Horizon did a great job installing a new air conditioner for me two years ago, so I tried them yesterday when I had a slow drain. Once again, very professional and the repair was done right. [redacted] did a great job and completely cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.

Kenneth H arrived promptly and assessed the issue. He snaked out the drain and all seemed to be resolved. He was courteous and efficient.

My community recently experienced a power surge followed by loss of power fir about 30 minutes. Once power was restored, I noticed the Heating unit thermostat display was not working. The power surge blew out the the thermostat along with several other sensors.

I called Horizon and they sent [redacted] Silva one of their HVAC Service Technicians. While he was in our home he placed covers on his shoes so as not to bring dirt in on his shoes. He was neatly dressed, polite and very professional even when my dogs were barking at him. [redacted] arrived on time. He explained what had happened and what he was going to do to fix the system He ordered several replacement parts and came back a day later to make the repairs. I will ask Horizon to send [redacted] the next time our HVAC system is in need of repair.

[redacted]. did a fantastic job at installing our new Moen kitchen faucet. He also discovered our dishwasher retention hose hadn't been installed properly and fixed that as well. He was early for his appt. and was very knowledgeable. We appreciated his suggestions as well. We are gold contract customers and this is why we keep coming back to Horizon.

I had prepaid Horizon Services inspection/tune up on 9/30/14. [redacted] was the HVAC technician. He did a very thorough job and provided recommendations for options to consider going forward. I agreed to three of them, and he did a quick, timely job in implementing the upgrades. Sean is a fine, professional representative of Horizon Services.

As usual with Horizon, the technician arrived on time as promised. The technician was able to assist with my issues, clearly explaining the problem and future maintenance if necessary. The technician was courteous, professional, and was willing to take the time to make me feel like a valued customer.

[redacted]. with Horizon Services arrived promptly at our scheduled time for his service call. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about servicing my heater. It is about 20 years old and hadn't been cleaned in a few years.

Technicians was on time. It was a pretty simple drain cleaning job and he did not encounter any problems. He was pleasant and explained himself as well as the Company responsibilities.
