In the week leading up to my expected date of delivery, I called PODS to verify their deliverI called on Monday, 2/and was assured they were on track to arrive on timeI called again on Friday 2/to ensure they would meet their 2/delivery dateI was then told that they were having technical issuesI was called back and told the PODS were delayedI then discovered that PODS has a new IT system that has been causing internal errorsIf this is true, and the PODS representatives knew it, then they should have called to verify my delivery on Monday rather than just checking their systemIt was negligence on their part, if they knowingly had an IT problem, not to call their logistics department and verify the scheduling of my shipmentThis negligence has now effected my family emotionally, physically, and financiallyThis is not a routine error, but negligence on the part of the company

We first order the container in Glendale, AZ around 1/13/to ship our stuff to Queens, NY (this is for order number XXXXXX After it was shipped to NY, the container stayed in their Jamaica holding center until 4/26/when I called their customer service to have it shipped to StPaul, MN When trying to ship the container to MN, a new order number was created and the number is XXXXXX This new order number was accompanied by a new invoice (PEIUXXXXXXXXX) but somehow they put down Tolleson, AZ as location to deliver filled container And this is when they began to charge me for monthly storage fee of $(5/26-6/period), $(6/26-7/25) and $(7/26-8/25) However, my container did arrive to MN and it had new order numbers which was XXXXXX and XXXXXX and history for these orders are not available for viewing on Pods.com However, invoice # PEIUXXXXXXXXX shows the new order number XXXXXX and use of storage center from

We've had several issues with PODS since the date our PODS unit was scheduled to arriveThose issues are detailed below:

a This required several phone calls by us to correct and obtain the unit for which we had already started our rental period
b We were told a claim had been created to adjust our rental period as we were delayed in receiving our unitThis was never completed by PODS
c We were told we'd receive a call in 3-days, which we have yet to receive (days later)
PODS stated that I called on 10/to say their driver was rude This was not possible, as they delivered to the wrong address on 10/2, and when they did deliver to my home, I was not even there - having never met the driver

My husband and I received a phone call at 8:30pm Chicago time 10/25/18, just hours prior to getting on a flight to Phoenix, where we were to have our POD delivered to our new home on Friday 10/26/ The phone call was from a Charles at their Clearwater, FL location, telling us that they do not deliver to the Wickenburg area on those days, and the POD would be delivered on Tuesday 10/30/We took off of work and are on a tight schedule, we will be returning on Monday 10/29/18,as we have to return to work Our contract clearly states that the POD picked up in Chicago on 10/12/would deliver to Wickenburg, AZ on 10/26/and would then be picked up by POD on 10/29/
This is entirely unacceptable service, and this was not cheap! We spoke to a LuAnn from their general customer service, and she was very nice, but did mention that this change was made in their computer on 10/25/18, just this evening and she gave me the names of Steven, Location Manager 480-705-and his boss; John; Regional Manager 480-785-7637, and told me that these two people are the only ones that can over-ride this decision There shouldn't be a decision when they have put this in writing I will be contacting these gentlemen in the morning hoping to have resolution I am very unhappy with this type of unprofessionalism and service

Then when I called Pods customer service to escalate the issue, they tried to tell me that since the note about the property manager was put in the system at 2pm local time, that they may have tried to deliver the container durin

Pods has failed to deliver my personal belongings as promised, with having multiple confirmationsThe container is lost according to them
I have paid Pods for my container, dealt with multiple issues regarding billing, they scheduled the container to be delivered to the wrong state, now they "can't find the pod" and that a form wasn't filled out that was never brought to my attn at allMy children are sleeping on the floor in my condo as I sit and wait for my furnitureI've hired movers twice and paid them as they did not have anything to move, twice! A driver calls me to come and pick up my Pod, yet it's nowhere to be found! I spoke to multiple people in the company, paid with my cap one visa, was then overcharged and refunded different amountsThis is a joke of a businessI need help!

The storage unit leaked and ruined my furniture and they said it didn't leak after pressure testingThis is a lie, they denied my claim and told me to contact my homeowners insurance, If I wanted to leave my furniture out in the rain, I could have done that for free
