SCAM! They refused to deliver my container and held my goods hostage They charged me for the delays they cause and it went into the mad circle

I moved across country in February and I used PODS to transfer my belongings First of all they will underbid initially, knowing that you will fill up your fist pod and have to order another in the middle of packing So whatever size Pod they say you need double it At the price I eventually paid I could have hired a traditional mover and they would have loaded and unloaded the truck Secondly, they charged our credit card twice by mistake (happened to thousands of their customers) they promised to refund the double charge but it took them weeks to do it, despite repeated promises In the mean time the double charge maxed out my credit card and I had very little money for the cross country tripThey never actually revered the charges I had to get my credit card company involved and they rejected the charges
