ILMG is a joke do not do business with them
they would not do anything until l contacted the Revdex.com and filed a dispute with my credit card
then they decided to ship the order

I did finally receive my order, but only after the Revdex.com complaint was filed and they received it for their comment or response. I did and do NOT accept their response. Simply put, they ship only upon a Revdex.com complaint. Had I not filed a Revdex.com complaint I don't honestly believe that they would have shipped the product. Be VERY WEARY of this company. They really are lowlifes in my book. Also note that after the complaint was filed they shipped the product, but I had asked for a FULL REFUND. More proof that they really are out to scam people and cannot follow even the basic instructions. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I have the right to call them scammers as they would not have shipped the product without the involvement of the Revdex.com. Thank You Revdex.com as ONLY because of your involvement was I able to get any action from this company. They will eventually be out of business, as no legitimate business can operate this way and stay in business. Or they might morph into another company to continue the unusual practice of taking money from customers and not shipping the products until the Revdex.com gets a complaint. Then and only then are they using the Revdex.com complaint as authorization to ship. So get your complaints in people so you can get them to do what they promised to do! It simply will not happen without prodding.

They sent me a tracking number on Monday 1/18/16, I called them to ask them why they did that, seeing I cancelled the order on Thursday 1/14/16. I told them that I cancelled the order on Thursday, the rep said, I did not cancel the order. I talked to the supervisor, his name was [redacted], employee number [redacted] he said I did not cancel the order on Thursday also. I told [redacted] I wanted my money back and, that they should have never sent the package out. [redacted] said, he would be sent out that day, I did receive an email that night (Monday 1/18/16) stating that my refund was being sent out, [redacted] clamed I should receive it by Tuesday, I checked my account and my refund did show up on wed 1/20/16. There is to much hassle with this company, I will never deal with NGOA again.
