We rented a POD for on-site storage while our house was being built and ended up keep to POD for over yearsWe have had perfect payment history up until this last month and we got one month behindI called to make a payment (yes, after the due date) and I work out a schedule with the representative that I spoke with on that day to get caught up and then to have the POD picked upWe have a large POD so our bill is quit expensiveWe have used the same card on file the whole years except for the one late payment that we madeIt was made very clear that this card was for a one time payment only and that after that payment they would go back to using the card on fileWellthey ended up charging the card (the one that was for a one-time payment only) for $I immediately called them and I got into a "heated" discussion with several representatives and "supervisors" but was only told that I needed to speak with a case manager but there was no case manager on staff that dayI have filed a fraudulent charge with my bank as this company used my card without my permissionI was told by several people before we started using the POD that they are an unreliable and crooked companyI now regret not listening to all the warningI DO NOT recommend that anyone ever do business with this company

PODS failed to provide accurate weight tickets for my POD as they were paid to do under our contract

Inaccurate billing and failure of customer service to correct it
I rented a PODS to complete a military Do it Yourself (DITY) move from Colorado to Rhode Island
They charged me approximately 250$ monthly rental fee after the system was returned over two weeks before the fee was due They also completed this charge after I specifically called them and sat on hold for over an hour to specifically request they no complete the charge They are taking advantage of veterans because they know that a military move is a stressful move and once a move is completed they know that there is precious little time to spend, what I have done now, over hours of hold on the phone, to scrape a few extra dollars out of a veteran
