As per *** *** response, I put back into the USPS system the unopened package of flashlights and labeled it: Return to sender dated and with the note, Please refund to credit cardAnd, I am tracking it by their tracking # to verify their receipt of packageIf they choose to refund my $in a reasonable timeframe to my credit card, I will be happy to have this unprofessional episode behind meUntil then please keep this complaint open

Regarding case XXXXXXX, we are not in agreement with the company's resolutionThe company has offered to ship the items that were not receivedTo date, I still have not received a shipping confirmation though it should have shipped several days agoBesides this, there has been no attempt at compensation for the 6week time delay of the original shipment (which arrived incorrectly after all), nor for the cost that I had to bear (last minute shipping on other additional gifts) when my expected Christmas gifts did not arrive on time as promisedCompensation is warranted because the company could have, at the very least, responded to my emails, calls, etc during this period, and could have sent a message to consumers regarding expected shipping delaysNone of this happenedI also received no response from the company until I cancelled my order with my credit card and filed this Revdex.com complaintThis is unacceptable business practice and worthy of response and compensation in addition to rectifying the inaccurate order that was ultimately received 6weeks later
