Terrible service, do not use PODS The entire process from start to finish was nothing but horrible I told them exactly what I had down to the measurements of my furniture and I was recommended one foot pod When the pod got there the driver tore up the grass The loaded showed up and immediately told me it wasn't large enough I called to see what my options were since it was their mistake and I was told I could get a 7ft pod for almost the same price as the 16ft Obviously I wasn't going to do that and order more loading services I had to rent a uhaul and storage locker Wasted time, money and defeats the purpose if having movers When I requested a drop off of the pod I was then told they won't drop on Wednesdays No one bothered to inform me one this when I got the quote Then I had to push everything to Thursday I also had to request a morning delivery which they charge an additional $ I called the day before to verify to be safe since the website wasn't updated Keep in mind that every time I called prior it was at least a minute hold to speak to someone This night I was on hold for minutes Only to be told that they weren't sure what time the delivery was Then after pushing more she reads the notes and claims it's 730am to 1030am The next morning it updated online to show to 330pm I called and waited another minutes to find out that again they gave me incorrect information The rep calls the delivery manager Mark and he tells her it will be there before At 1206pm I got the pod, paid for unloaders to stand around until it arrived and got dropped We call back and waited another again to finally speak to another supervisor who argued with us claiming that we shouldn't have had movers same day and everything was our fault Unbelievable for a "supervisor" to be so rude and disrespectful Again it was a battle just to be refunded for the extra money to get a morning delivery
