I am months behind on my storage unit and have been calling for about weeks trying to confirm payment arrangements I have been promised a call back and absolutely no response Been trying to make a payment today because tomorrow it will be months behind I keep getting transferred to someone who is supposed to be handling my account and all I get is her voicemail I cannot pay online or over the phone I can only speak with this individual who will acknowledge that she has received numerous calls from me One person I spoke with told me they left her an email but I have nothing in writing that I am trying to contact this companyToday when I called to make a payment it states "if you are in auction status" I do not want my stuff sold I have had this account for over a year and never had an issue with them before I actual like PODS but this is getting scary and I just want to make sure my items are not auctioned off when I have indeed been trying to contact my represen

Today I woke up to $of unauthorized charges from PODSThis is the second time this has happened with this company in the last yearThey save card information, even when you specifically decline recurring transactions, and then they charge your cards without authorization whenever they feel They even randomly attempt arbitrary amounts until one gets approvedThese practices are unethical, and according to my bank's fraud department, ILLEGAL

While promising at first, our experience with PODS has been terrible once they got a hold of our belongingsFirst, during the initial phone call the employee on the phone misquoted the transit time and did not as much as mention that the transit time "excludes Sundays and Holidays"Then, during a follcall to schedule transit and delivery to new location, the delivery+transit time increased again from "7-days" (as initially quoted) to days (called to schedule on 5/21, delivery expected 6/6)Be aware that once they pick up your possessions, you as a customer will have absolutely no recourse and will have to deal with unhelpful (and downright rude) employees on the phoneEmployees will default to saying "this is just what the system shows me", will provide no alternative explanation, and will leave you extremely frustratedGiven my dealings with this company, I would not be surprised if they push the delivery date back again, purely arbitrarily, or deliver the wrong containerI am extremely disappointed in their level of customer service for the amount of money we have paid
We have now gone through two cross-country moves: one with a professional moving company, and one with PODSI cannot more strongly recommend going with a professional moving company even if costs more money! As an academic family, we will certainly need to move again and I am constantly around other people who move around a lot for their jobsGiven my experience, I know I will be actively recommending *against* using PODS to save others the trouble we have gone through
