Review: have been dealing with I yogi since 6/*/2015 and have spend hundreds of dollars, since me last on line with them about 1 week ago, have been having all sorts of issues with my computer and after 3 days of trying to reach them on line and on the phone have not been able to get ahold of them. Reading now about other people having issues and need to know if there is a class action suit I can join to get reimbursement of moneys spent?Desired Settlement: wish to have my cash spend with them refunded, so I can look for other company to work with and if not able to get that accomplished I would like to be able to join a suit against them. I have no phone number for which to contact them since all lines either ring busy or disconnect.

Review: On 9/**/15 I ordered [redacted] online for $162.99 plus $25.00 shipping total of $187.99 I never received said product. On 10/**/15 I was told that the product was out of stock when I ordered it. Yet they sold it to me? That it was now in stock and I would receive in 5 to 7 business days again I never received it. ON 11/**/15 I asked for a refund since they never sent the product. I was told I'd receive a refund in 5 to 7 days again never received refund. On 12/*/15 same thing with no refund. On 12/**, 12/** and 12/** 2015 sent email to Iyogi complaints received auto replies that I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hrs this didn't happen either. Please help me.Desired Settlement: Refund my money like I was told they would.

This company is the worst ever in my life I have ever dealt with.As Im giving this review Let me explain that I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR ALSO THE FIRST TIME I CALLED I WAS ON HOLD FOR 22 MIN JUST TO HEAR SILENCE ON THE LINE THEN THE LINE DROPPED. Excellent service, resolve most issues in a timely fashion.

I have been using IYogi for over two years now and find that I have probably saved myself hundreds of dollars in computer repairs. Anytime I have a problem all I have to do is pick up the phone and a friendly technician walks me through the problems or fixes them themselves. Sometimes it takes a few hours to get things fixed so just imagine the cost of taking that in to a computer repair shop. I have had nothing but satisfaction with their work and would recommend them to anyone. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Review: I purchased a 3 year plan for computer services on 3/**/14. Today for the first time in a year, I needed computer assistance but the online chat didn't work. I was also on the phone for 30 minutes in which nobody answered but the recorded message said someone will be with me shortly. As I searched the net on similar situations, i've learned that there are many, many people experiencing the same problems.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all payments I have paid to this fraudulent company.

After calling IYOGI and holding for an hour I cancel and was promised a refund last November (2015) Numerous calls...still no refund.

Review: I have a contract with IYOGI for computer service until February of 2016. I have been trying to contact IYOGI since December 2015 multiple times for service. I have been disconnected, given another phone number to call with nothing but a busy signal, put on hold for lengthy periods of time then disconnected, and after being on hold answered and disconnected on purpose. I have paid for this service and used it many times with success but since December I have not been able to get in touch with them, I have spent many hours on hold with no service.Desired Settlement: I am looking for an adjusted reimbursement for the months I have not been able to reach IYOGI.

Had installed windows 10 and found Norton 360 not working. I was advise to uninstalled and reinstalled the Norton by my computer it self. I removed and try to reinstall the Norton and I could not do it. From Norton web site I got Help line Tel # . The person talk with me for more than 1/2 hour to convince that I had got something on my computer which not allowing to install Norton. So he need to clean up and he will charge $ 120. I was not convince that some thing on my computer will not let him to install Norton unless he cleanup. I had upgrade my computer from time to time in past and never had any issues. Finally I disconnected him remotely and gave one more attempt to install Norton. I install Norton my self and everything is working nice. Do not trust iYogi help line they just talk nice with you and convince they will give you good remote service and try to take your hard earn money.

Review: On December *, 2015, I spoke to Farooq Ahmad Dar and told him I wanted to cancel iYogi's services. I had a 5 year subscription with them and I had three years remaining. He told me I had a $320.00 refund coming in 10 days. To date, I have not received a refund. I have e-mailed iYogi over a dozen times and they reply they will refer my request to the appropriate department. I have not received any information from the appropriate department or the promised refund. I hope you can help me get my refund.Desired Settlement: I just want the refund they said they would give me: $320.00.

I have been trying for days to reach iyogi I want a refund on my microsoft program its been 2.5 months and I also paid for it in full. I gave them plenty of time now its my turn I want my money back. also I want to cancel iyogi I have some very bad expierence with them. they either arent very friendly or its like im bothering them. I shouldnt have to deal without that kind of attitude. again here I ve been waiting for 45 minutes and still they dont answer. if they are shut down be curitiuous and make a recording to let there customers know they are closed. thank you very much

IYOGI IS NOT WHAT IT REPRESENT IT SELF TO BE.THOUGH I FOUND THEIR SUPPORT DEPART HELPFUL, SO FAR. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. AFTER WAITING 1 MONTH FOR DELIVERY OF A NETBOOK, I FINALLY RECEIVED IT AND GOT A 10% DISCOUNT DUE TO THE DELAY. I SUBSEQUENTLY PURCHASED FOUR OTHER ITEMS FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 2 MONTHS FOR DELIVERY. AFTER FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM WITH 3 PHONE CALLS I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I AM NOW WAITING FOR THE REFUND WHICH THEY SAID WOULD TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS. BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM PLEASE ACCESS THE LINK BELOW AND READ THE REVIEWS.

Review: Since December 2015, I have been working with the Customer Service department of IYogi to get a refund in the amount of $187.99. I have had an annual contract with IYogi for the past 2 years. My problem began back in August of 2014 when a technician was providing service and inadvertently removed my Microsoft Office software. Since it was an outdated version, he indicated that he could not reload and offered a purchase to me. I accepted, c[redacted]ged it to my credit card but never received the software. After numerous calls trying to get the software sent they finally admitted that they could not get it. I then asked that my credit card be refunded. I was told the credit card software was not working and that he would arrange for a check to be sent to me. Since December *,2015, I have been calling weekly. Each time I speak with a customer support agent they tell me that they have sent the request to finance and that I should expect my check in 7-10 business days. As recent as February **, I was told that the check had been sent out. When I didn't receive it by February **, I called again. and spoke to Parth B[redacted]. He did some research and found out that the check was actually not sent and that he would be personally contacting finance to have them send me a note with the process for receipt of the check. Again today I chatted with Parth and advised that I did not hear from them. The only thing he could do for me was to send the request again.

IYogi has stolen my money.Desired Settlement: 1) I want my refund for $187.99. I feel like IYogi has literally robbed me. I paid for the product, I did not receive it and (have purchased it on my own in the meantime), they will not refund my money. 2) I would also like to have the name and address of the Founder and President, Vishal D[redacted], and the address for the Board of Directors, as I would like to write to him and s[redacted]e my frustration and the complete lack of customer service on the part of his organization. I have tried to call the corporate offices in New York and the phones have been disconnected.

3) A recommendation should be made to provide contact numbers and names of someone in authority that customers can work with. It is very frustrating and builds a tremendous amount of distrust when your only means of communications is through a helpdesk and no consistent contact to help resolve issues.

I would really appreciate your help on this.

I have a new laptop that had been working FINE. One day I opened my laptop to go onto youtube to listen to some music. I got a pop up and a warning warning warning that my computer was at severe risk and had been hacked. They said all my passwords were being stolen and my online banking was in jeopardy. I could not even escape from that pop up! I was essentially forced to call a "number" for assistance and it turned out to be iyogi. Never heard of them and I was skeptical.

They promised I would not have to pay anything to them to fix my computer unless I needed the assistance of a level 3 tech. The said it would only take 45-50 minutes.

SIX hours later and 6 different techs and a $500 charge to my credit card, they were finally done. They assured me that my computer was now safe and I could call them anytime I had a problem for 5 years (without further charge). It was 2 am in the morning when I hung up the phone with them.

Three days later, I turned my computer on for the first time and I was immediately alerted that I had another hack! How could this be? I just paid them $500 and spent 6 hours in front of my computer and watched as they took control of my computer and supposedly fixed it.

I called them right away and told them what had happened and that they didn't fulfill their part of the deal and I wanted to be refunded my money. They are ridiculously pushy and hard to understand, unwilling to listen. They refused my request for a refund but did refund me $50 and added anther year coverage and support from them, which I will NEVER use. I don't believe they are anything but a scam outfit out of India.

Meanwhile, in my spam mail, I received an email from iyogi stating they would never ask for a credit card or ask anybody to fill out a form with my bank info. This company did, and I was foolish enough to give it to them. I am in the process of a dispute with my bank to get my money refunded, but they are telling me I made an agreement with them by paying them and authorizing them to work on computer. I say there was a breech of the contract because they did not fix my computer.

I would never trust this company and hope others are wary as well. Meanwhile, I had a friend work on my computer and he said they were tricky because every time he isolated the problem and removed it, the virus rebuilt itself into another area of my hard-drive. Luckily, he was able to outsmart it.

I continue to receive calls now from iyogi telling me I have been hacked again. How do they know that? Isn't Spyware supposed to take care of that? I just tell them they are a scam and to not call again. They don't like being told "no". Just hang up!

I HAVE JUST BEEN DICONNECTED BY AN iYogi TECHNICIAN UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT SHE COULDN'T HEAR ME. SHE ENDED THE SESSION WHERE SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO CHECK MY COMPUTER REMOTELY TO SEE IF THE AVG I HAD BEEN BILLED FOR WAS CORRECTLY UN-INSTALLED AND TO SEE IF I HAD THE PROPER WINDOWS APPLICATIONS FOR WINDOWS FIREWALL AND DEFENDER ON MY COMPUTER AND THEN SHE WAS TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE AUTO RE-NEWAL FOR AVG AND GET A REFUND FOR THE AUTO RE-NEWAL THAT I NEVER AUTHORIZED . NONE OF THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE SHE MADE ME FEEL UN-COMFORTABLE AS SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS TAKING LIBERTIES WITH MY MACHINE IN LOOKING AT PROGRAMS I HAD ON MY COMPUTER THAT HAD NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH OUR AGREEMENT - THUS SHE WAS THE PERSON TO TERMINATE THE SESSION BEFORE SHE HAD DONE HER JOB - IT SEEMS A VERY SHODDY AND DISHONEST BUSINESS AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AGREEING WITH ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE ASK YOU TO DO CONCERNING DOING A REMOTE SESSION OR BUYING ANY THING - SPECIFICALLY ANY PROGRAMS TO ADD ONTO YOUR COMPUTER - THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPLAINS AS WELL AS MINE LIKE THIS - BEWARE!

I have been using the iYogi service for at least four years now, I am 73 years old, and got my first computer when I retired. I needed someone to help me out of jams, do my updates, clean my files. When I got a virus, I clicked on the iYogi icon, they took over my computer, got it running smooth again. You can call them for anything at all. What I really like is the 24 hour service. Even holidays. I am so satisfied with this company.
