COMMERCIAL TENANCY PROBLEM

Dr Bruce answered all my questions about my dachshund. She had caught a rabbit and ate it and had a very upset stomach and did not want to eat. She is just fine now thanks to Dr. Bruce.

I am so unhappy with this website, it is almost unbearable. I reached out to them on Friday, April 24th, and they wouldn't help me without a credit card number, which is understandable. I gave it to them, and no one ever got back to me.
I was asking for advice from a vet regarding my pet rabbit. No one in my family is working right now, and we can't afford an er visit to the vet.
I reached out to them today, from the same browser, from the same account, and the only response I got was the same message asking for my credit card information. Both of my questions are available, I can see them, so why couldn't the person on the other end of the chat?
I will be cancelling the 'membership' since it can't even get me a response to my question. I wish I could give negative stars.

I've paid $5 for trail period and forgot to cancel during that trail week.
Since I've forgotten to cancel my membership on Friday April 24th, on
Sunday Apr. 26th I saw that I was charged $28 for membership to start
the membership's first 30 days.
On Monday Apr. 27th I've canceled my one day old membership.
I've called the customer service of the company and asked them for refund,
I spoke to Mr. Rommel and the supervisor Mr. Mike which told me that there
is NO Refunds, I should have canceled during the trail period.
Yes I should have, but since I forgot to cancel and did cancel the very first day
of the membership which I won't use, I should pay for a service I'll never receive???
I don't know if it is legal to charge someone for future service he will not use, but if
it is, It is not definitely not an honest thing to do! It looks like they are making money
from people's mistake, and this can't be an A+ company with the Revdex.com.

It is evident that you did not intend to continue with the membership after the trial ended, so as a courtesy I have refunded all of your membership charges. On March 21st. I used the services of JustAnswer. A $5.00 charge was placed on my charge account. On March 22nd, in compliance with their agreement I called and cancelled. On March 31st I received a $37.00 charge on my account. On April 1st I called to remind them that I had cancelled. They said, yes it was cancelled and a Credit would be coming soon. On April 27th I received another $37.00 charge. Talked to a representative, and then asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor claimed there was no cancellation and that the best they could do was to refund the April 27th payment. Although the representatives were OK to work with, their customer service and the systems they have are not in keeping with good business practice.
Keep exact records of any/all conversations you have with this company.

Excellent assistance!! I felt secure with the answers I received. My customer service professional really alleviated my stress with quick response to my questions. Awesome !!

First they you into thinking that they are an official rep for HP, then they quote you a price, then the price quotes ends up being over 10 X that amount, then they did not solve the problem, then we saw four or five invoices going through our credit card that were for noon existent services.

This business is clearly a scam, and they are really good at it. I first complained to the company and got a very pleasant email, but no resolution. I then complained to my bank about the continued charges, and we closed the card and opened a new one. Just Answer didn't miss a beat. They are now charging my new card. Understand that all of the actually legitimate businesses had to ask me for the card number. That Just Answer gets good reviews from Revdex.com makes me wonder whether the Revdex.com is also a scam.

I agreed to pay $5 for an appraisal for an old radio receiver found in my basement. I got a response and never used JustAnswer again. I got billed on my credit card for $60 and no response to my e-mail disputing the charge.

I really wanted an answer so I figured I would pay $5 for the trial. I did not think they made it clear that I needed to cancel it or that they would continue to bill me for a monthly membership. They never even answered my question, so I figured that was the end of it. When I was reviewing my credit card charges, I saw that I had been charged $50 for their monthly membership fee. I called my credit card company and they did a three way call with JustAnswer. I did not like speaking with the JustAnswer representative, my experience was the same as other customers. JustAnswer blamed me for their questionable business practices - I think that is terrible customer service. I know a customer can be wrong, but sometimes it is the business that is wrong and in the case of JustAnswer they seem to be in the wrong. How are they even still open when it seems like such a scam? Also how do they have a high Revdex.com rating with their 800+ customer complaints. We will see if they follow through on giving me my money back. If not I will happily call my credit card company back and let them take further actions against them.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to the recurring billing. The membership bills at the end of the 7-day trial in order to avoid an interruption in service.
In looking at your account we can confirm that your membership was turned off and the most recent membership charge on the account has been refunded. You can come back at any time to post additional questions but you will be asked to post a deposit on a question by question basis moving forward.

Crooks. Charged me $36 for 25 months for answering one question. I should have seen this sooner but it only came to the forefront recently. $900 dollars for one questions. Crooks don't use them. Hard to imagine how they continue to operate with business practices like this.

Just Answer has been deducting money out of my bank account for months and I just not saw the transactions today. I called the bank and disputed the charges, nearly $300 was being charged to my account. I've never heard of this company, or visited their website in my life until today.
