I scheduled an A/C tuneup to make sure my unit was performing normally. The technician, [redacted] was prompt, professional and cordial. The service was performed quickly and he explained everything he had done and answered all my questions. A fantastic experience!

[redacted] was our plumber and he was very courteous, informative and competent - he completed his work in short order and was very concerned about us understanding the work that he was doing and accordingly spent time to explain everything. He took the time to explain the things we should keep an eye on in the future. I will definitely request him back for all future plumbing work for us - great guy and equally great plumber

I recently had a leak at my mother's home. [redacted] from Horizon Services arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early). He was very courteous and respectful of her home, he even wore protective shoe coverings. She is elderly and issues like this are sometimes stressful for her, [redacted] completed the repair very quickly without any issues and answered all of her questions putting her at ease. This was one of the easiest services calls I've ever encountered. Horizon Services has been gaining popularity in our area and I can see why. They provide a quality service at a fair price and are very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating/air conditioning repairs.

I have seen the Horizon vehicles through-out the city but never had a need of the service. When my heater needed service I look on the internet for the company that installed it and was directed to Horizon for the repaire. I made a service call request and impressed with the response time with the call back to set up an appointment. when the service person arrived ([redacted]) well before the stated time, again I was impredded with his knowledge of my system. He covered the reason for the part replecements and the cost.

[redacted] was a true professional. He was kind, polite, and respectful. He was descriptive in the labor he performed and in the future labor that he recommended, as well as estimates for those options.

The technician [redacted]. quickly diagnosed and fixed all 3 of my heat pump problems in less than an hour and there was no charge for the work because my system is under warranty. This included fixing the humidifier, fixing the power connection to the electrostatic air filter, and upgrading my UV bulb assembly (which prevents mold from growing on the coils and kills airborne bacteria) to the latest model which operates at a safer 24V voltage.

Not only did [redacted] fix my problems, he explained the solutions well and answered all of my questions. He adjusted my settings for optimal performance. This included setting the dehumidifier mode and humidifier mode set points and changing the fan from "auto" to "circulate" mode, which will make more use of the filter (low speed quiet air flow when cool or heat isn't active). I didn't know I had a circulate mode on my thermostat panel.

[redacted] provided professional friendly service and his work was top notch ( things looked neat and there was no mess after the new UV assembly was installed). He showed me how to safely verify that the UV bulb is working and how to tell if the humidifier is working (when the system is in heat mode). I also like that horizon techs wear shoe covers when they are in my house.

[redacted] is super friendly, and really helped my folks and I. He no sooner got started, and he was done! Amazing! He was cutting pipe and running line. He fixed another pipe before, and did a great job. Horizon's customer service has been very good to me. I really appreciate it.
