When having a PODS storage container picked up, hydraulic oil was sprayed on my mom's yard and tree
A relative of my mom had a POD delivered to my mom's house When the POD was picked up on 8/11/16, hydraulic oil was sprayed all over my mom's yard and blue spruce tree The lawn is dead and an arborist inspected the tree on 9/12/and stated the tree will more than likely have to be cut down I have run into nothing but problems trying to resolve this issue with the customer service reps at PODs

This was my first experience using PODSEverything was done in a professional mannerI would use this service again and recommend it to others

My family will be moving into our home on July 16th I attempted to schedule delivery of our POD and system says no dates until mid-August

I attempted to have our POD delivered to our home on July 16th The electronic scheduling system states that there are no dates until after August 15th This is unacceptable We have a *** year old daughter and need her bed We also need our bed and household items
It is ridiculous that there is no availability if I want my stuff delivered but if I want to order a new POD, somehow the company has the capacity to make it work on a sooner date
I tried to select an August date just so we would have something on calendar Despite the fact that the system shows availability on the calendar, I get an error message indicating the date is not available

I contacted PODS by phone on January 4, to get a quote to move all my stuff from *** The sales person asked me what size I needed and I replied one big enough for a "four bedroom house", even though I only had three bedrooms Although, the contract (#XXXXXX) that was emailed to me said it was a ftcontainer I had no idea how much it would fit The sales person never once said it would not fit a four bedroom house and said okay we can do that I was then quoted the price which I was okay with When the container arrived I thought to myself that looks very small for a four bedroom house I asked the driver if it was for a four bedroom house and he indicated "That's the biggest size we have, I have seen some people get it in there and some not" We went ahead and began packing the PODS and got the living room, a desk, a bed and boxes when we realized there is no way the rest of this will fit I contacted PODS again abo

I had a wonderful experience with PODS We had to change dates around a number of times and the customer service team was incredibly helpful and friendly I would recommend to my family and friends to use this service!

I had items in a storage POD and my items were damaged by mold due to water leaking into the POD
Items were kept in the POD for approximately years, supposedly in a climate controlled environment in Farmingdale NJ, at the Gateway facility.Upon delivery of my POD to my new home in Lakewood, NJ, in november of 2015, there was found to be water on the floor of the POD and mold damage to many of my items(I have pictures of the water on the floor and the mold damage)I was working with Heather Gof the legal department at PODS (XXX XXX XXXX), who helped arrange for my items to be transferred to another POD in January (at my expense) so that a leak test could be performed on the first POD(to determine liability)I have attempted to contact her by phone and email almost every day since, for a resolution of this issue, without any response from PODSAny attempt to speak with a representative of PODS has been met with a referral to Ms Gwho apparently is the only person handling

These folks run a great business They did exactly what they said they would do High level of communications to me, both booking and driver interactions Extremely satisfied with them
