Wildlife living in my pod and destroying things
I had my things in a pod from 1-1-till 5-21-and wildlife was living in my pod and destroying my things, I had a very expensive area rug in there and it made it's home in the middle of it, and the smell was so awful that the rug had to be disposed ofI paid them $per month to supply a home for wildlifeI have contact them on multiple occasions to be told the resolution team would contact me, and have yet to receive a call
POD being relieved at wrong timeCalled customer service with no resolution
PODS assured me, multiple times, a month ago that my POD would be delivered to me in the morningThis was a necessity because I hired movers to pack my entire apartment into the POD on the same day in the afternoonOn top of that, my lease is up, and everything needs to be out
I got an automated message, less than hours prior to my scheduled delivery/move, that my POD would be delivered between 2:30pm-5pm (but no guarantee)
I called PODS customer service who didn't take any responsibility, nor did anything to resolve the issue to get my POD to me at the promised time
PODS was a smart choice for us while we had new flooring installed through out our homeWe left it in our driveway for a month while we sorted and downsized our belongings(We took our time!) The delivery and pickup of the container was quick and easyDriver was on time and efficient, also, careful of our propertyOnline arrangements very easy and convenientPrice was reasonable
Pods charged me $341.63, $157.31, and $I should only have been charged the $I was given an invoice showing credits but didn't receive
Pods charged me $341.63, $157.31, and $I should only have been charged the $I was quoted
I was credited only $and $Pods charged me $incorrectly and wirhout my knowledge or approvalAnd they only credited $Pods still owe me $172.41!
Pods is the worst company I have ever worked withEvery negative review I have read about them is 100% accurate to what I have experiencedWish I had read those reviews before working with them
No customer service, they lie and steal money from you through incorrect and unauthorized charges that they themselves can't even explainManagers are told that they'll call you back and they never doThey are told they will credit back and they never doYou wait on hold for hours and are shipped around to all different departments that tell you they can't
POD pickup was a disasterThe container fell over and broke our in ground basketball goal and cracked our driveway
We ordered a POD container on 12/1/Customer ID: XXXXXXXXX.It was delivered without incidentOn 12/9/2015, the POD driver came back to pick it upIt was dark and he was having trouble making all of the wheels come up at the same time on the POD dollyThe hydraulics were not working properlyHe kept trying and at one point got three wheels to lift the POD and the fourth wheel did not go upThe POD tipped over and smashed into our in ground basketball goalThe basketball goal kept the container from hitting the groundBetween the weight of his truck and the weight of the POD, there are multiple cracks in our driveway nowThe entire incident was caught on surveillance video. The driveway repairs will cost $to tear out and re pour the cracked portions and $to replace the basketball goalI have contacted Christian A., Executive Resolution Specialist

PODS has been utterly negligent and unprofessional in dealing with my military family moveWe have had numerous issues regarding weight tickets
Our PODS order was placed for drop off on June in Milton, FL and delivered to Macomb, MI July Upon booking our PODS order (XXXXXXXXX) we let the customer service representative know we were military, prompting them to offer a military discountWe also immediately requested weight tickets at origin as that is what our service branch requiresWe were provided with an empty weight ticket from Vern Peacock on June This empty weight ticket was performed on a certified CAT scale and thus provided weight of each axle, generating a gross weight of lbsFollowing our PODS pickup we called several times to customer service to request our full weight ticketsThe representatives often had no idea where the PODS container was but could only tell us that it had been shippedWe learned after several calls that our PODS was not weighed
This company is accusing me of not paying for some services that I did not receive and were already cleared
I am reporting pods moving and storage companyI called the main office in *** Florida, but I do not see this option on this Revdex.com application They then sent me to the *** pod storage because that is the closest one to me I first used pods services back in October and the service ended on December 20, Everything seemed fine except for a few charges $$and $that I did not know what they were during the months from October to December, but I let them slideBut then I called the week of December to ask if I could get The pod delivered a day early and they said, no problem, because I wanted to make sure it would not mess up my contractThe Man from the *** pods that delivered it on the 18th, asked me when it would be good for them to pick it up and that it did not matter when is wasHe acted as if they want
We contacted PODS years ago for a pod to store our furniture while we looked for a new location to have a home built We weren't sure exactly where we would end up, but were assured by PODS that they deliver cross country if need be We looked on their website at their list of serviceable areas and confirmed that several of the towns/cities we were looking at were in fact listed Much to my dismay PODS now refuses to deliver our container to our new location, stating it isn't in a serviceable area, even though it is listed on their website and is only miles from our previous location Not once did they mention prior that they have unserviceable areas From our first contact with them we weren't sure where exactly we were moving and if there was even a remote possibility they couldn't deliver our pod to our new location we would have never paid their overpriced storage fees for the past years They have charged us thousands of dollars under the pretense that they would be a
PODS moving and storage magically raised their prizes after Hurricane Irma I have had my personal belongings packed up since March which started in Kansas City, Missouri After Hurricane Irma I decided that Florida is not for me because of some medical issues Even though my POD is already packed and in their storage facility in Tampa they want another $2,for me to have it shipped almost 1/the distance (to NC/SC) which is what I paid to have it shipped from KC MO to Tampa FL I hope their profits are worth more than their reputation
I should have taken heed to all the horrible reviews that I've read about this company when I was in KS
I was told that the quote that I was quoted for shipping can not be changed although it was just a quoteI didn't inform them that I was military/arp
I have been renting a Pod since December As I ordered the pod to be delivered to my residence I asked how much it would be to ship the Pod to South Carolina and I was quoted a price of $2,OK, so now it is time for me to prepare for this relocation and I have been calling around to different moving company'sI spoke with Penskie and they offered me a discount for being military and quoted me a priceSo I said let me call Pods and see if they have Military/AARP discountsI was told that they can not change my quote because I did not ask for the promo when I ordered my PodWell, I only asked for a quote, I did not order the Pod to be shippedI believe that is bad Customer Service and is an unfair policy

Contacted PODS May for final delivery on June They require days notification, but prefer Husband flying in from CT to help on June
No availability for deliveries until the June
PODS also informed me that the address I provided was not in their service area and my household goods could not be delivered
I was advised that I could rent a truck, drive it to the pods storage location, unload my two pods into the truck and then drive that truck to my house
Informed that PODS would not cover any costs or compensate for my time, because when I originally contacted PODS I should have been read a one-line disclaimer stating that they can?t deliver to all addresses
Initial destination was Cottage Grove, MN
I stated that this wasn't our final destination, but it would be very close by and I was assured it was alright
I was then told over the phone that their service area was miles around MinneapolisMy new address is within that 50-mile radius
Requested to speak to th
I used PODS for a move from Las Vegas to Jacksonville, FL Everything they said would happen, happenedAll invoices were correct Customer service was very professional and helpfulFirst time using this service, and I would definitely use them again By the way, not one item was damaged during the mile move
Sales/Customer Service lack of knowledge = Delivery and customer education problems
My family was moving from Oak Park, Il to Kennesaw, Ga on 6/ I booked a POD on May 26th based on a referral in which the POD was delivered on 6/and packed and picked up on 6/ Per the rep I originally spoke with, I planned and asked for the POD to be delivered 6/ We set aside enough personal items for days and have had to sleep in sleeping bags on the floor No problem We can manage for days I've got three kids I book movers to come help unload the POD for today's delivery I have a new job which is the reason for the move and today is my scheduled day off to handle the unpacking I travel weekly and don't know the next opportunity I can be available to handle this since everything was already scheduled around today's due date I call to find out the delivery window time frame where I am told I will not have my POD until July 10th I have spent two hours at least on the ph
My POD is lost and nobody will give me any information
My POD was due at my home between 2:and 5: It is now 8:PM Several calls to the number with no results A manager is supposed to call me but they do not All I own is in that POD and they make no effort to contact me
Rigid & confrontational CS Rep Unfair storage billing Unethical discount presentation Unethical management of credits
1-spoke to CS Rep Denny ...only response to my concerns was denial quoting policy I asked to speak to someone that could make an exception he became short tempered & told me no such person existed Literally Thats why I'm here
This CS Rep did not represent you well If he was following guidelines they need to be reconsidered If he was not it's either a hiring issue, a training issue or an attitude/skill issue There should be an option for customers that does not end at the lowest level of customer service Gives the impression that PODs does not care
My first issue is that I'm being charged one months storage on a pod that was returned six days after receipt (three of those days at pods request) On day four that pod was available to be rented to yet another customer essentially allowing pods to double bill for the overlappi
I contracted PODS in NJ on July 14, to have a POD delivered to my homeI loaded the POD and had it picked up on July 18, to be kept at a facility in NJ until I was ready to relocate for my new jobI was on auto pay and each month on the 15th the payment was madeOn 9/29/I contacted them to have my POD delivered to my new location in Lewes DeI was quoted a price of $which I agreed upon
On 9/30/a payment of $was debited from my checking account which was $over the quote that I had received by phoneIn addition another payment was debited on 10/1/for $which I did not recognize at allI immediately called them and they acknowledged that they had inadvertently taken out an additional monthly payment and would credit my checking account I questioned that as well and they justified by telling me that this was partial pro-rated monthly payment for 9/29-10/which made no sense since I had already paid for the month until 10/In
