PODS have debited my account for a full months rent for days of use

On or about July 16, 2015, I entered into a contract with PODS for a July 30, delivery of a self-storage container to my Ohio residence and an August 1, pickup to that container for storage of the container by PODS at its storage facility on Kemper Road in Cincinnati, Ohio Pursuant to the terms of the contract, PODS delivered the container to the Ohio residence on July 30, and picked up the container from the Ohio residence on August 1, for storage at its Kemper Road facility until further notice from me as to redelivery

When I originally set up my POD account in November 2015, I told the woman who I spoke with that I didn't know where the new address would be, as we were still looking She said it wouldn't be an issue, they'd store the POD at their location in Longmont, CO, and that when we did find a new house, to call and they'd deliver the POD
When I called on February 10, to have my POD delivered to my new house, I was told that they don't service the area I asked what my options were, and was told that either they could deliver it back to the address that I had it picked up from, which is a house I no longer own, or that I could drive almost hours out of my way to their storage facility to pick up my stuff
Neither of these is a good option I obviously can't have it dropped off at a house I sold, and it will cost significantly more time and money to rent a large moving truck to go to their facility, move my things, then drive and move my things

Made a call today to get a quote from the mainland to HawaiiGot transferred from some number to Laura on the Hawaii team @ 877-770-on 10-@ HST and she was probably the most rude person I have ever dealt withShe had no answers for anything other than "thats company policy" which you could tell was only because she knew nothing of an actual answer
She was also very combative when asked a few simple questions by saying sir, sir , sir while interrupting my questionsRude to say the least and something funny, they just expect you to agree to a $quote after treating you like that? Trust them with all your worldly possessions and accept that type of treatment???? Most definitely NOT..!!!!
Was going to go with them out of default kind of but since the treatment was so pathetic I decided to do some research - complaints of the last years and only or so resolved?? Not to good of a records of them handling worldly possessions
So with the bad customer service and the research - *** was the better choice and by far a better rate for the move as well
Very aware this will fall on deaf ears but if I reach ONE PERSON and they make a well educated decisions based on this - my task has been completed!
