To Dispute Resolution Team,   We were not able to contact [redacted] in order to arrange a call from the Expert team. As mentioned by [redacted] about the call, he would have received a call from someone trying to impersonate iYogi.   In our last response, we requested [redacted] to share the best time to reach him however as we did not get the requested information, no call was arranged from our side.   Regards Active Response Team iYogi

Revdex.com:I basically have no choice, it cost me $125.00 to fix my computer. The compensation that Iyogi, offered and did send was a $25 amazon gift card. In so many words that was the only compensation that they were willing to p[redacted] with. I do understand that there was no way to prove that, iyogi did cause the damage to my computer, but I do not accept it graciously. Because prior to the engagement with iyogi, my computer did work well,  if it had not been for the Revdex.com logo on the web site I would never have considered utilizing that web site. I was unaware that iyogi, on its own accord did not tell me that they did not work with or for epson. They did say that they would look into the matter, of how my call was handled and that they did not do business that way. I guess that I will have to chalk it up to an expensive lesson learned.

These people called last Tuesday. They said give them five working days to put the money back in. Well, it still has not been deposited. I would be very appreciative if you could help us do something about it.

We have got the confirmation from our fianace team that we lost this dispute as it was closed in the customer's favour which means the transaction was reversed. The money should have got credited into the customer's account by now. If it's not there then we suggest her to get in touch with her bank and get it checked by them.

Yet attached to another e-mail I received from the Revdex.com on Dec.**,2015 was a message from iyogi saying the refund check may have been delayed due to technical issues. I am...

Dear Revdex.com,We would like to reiterate that we have already gone ahead and refunded the amount that the customer paid us. He hired us for tech service, didn't like the service so he got his money back. As you can clearly see, today is July [redacted] but according to iYogi, my so-called unlimited tech support starts from June [redacted] before the matter was even resolved. The resolution is not satisfactory to me but however, I have decided to declare the matter as resolved because I have already proved my point to the Revdex.com about how fraudulent iYogi is, as a company.Please do me and others a favor by publishing my complaint on your webpage so that others would be warned. Dear [redacted], We are not sure what the user is trying to achieve by sending response after response which does not contain the simple things we have requested, which are:        1. His iYogi Account ID, and        2.The registered phone number or registered email ID in our records. It’s really very simple. Either  [redacted] is a customer,in which case he must have the information we are asking for and absolutely require or he isn't a customer in which case there really isn't much we can do to help him. After all it is not inconceivable that a person uses two email IDs, and a different name to register an account. Once again we are stating this fact that with the information provided by [redacted] to the Revdex.com we cannot locate any account with iYogi.  We have gone back and forth on this case with the user making allegations and insinuations without providing real account information. We do not wish to deflect anything. We want to resolve this case. All we have asked is that the user provide documentation of his account with iYogi. Only after that can we investigate and do anything. If there is any email or photo that the user has sent to you as mentioned by him, please share it with us. The string that has been sent to us in the last response means nothing really and has been taken from two different software residual signatures. This is our very last response on this case. If the user sends his iYogi account information in reply to this then please forward that to us and we can do everything in our power to resolve the users problem. If however,he does not then he isn't looking for a resolution at all but is only making baseless allegations.
