I purchased an HP printer, and when I went online to set up it for wireless, I couldn’t to work. I found your website right by the Hp info offering assistance to set up printer for $1.00 that was to be refunded. Gave my credit card no. The only information they gave was to redo the process, which was of no help. Then my credit card company contacted me that I was charged $46.00 and it could be a fraudulent charge. I agreed that it was and they indicated they would take care of it. Later they told me it was a membership and that I would have to contact the company and cancel the membership. When I contacted the company I told they I knew nothing of the membership or the 46 dollars , and they told me I had 7 days to get a refund. Did not know anything about the 7 days or the 46 dollars and they said it didn’t matter. I hope they accepted my cancellation but at this point I’m not sure.

They were very helpful they just couldn't get my cabinet

A few weeks ago I called up in the middle of the night so worried about our cat. She was almost 18 years old. 7 years before she was diagnosed with lung cancer. She had never even been outside. Anyway she went into remission on her own, but in the last year we were doing percussion on her to help her cough up fluid from her lungs and she was on pain meds and prednisolone.
I called up in the middle of the night because Logan our female Ragdoll had started just crying loud and frantically in the middle of the night and also staring at me like always but with a lost look like she knew me and should, maybe jump up in my lap but not sure.
The doctor reassured me that at her age, which is really old for a cat with lung cancer and her breed, the females live 9 to 15 years usually, was probably dealing with dementia and that could explain what was going on. The doctor talked to me awhile longer and I had not even entertained the thought of dementia and it truly made sense. Two weeks later we had our loving Vet who had seen her the most help her pass. It was heartbreaking. But it was the right thing to do because she just could not breathe well and was disoriented badly.
The night I called I was so grateful someone was there to talk to. I would definitely recommend a friend to call "Just answer".

I was very worried about my dog who was throwing up every time we went for a walk. I had taken him to our local vet but wasn't very happy with the result. I logged onto JustAnswers and sent my question and although I didn't get a response until the next day the vet that I chatted with was very knowledgeable and really took the time to find out what was going on with my dog. He gave me some good advice and although it's too soon to know if it's working as he suggested I wait 48 hours before walking him again I am convinced his suggestions will work. Will definitely use this service again.

Happy with the response I receive from the legal aid. He gave me draft on what to do. I didn't go ahead with plan but I dont need it that much but if circumstances occur and I needed help I will definitely used this service again.

We have been very fond of the service in obtaining veterinary assistance, particularly after hours.

Total scam. I have been charged $46/month for 5 months for services I never ordered. Company offered to refund 1 month. Have called to cancel twice, but a new charge appeared last week.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt email, as well as a payment reminder email, 3-days prior to the recurring billing. The membership bills at the end of the 7-day trial in order to avoid an interruption in service.
We are happy to take another look at your account to make sure that it was handled in accordance with the cancellation policy. I highly recommend. I had exhausted all options of what could’ve been wrong that the Epson website and CD gave me and tried Just Answer for the first time as a last resort and I’m so glad I did. First thing they suggested was the thing that worked. They walked me through specific instructions on what to do. It was quick, efficient and $5! If I ever have any trouble again I will go straight to them.

Super Fast response and I am on the other side of the world Melbourne Australia. Just a couple of hours and Wayne answered my question and added additional info. My question was about an obscure guitar from the 1960s. The word expert certainly fits.
