Stay FAR FAR away. They used to be good, but they oversold their services and cannot be reached. Not only is Chat unavailable, the phone lines are dead. I think maybe they are out of business

IYOGI Seems to be a way for them to get information. Sure enough, they were unable to download [redacted] Antivirus because my computer had to many errors (72) and that needed to be cleaned up before I could download [redacted]. They said I could bring it to any store to clean it up and then they would go ahead. I felt an urgency b/c it's my business computer, I use it daily and it's Saturday night. Surprise, surprise, I was able to find another way to download [redacted] and it did so with NO PROBLEM, and no cost (we were connecting to my husband's subscription that allowed for 2 computers). BE CAREFUL WHEN USING IYOGI!

I have been a customer of iYogi for many years. I have always been very satisfied with their services.

Review: I have been customer more than five years. I have been hacked my computer, which they could not detect the specific reason the computers (one desk top and two lap tops) were hacked by virus or whoever. They tried to fix the computer while selling the computer software "anti-virus" and other products. However, none of them did not work for our computers to protect, which all were broken eventually. I believed their instruction, and followed their instruction, resulting in the virus are still my computers, extending into our two mobile telephone.

Computers including desk top and two lap tops are our life line, so that we have been facing very inconvenience since all computers has started breaking down, which all are not flexible at all. We purchased for the replacement which costs us 1,700 including proper protection.Desired Settlement: In addition to the service refunds, we would like I yogi to compensate all amount for the replacement in exclusion of two mobile phones in amount $1,700 we paid after this incident. Original three devises broken were valued in three total is more than $1,700.

This company never answers the phone! - I,ve paid for a contract, but can't get help!

Review: I have using this company to scrub my computer when it became slow. I received call from a representative @ Iyogi saying they needed to update their program on my computer but after I allowed the company to gain control of my computer, the story changed that the company needed to return some funds directly into my account but I wouldn't allow this. Whereupon, they locked up my computer & used this subterfuge to sell a $499.00 computer that I did not accept when delivered by [redacted] . I request my [redacted] Credit Card be Credited immediately for $499.00.Desired Settlement: Credit to my credit card

Review: I purchased I Yogi's tech support, and am currently making payments on it. I have never been able to get ahold of this company after I purchased their support. My computer works worse than it did before I purchased their support. I bought it thinking that it would help back up the Norton I already have so that my computer would operate properly and its worse. I have sat on hold trying to contact someone for hours with no answer, and have also sent them emails and have never had a response back, yet they state someone will contact you within 48-72 hrs.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from this company so that I can use the money for a company that I can actually get ahold of to help resolve my computer issues. I also would like to see some sort of action be brought against this company, because they scam people out of their money with a promised service that they do not provide.

I signed up with iYogi last January paying for a full year's service. In September, 9 months into the service, they charged my credit card for another full year even though I had three months left on my account with them. I had the charge removed from my card. Since that time, they have called on numerous occasions. None of their tech support people allow you to get a word in edgewise. They talk and talk and talk. They speed up their chattering when you try interject something. Each person that I spoke with was pushy and overbearing. I also do NOT like having them get inside my computer. I worry that they may have done things to my computer. I would never deal with such a high pressure business again. I would use a local tech service anytime over this service. They are also very hard to understand. I would absolutely never recommend iYogi to anyone.

Review: I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2016 Home & Student on October **, 2015 with a promised delivery of (On or Before Oct ** 2015). The purchase price was US$173.99 and shipping charges of US$25.00 for a total of US$198.99. I have made numerous calls to resolve this issue and each time I called I was told I was in the queue for shipping in the could expect delivery next seven to ten business days. To this date of February ** 2016 I still have not received my software and no promise of a firm delivery date.

Review: I have written to you several times about a refund I have been waiting for from iyogi since Nov.2015. I know they

said they sent it but I have still not received it. There should be some way for them to prove they sent the check.

This has been going on since Aug. when I ordered a product ( Microsoft office ) that I never received. I think they

at least owe me a phone call explaining what the hold up is on the refund. It is for $249.30. I gave them the money

in good faith for the product. The least they can do is give the money back. I am not a wealthy person. I live on

social security, I could sure put the money to better use.Desired Settlement: REFUND PLEASE.

Review: I have dealt with iYogi online or by phone so the "location"of purchase was not available. I will include the text of an email just sent to iYogi. It explains the issue. I purchased an extended warranty plan and when I came to use it, it was not of record. I want the purchase price returned. iYogi customer service has been emailed 5 times and they have not responded. I have had to move ahead and fix my machine so that I do not want to deal with iYogi and want my money back because the item I paid for was not supplied by iYogi. I can provide the text of all my emails.

Dear Sirs,

On July **, 2015, I purchased and iYogi Extended Hardware Warranty on my [redacted] machine known to iYogi as Computer ID [redacted]. Attached are the two emails received from iYogi on that day and a record of the iYogi support contact in which that purchase was made.

When my machine [redacted] had a hard drive crash on 12-2, I emailed Customer Service. When I inquired of Customer Service (CS) on 12-9 about how to make a claim on the hardware policy, the iYogi CS representative seemed mystified. He implied that my only policy was for software support. I would have assumed he had all records. However, I gathered the above supporting information and wrote back to iYogi two or three times starting [redacted]. No response has come from iYogi since the contact with CS representative mentioned above. (All CS contacts via email are followed by iYogi emails promising a 24-48 hour response.)

Contacting the iYogi Extended Hardware Warranty administrator (Banker’s Warranty Group) two times, they indicate that they have no record of my iYogi Extended Hardware Warranty policy. Hence I am not covered.

I would like the $99.99 purchase price refunded by check or to my Discover account (That Discover Account number has changed since 7-**-**15. The old account used on [redacted] ended in ….....). I have no hardware policy and you have my money.

I am wasting time and effort on this matter. Having waited for iYogi’s response to multiple emails ([redacted]) and based on the Banker’s Warranty input, on [redacted] & [redacted], I purchased a new hard drive from Dell and will repair my machine myself.

This letter will be widely distributed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: Simply: I want my purchase price returned -- $99.99.

My account number with iYogi is [redacted]. Thru the summer and fall, I had many calls with iYogi technical support which I characterized as hardware related. They would take remote control of the machine and would NOT run hardware diagnostics (which I told them of and which I had run) which showed the hard drive problem. They ran malware and other simple items. (I am a retired software engineer and should have known better.)

Charged me $150 to resolve a home computer issue involving Norton antivirus. I am not sure how I ended up speaking with iyogi on the phone when I had contacted Norton, but iyogi added programs to my laptop, resolved nothing, and are very difficult to communicate with. They also refused to give me my money back after several requests. I experienced no real results or fixes from them.

Review: Well I have been trying to reach them at ###-###-#### for months and finally got an email with a different number to call ###-###-#### and it took me calling that number 4 times back to back to get a person they kept hanging up. Then once I get someone on the phone the agent tells me an issue that I asked several many ways what it is and to explain to me why I need to purchase more product of there's when I have never heard of this the 20 years I have owned a computer and I have had there service for a year now and never once had this issue till now. Needing a network filter? Then the agent tells me the payment did not go through to call my bank and before I could call them they are calling me telling me I have a charge for 80.00 from another country Belgin trying to process a payment well I put a stop payment on that but they tried to charge this 9 times before the bank called. If your main office is out of New York why are trying to process my payment from another country? And on top of that my problem is not fixed and no one has even bothered to call me back and follow up or anything about this. I also did the survey with the company. Not impressed with the service or the billing that has taken place with this company I do not recommend using them.Desired Settlement: I would like for my computer to be fixed and the program to work properly and I should not have to have this much trouble to have that taken care of . Also if this is a major company that the Revdex.com is representing then they may want to change where there billing is coming out of. Otherwise other bank companies will have the same issue as mine and if not I am thankful mine caught the charges or I would have been overdrawn due to this company.

Review: I ordered a product from iyogi in August of 2015. I never received it. in November I they we agreed they would

send me a refund of 249.30 in 10 to 15 business day's. I never received it either. In December I received an e-mail

saying they would send a refund and I should receive it in 7 to 10 business day's. Now it is January 2016 and I

still have not received my refund. I have called all the phone number's I have for them and get no answer and no

call back. I only want my refund they promised and then I'll be satisfied. I have recommended iyogi to a lot of

On Monday, Jan.*,2016 I received an e-mail attached to a message from the Revdex.com. It said iyogi sent me a check on Dec. **,2015. Yet attached to another e-mail I received from the Revdex.com on Dec.**,2015 was a message from iyogi saying the refund check may have been delayed due to technical issues. I am still waiting.

When giving this business a call to ask one general question about how to get into safe mode. The agent because to question me about paying them for "Instant Toll-Free Support." The agent became very rude when question why can not answer a simple general question, and begin over talking me with policies. So I asked for a supervisor because of these actions. When trans to supervisor the supervisor begin to talk about policies and I informed him that is not why I asked for him. I asked for him over the behavior of previous agent. I start the quote the word advertised on their website and informed the supervisor that he nor the other agent did not listen. Then asked to speak with his supervisor and he declined and transferred me back to org agent who then asked me if there's was in thing else I can do.

I inquired if I could have HP corporation number and the agent told me "No" then unprofessionally disconnected the call.

Review: I think Iyogi put malware on my computer because they keep calling saying my computer is in critical shape and they use strong sales tactics. They also call all the time and sell bogus plans. I also think they gave out my phone number to others so they could call me because I get a lot of strange phone numbers. Eventually I called Dell who told me my computer was entirely corrupted and I had to restore it with there help.Desired Settlement: I'll never call IYOGI again.

IYOGI is a scam. once they get your information they use it without you knowing .

They make stopping almost impossible. You have to change banks to stop them from getting to your accounts

Began with paying the fee for their tech support. Put on hold for 2 1/5 hours after that with no help, contually holding and being mis-routed to wrong tech dept. Very quick to take payment and gave no warning of extended waits or hold times for assistance. Terrible experience!!!
