We chose PODS over their competitors for a cross-country move from Florida to Olympia WAI had recently seen a PODS move into our neighborhood and was impressed by the operation My CSR was very forthcoming about the cost and options of using PODS for this move and, after mentioning that we were also pricing their competitors, was offered a discount from the originally quoted price - after, all this IS a competitive business All the CSR's I interacted with were pleasant and helpful, and the delivery driver at our destination (in WA) was pleasant, upbeat and professional He even had to move off-site to re-position the POD on his truck so that it could be unloaded properlyMy only negative comment (and word of advice) would be regarding the packing crew from another company that was linked to the PODS website The packing crew I picked (who were NOT PODS employees) was sub-standard and slapdash - but what other options do you have when moving day arrives? My advice would be to contact a reputable local moving company and contract to hire a "professional" crew of furniture packers from them
All-in-all a satisfactory outcome to an otherwise trying long-distance relocation I would unhesitatingly use them again

PODS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST, WE HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY LIED TO AND BILLED WITHOUT CAUSE AND THE FLORIDA PEOPLE HAVE REFUSED TO ADMIT FAULT OR PROVIDE CORRECTIONS

Pod was deliver on 12/5/to our home in Lake Worth FL Pod was picked up on 12/13/ Delivery date was scheduled 12/22/in our new home in Grand Island NY I called the office to supply directions to the driver upon entering the apartment complex on 12/19/ At that time, I was not notified of any delays On 12/21/18, I received a voicemail that I could not understand When returning the call to the number on my caller ID, no one answered I called Pod number on morning of 12/22/to find out that the pod was delayed days due to "truck breaking down" and would be delivered on 12/28/ At no time were we notified of any issue prior to my call I spoke with Pod Corporate office today, XXX-XXX-XXXX to confirm there were NO issues with 12/28/delivery They could not guarantee, however when you call for new service this is one of their selling points
