Once again, very professional and the repair was done right. [redacted] did a great job and completely cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.

Drain Technician [redacted]. arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the work efficiently and in a timely matter. Very happy with the his service and Horizon Services in general.

[redacted] is super friendly, and really helped my folks and I. He no sooner got started, and he was done! Amazing! He was cutting pipe and running line. He fixed another pipe before, and did a great job. Horizon's customer service has been very good to me. I really appreciate it.

Today I received service from [redacted]., a Horizon technician. [redacted] was very polite, professional and resolved the issue with my drain pipe. As a follow up concern he scheduled a camera line review of my pipes to make sure there were no other issues at no cost to me. He performed his services in a timely and efficient manner.

I recently had a leak at my mother's home. [redacted] from Horizon Services arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early). He was very courteous and respectful of her home, he even wore protective shoe coverings. She is elderly and issues like this are sometimes stressful for her, [redacted] completed the repair very quickly without any issues and answered all of her questions putting her at ease. This was one of the easiest services calls I've ever encountered. Horizon Services has been gaining popularity in our area and I can see why. They provide a quality service at a fair price and are very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating/air conditioning repairs.

Technician did a great job, very thorough and had/has a great understanding of HVAC and Heating systems.
