I have never claimed that. Furthermore the only reason [redacted] decided in the favor of this business is because they cannot force them to give refunds based on poor service only if I never got the item. I will drop this issue now since its obvious this business has no intention of providing good customer service. However I will reiterate again, that this business is NOT to send any fraudulent information to any of the 3 credit bureaus claiming that I have stolen from them otherwise a lawsuit will be filed against them.
