Being charged for another month when my POD was picked up
Early January, I contacted PODS to please drop off my POD on January 29th, since that is the date we would be closing on our home I asked customer service if there would be a charge, they just told me that there would be a $charge to drop off but because I was returning prior to the 1st of February my month rate of $would not be charged They took out my monthly rate anyway even though they had picked it up I have tried calling numerous times but keep getting a recording, "Due to high call volume, your wait time will be a minimum of hour" This is ridiculous!! I have tried and called at least times to get that same recordingI even tried to wait a couple of times but never got to speak to anyone

PODS changed my delivery date without notifying me directly!
On November 6, 2017, I ordered a POD for my moveI was told the delivery time would be business days to transport the Pod from NC to NYCustomer #XXXXXXXXXI was given a delivery date of 12/2/for my Pod to be delivered to my address with my belongingsOn 12/2/17, I called Pods to inquire and I was told that my delivery date was changed because I didn't sign the rental agreement on timeI was shocked, I told the representative that I received a call to sign the agreement before 11/27/and I signed it on 11/24/The representative told me I was supposed to sign it on 11/23/and due to my negligence my delivery date was changed to 12/6/I asked if there was anything that could be doneShe was very rude and had no empathy so I asked for a supervisorThe supervisor told me they had an advocacy team that handled complaints and they may be able to have my delivery date moved up I called again on 12/7/after

so I hired pods for the 4th timewhen we moved and I was ready for them to deliveri was informed that they cannot deliver to my housei live right off a hwybut okaythen that it would cost to move each podonce I approved that they charged it to an incorrect card that they did not think they could refundthey then continued to charge the correct card more when asked they said these quotwere incidental feesquot of these were never mentioned to me beforeso basically they want per pod to move them and cannot deliver to my house..after numerous calls and requests for manangementi have been escalated to managementit has now been wks there they did figure out how to refund the incorrect cardbut have not figured out anything elseit has been a week since I heard from themI cannot believe this sad to realize how much they have gone down hillsad

First I want to say this has been the one of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered I ordered the PODS to be delivered via phone months ago I received at confirmation email for delivery on pod on June9th then a second confirmation for a later drop off of the same date at 4pm when I had not received by second pod I called only to be informed that I wasn't getting a second pod on the day I ordered and paid for it for I then was told sometime Monday I am moving and had movers coming first thing monday morningat no point had anyone from your company called to tell me or ask me if changing my already paid for service could be changed Next comes pick up I went online and scheduled a pick op of both of my pods and only one was removed when I called customer service to find out about the pick up of my second pods no one could answer that just saying I put out an email to find out when pick up will happen the only thing pod
