Thanks for your all of your help, this case wouldn't have been resolved fairly without your help. After they credited back my card, they continue to offer some other flashlights but I don't think that I'll trust them ever again. There's too many suppliers & I'd rather deal with other trustworthy suppliers. Thanks again & you have a Wonderful New Year!

It is my hope that this company can be closed down. It appears that the only way they will either ship the ordered product or respond to consumers' inquiries is to be threatened with legal action or have complaints filed with you.
