My Expert on the CHAT LINE was Tamar D. He was polite, responsive and knowledgeable.

Although we did not determine my (electric motor) problem, it was not from lack of trying. All he could respond to was information I provided. For $5, I believe it was money well spent.

The tax expert who finally provided answers to my questions was very helpful and thorough, and we are on track for solving the problem we are having. She understood the problem perfectly.

My only concern was it took multiple phone calls to Just Answer Customer Service before we finally connected with the tax expert who provided our answer. It was nearly a week from the date when I signed up for the trial and submitted my question, and it got to the point where I feared I was not going to get an answer because the expert was too busy or hadn't been matched with me. I would have expected a somewhat faster response, and was going to have to cancel if I didn't get the response within the 7 day trial period and had to pay $50 before I got any information back. That would have been a big disappointment but the expert came through on Day 6.
All in all I am now satisfied and have decided to continue with the service on a monthly basis at least for the time being (or until we file our 2019 tax return). Thank you, Rachel.

How you have given this company four stars is baffling.Their whole business plan online is to fool people into giving credit card details and then to automatically bill them for membership!In my case I only discovered the debit after one year because I thought it was related to other purchases.For one year my account was debited AU$66.OO per month for no action on their part.No deduction advice,no messages in fact no contact whatsoever.This is not normal practice and the reference on my bank statement was a 1800 number!This is linked to a PO Box number in SF Ca.I have been refunded three of the $66.00 payments but they refuse to refund the other nine payments claiming that is their upper limit of repayment.This is a scam and is a fraudulent activity which I am pursuing right now and there are literally thousands of similar complaints online.Crooks nothing more!I leave a one star review because of their speed in replying once threatened with legal action.

The Dr. addressed my eye health concerns in a timely and professional manner. I was so happy to have this option during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was really stressed and confused and the Dr. helped me feel calm and understand the treatment I needed to alleviate symptoms.

Very happy with this site. I have had a lot of things valved because if a deceased estate. Most of the time they were very quick to respond with detailed answers and were happy to answer any further questions I had when needed on an item. Some items I thought were worth nothing have turned out to be quite valuable. Highly recommend.

I am an elderly widow with no mechanical sense. A girl stopped the washing machine before the cycle was finish and the washer would not work. Have had issues with a water leak inside a vehicle. They gave me several things to take a look at to see if that’s the problem.

I signed up last week, and was corresponding with a vet within minutes. The vet seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it was too little, too late for my kitty. Wish I had contacted them sooner. Because my cat didn't survive, I have no further use for their service, so I cancelled after a few days. They confirmed my cancellation. I guess we'll see next month if they are legit, or scammers. So far, I feel treated fairly.

I live in Greater Cleveland (OH) and have a 16-year old landline phone with a phone message capability that was no longer working. The answering machine would not pick up incoming calls. After spending hours trying to troubleshoot the problem, I contacted the phone's manufacturer, Panasonic, which routed my call to JustAnswer.

I eventually was connected to a phone system specialist named Greg based in the San Francisco area. He knew home office phone systems backward and forward. The problem I had was difficult to troubleshoot. At his suggestion, we communicated over my cell phone instead of via JustAnswer's chat service.

He guided me through a number of tests which ultimately indicated that part of my phone system's base unit was no longer operable, probably due to its age. Once he discovered the cause, Greg came up with a reasonable workaround that will enable me to use my phone system and avoid the expense and hassle of purchasing a new one.

Greg was terrific! He was patient, thorough, and congenial. I was quite favorably impressed by his knowledge and amiable approach to problem-solving. It was a delight to work with him.
