I had my things in a pod from 1-1-till 5-21-and wildlife was living in my pod and destroying my things, I had a very expensive area rug in there and it made it's home in the middle of it, and the smell was so awful that the rug had to be disposed ofI paid them $per month to supply a home for wildlifeI have contact them on multiple occasions to be told the resolution team would contact me, and have yet to receive a call

We ordered PODS, to be delivered on 11/15/and the 2nd on 11/17/On 11/14/18, we received text messages confirming the delivery of the POD on 11/15/by 2:PMAt 1800, the POD had not been deliveredWe called the PODS company and they told us, they could see the POD was to have been delivered, but did not know what happenedThe Manager Steve (11/15/@ 1800) refused to speak with us and told the agent Elaine that she would need to hang up and we would need to call back in minutesWe called back at 1815, the manager Steve would not speak with us and we were assigned a new agentKim, the new agent at PODs, reported she did not know why the POD had not been delivered or would need to arrange for the delivery of a POD, but could not provide a date and/or timeKim was unable to tell us why our POD was not delivered as ordered and paidWe hired movers through Helping Hands, recommended by the PODs company, who are scheduled to arrive on 11/17/at 0700, PODs took no financial responsibility of this arrangementPODs refused to send an email of the mistake that occurred, however I took screen shots showing the delivery date of the POD we ordered

PODS assured me, multiple times, a month ago that my POD would be delivered to me in the morningThis was a necessity because I hired movers to pack my entire apartment into the POD on the same day in the afternoonOn top of that, my lease is up, and everything needs to be out
I got an automated message, less than hours prior to my scheduled delivery/move, that my POD would be delivered between 2:30pm-5pm (but no guarantee)
I called PODS customer service who didn't take any responsibility, nor did anything to resolve the issue to get my POD to me at the promised time

I received an inaccurate quote and was charged $more than the quoted price for receive service I had originally requested
I had a great experience working with the *** officeTheir drivers were great and I have no complaints with themHowever, I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that I received an inaccurate quote (which I used to budget my move and house), and was subsequently charged more for the move I had asked for in the first place, but almost another $for them to fix their mistakeIt was then almost $more than the move I had originally requestedI will not be recommending this company to anyone I am associated with, but instead deterring themI wish I could recommend just the *** office, but if corporate office can't provide sufficient service, it ruins it for the local office

Started out good experience - for a 30-day rental- clean & on time - - then came the Final Bill ! - The Delivery fee was $more than quoted & Piwas $more ! Rep had no valid explanation why Delivery & Picosts, were different at the same address, other than the "Center" of my Zip Code is miles different than actual address - & Even though my bill was paid, The POD Rep threatened to turn my account over to "collections" if I filed a complaint with my Credit Card company

Great company to deal with from staff over the phone to driver's delivering the POD I would definitely use them again to move my home no matter if it's half way across the US or local
