In re: MY OFFICIAL DISPUTE OF THE VALIDITY OF ANY PORTION OF AND ALL OTHER DEBT AMOUNTS THAT PODS, or PODS Enterprises, LLC COMPANY CLAIM THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR TO THEIR COMPANY AND HAVE SUBMITTED TO YOUR BUSINESS AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS, COMPANY, ETC., FOR COLLECTIONS
I officially dispute the validity of any and all debt to PODS, or PODS Enterprises, LLC they claim I owe Again, I have absolutely no knowledge of a PODS being delivered to an address I do not live at or lived at when delivered I have not spoken to or had any conversation or communications with anyone at PODS about delivering, using, loading, unloading a PODS unit I have not spoken to anyone at PODS about my signing any document and have never signed any document regarding checking out a PODS unit I am, therefore, not responsible for this debt/bill

THE office in Albuquerque is very unresponsive and has left the POD unit in front of my home for nearly two weeksIt was originally scheduled to be picked up on Oct3rd, but because the delivery was delayed until the 3rd they rescheduled the pickup and the earliest date was the 20th I am in the middle of a construction zone and the residents on my street have not had their trash picked up because the pod takes up nearly a 1/of the road and trash trucks cannot get byI have contacted PODS and they have told me that all they can do is contact the local PODS facility and request a earlier pick up then the one scheduled for Oct20thThat will be two weeks that an entire street has not had trash pickup and my neighbors are not happy with me or PODSThis has been relayed to their CS representatives who state they can do nothing except request an earlier pickupWould never recommend PODS to anyone based on their inability to meet the needs of their customers

I have attempted to ship my POD on three occasions and it is not being shippedI have most of my belongings stuck in this POD that I cannot get
I contacted PODS in September to have my container shipped to Louisville KY and have it waiting in their storage center thereI contacted them on 11-9-to set up delivery from the storage center in Louisville to our new homeI was told that the POD never shipped and has been in storage in FL all alongThe agent I spoke to informed me that the POD would be shipped Monday morning, expedited so it would arrive on 11-16-in Louisville and that I would receive and e-mail confirming this on the 11-9-I never received that follow up e-mail and contacted them today, 11-12-to follow up and was told again that my POD has not shippedMost of my belongings are int hat POD and I have three young children, thus making life very difficultI was told today, 11-12-that they would call me laterI am very concerned because no one can give m

CALLED BACK TO VERIFY ORDER AND THEN WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE EMAIL THE QUOTE WAS GONE BUT THE NEW PRICE WOULD BE $THEY SAID ONCE THE QUOTE IS GONE ITS GONE NO MATTER WHATBUT TELLS ME THE NEW PRICE WOULD BE GOOD FOR DAYS

ORDERED A POD WAS CONFIRMED TO DEL ON 11-01- PAID IN FULL FOR STORAGE AND DELIVERY ....POD WAS TO BE SET IN PLACE ON DESIGNATED AREA WITH DOOR OPENING FACING MAIN ROAD THERE WAS AMPLE ROOM TO SET IN FACT DRIVER HAD IT IN PLACE AND WOULD NOT DROP IT THERE !! HE HAD THE POD ON LOCATION AND WE SAID OK THEN HE WOULD NOT SET IT DOWN AND PULLED OUT WITH POD AND LEFT AND WAS VERY RUDE TO US HE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO US IF HE HAD THE POD IN PLACE AND SAID HE COULD NOT GET THE TRUCK OUT HOW DID HE GET TO THE PLACE TO SET IT IN ???YOU TELL ME ! WE HAVE THE PICTURES TO SUPPORT THIS !!! THERE IS A SPRINKLER HEAD OVER TO THE RIGHT BUT DID NOT BLOCK FOR ENTRY ! HE ALSO ARRIVED WITH AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE HE HAD TO TURN AROUND THE POD TO FACE THE ROAD I ASK HIM IF HE CAME WITH INSTRUCTION FOR PLACEMENT AND HE DID NOT ANSWER ME ALL OF THE DIRECTIONS WERE CONFIRMED BY BY THE PODS CUSTOMER CARE TEAM ON 10/21/WHEN HE PULLED BACK ONTO THE ROAD TO RESET THE POD TO FACE THE ROAD

PODS has been utterly negligent and unprofessional in dealing with my military family moveWe have had numerous issues regarding weight tickets
Our PODS order was placed for drop off on June in Milton, FL and delivered to Macomb, MI July Upon booking our PODS order (XXXXXXXXX) we let the customer service representative know we were military, prompting them to offer a military discountWe also immediately requested weight tickets at origin as that is what our service branch requiresWe were provided with an empty weight ticket from Vern Peacock on June This empty weight ticket was performed on a certified CAT scale and thus provided weight of each axle, generating a gross weight of lbsFollowing our PODS pickup we called several times to customer service to request our full weight ticketsThe representatives often had no idea where the PODS container was but could only tell us that it had been shippedWe learned after several calls that our PODS was not weighed

We kept our household items in storage with PODS in MD and some of our items were damaged and the claims dept denied my claim
We stored household items that have clearly been damaged while in storageThere are black spots(which may be mold) on an ottoman, dis coloring, rust on a canopy bed, a sticky film on a dinning room table and what seems like chewed away cloth on anothe piece of furnitureI was told when we got the POD that our items would be secured and I could get added insurance for my items, which we did at about $extra a month for about yearsThat's about about an extra $No one ever explained that it really doesn't cover mold, or bugs getting in my pod and eating my furnitureWe never shipped our items from the original facility but when my husband went to get our things from the POD it was in a totally different storage placeI have submitted a claim that was denied without anyone getting in touch with me to clarify our claim or ask questions or even sen

To anyone thinking of using PODS, please note that they use franchises for each locationThe experience with each location varies greatly Please also keep in mind that their automated system does not always workI have had a terrible time of them communicating clearly and accurately When I called in to give feedback that their system does not work accurately, I got the run around and complete lack of "ownership" of the issue and I was sent from one department to another with no response or resolution to the issue You are basically dealing with a big company, no ownership, franchises and little real care or response from the parent company And the pricing is comparable with a professional mover

Fraudulent billing was reversed by my credit card company and now they are sending demand letter trying to get the fraudulent charges from us!

We reserved a month for a storage unit, even though we need it for one week They insist we order the months, but we did not take it After we ordered, the unit came in weeks later We used the unit for week, and asked them to come pick it up They cannot pick up until the second month of ordering, so they will charge us for an additional month while I have a storage unit on my driveway for another month I understand charging us for a month to be used for week, but they cannot pick it up when we are finished, and to be charge us when we only wanted it for month I don't get it

According to the PODS website, "most" warehouse facilities are accessible from 8-pm Monday-Saturday and closed on Sundays
When I searched the facility by name through the web, hours posted are 8:30-4:30, Monday-Saturday
The sheer fact that one of your facility managers would risk a customers property by leaving it unsecured and unattended outside of a secured facility is unacceptable and should of not even of been mentionedIf I was simpl
