I called them and still didn't agreed to have my money refunded! They say they will be happy to help and do the refund but instead they even try to keep me and offer me more things! I just wanted my money back! That's all

 Having been made aware that the number called is NOT that of their customer, Iyogi continues to call (three times early this morning starting at 0330 my time). 
 Iyogi may legitimately be trying to reach another individual but they will not be successful by continually calling the wrong number. Again, I request that this business stop calling me.

Thanks for notifying us of this complaint. With regards to this we had a word with [redacted]. She was kind enough to listen to us. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to her. This is not the type of service we strive to deliver. As mentioned in her complaint, [redacted]...

doesn't want to continue her services with us and wants a pro-rated refund of the service fee she paid last year. We have an automatic system that calculates the refund amount. After entering the details, the pro rated refund amount has come out to be as $179.99 . The amount $179.99 will be credited back into the customer's account in the next 5-7 business days. We have already sent her an email regarding the same.

 Their response does not surprise me. Yes they did refund my money, but whatever they did to my computer will cost up to two hundred dollars to fix. If you read other complaints about Iyogi on the internet, you will see that these type of complaints are common.

Dear [redacted],Thanks for the complaint notification. With regards to this case went ahead and carried out a thorough internal investigation to check the events that took place on the phone call. We have a dedicated compliance team who audited the call and shared their findings with us. We would...

like to inform you that no misconduct whatsoever was found from the tech's end. iYogi was branded properly wherever required and the customer was fully aware that she was talking to iYogi and not [redacted]. All the reported issues were fixed albeit it took some time to diagnose and resolve them. We take remote access of a customer's computer only after receiving the his or her authorization over it. All the necessary disclaimers are sent to the customer and it's only after she agrees to them, we can have access to the machine.The customer subscribed and paid for a one year plan with her consent. She was given all the necessary information she needed as far as her subscription is concerned. If she doesn't wish to continue the services , she can call our Toll Free Customer Service no [redacted] or send us an email on [redacted] .
