As usual with Horizon, the technician arrived on time as promised. The technician was able to assist with my issues, clearly explaining the problem and future maintenance if necessary. The technician was courteous, professional, and was willing to take the time to make me feel like a valued customer.

My community recently experienced a power surge followed by loss of power fir about 30 minutes. Once power was restored, I noticed the Heating unit thermostat display was not working. The power surge blew out the the thermostat along with several other sensors.

I called Horizon and they sent [redacted] Silva one of their HVAC Service Technicians. While he was in our home he placed covers on his shoes so as not to bring dirt in on his shoes. He was neatly dressed, polite and very professional even when my dogs were barking at him. [redacted] arrived on time. He explained what had happened and what he was going to do to fix the system He ordered several replacement parts and came back a day later to make the repairs. I will ask Horizon to send [redacted] the next time our HVAC system is in need of repair.
