Automatic Insurance O/ Failure to Provide Itemized Bill in a Timely Manner
Due to major billing and record-keeping issues with PODs computer system, I was not provided with billing or transaction information (paperwork, statements, etc) until over a month after the final billing
In the statement I received, there were "contents protection" charges added on to storage fees and to the cross country transit These fees were never authorized be me
PODs "looked into" the issue and, after "reviewing the phone call", told me that I never "opted out" of the insurance These are weasel words, they are used to smuggle in extra charges which were never authorized
I asked for a recording of the conversation they used in their finding and was told that they can't and won't provide me with it nor will they play it over the phone for me

I cannot believe what an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company this is!!!!! What does that mean?? Did she mean allowed?? Or did she mean - we don't have to so I'm not doing it
This company is a JOKE!!! Worst bunch of *** I have dealt with in many large jobs Stay clear - I frankly don't know what to do now They are holding up a project because I cannot get the PODS moved in order to get a dumpster delivered and will probably loose my contractor to another project which will cost me MONTHS with the winter coming VERY bad situation that will cost me 10's of thousands of dollars in lost rent! I am going to just get an electrician and pay $2K out of my own pocket in hopes of getting reimbursed

I was quoted $for a long distance move from Tennessee to Florida Then they withdrew $150.21, $and $(TOTALONG $4,053.53) from my bank account When I called to inquire about it the customer service rep was rude and told me I was wrong he can do math and the total charge was $ He continued to tell me I was wrong about three other things and then said companies make mistakes He offered to transfer me to a department to review the call and that was smooth, he was a pleasant representative That gentleman told me I should be credited for the overdraft fees associated with the mistake of taking payments and he transferred me to another representative That person told me there is nothing she can do I have already spoke to the department to review the call and transferred me to another department That ended up being the collections department That young lady was very sweet and sa

PODS placed an order that could never succeed from the beginning and have refused to take financial responsibility although they admit their at fault
I placed an initial order with PODS for my move from *** on February 21st, During the recorded conversation (PODS recorded), I indicated to the representative that my new apartment complex informed me that PODS will need an alternative means of removing the POD from the truck as the delivery location for the POD is lower in height clearance than the required 15' for PODzilla I was told by my apartment complex that there have been PODS delivered in the past using alternative means and I informed the PODS representative of my request and she indicated she made a note of it on my order that an alternative means of removing the POD from the truck would be required for successful delivery
My POD was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday April 1st During the delivery window I received a call from the

We have reached the point where communications with Pods demonstrate both harassment and gross neglect with respect to customer accounts
The facts:
- we had a Pods unit from Dec - May
- the rent of above Pods was autodrafted from my acct
- since the Pods was picked up in May 2016, we were continually charged the standard rental fee for June & July
- we were refunded the amount for the above mentioned da

We were not able to get our Pods delivered when we needed them They told us they were busy and would not be able to deliver the Pods for more weeks We were told we would not be charged another month of storage since it was a problem on their end They did charge my credit card and then told me they would have to look into refunding me, although they couldn't tell me how long that would take but someone would get back to me Even the supervisors I spoke to couldn't help me because it wasn't their department
Their customer service is a huge bureaucracy, each area is compartmentalized and they continue to pass off your problem to the next department until finally you are forced to leave a voicemail and no one ever returns your call I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge that should have never been charged to my card It took the credit card company business days to finally get Pods to reverse the charge
