Got an answer to my question quickly, even tho’ it was after hours. Pretty much was the same as my analysis, but we’ll see if we’re right when I follow the recommendations. I’m skeptical that I would use this service enough to justify a membership. This would have to be my go to answer site which could be a difficult transition.

Like many others, I used this service to get an answer to a computer issue. I was charged $5 for the good answer but a week later I was charged $46 membership fee. A month later another $46. I've called them twice and the first time they refunded my second $46 fee. I thought they were refunding the first fee and then cancelling my membership. Wrong! It now appears that they will be charging me every month. I've read lots of negative reviews on two web sites and lots of five-strar reviews on a third site. I agree that Just Answers is a rip-off.

This is a total scam. Yes, they answer your question, but they also capture your credit card info and bill you forever.

I agree with others that this is a scam. They charge you for an answer, which in my case was not accurate or helpful, and they sign you up for a membership never requested.

Knowledgeable attorney, direct answers and well under $75 and up for a consult. Good info and direction. Thanks

This was very much appreciated as my cat was unexpectedly very sick and it was on a Sunday. I didn't want to NOT take him in if it was an emergency situation but I just did not know, so it was so good to talk online with a veterinarian that reassured me and that he would check back with me that evening; he did, and his advice was spot-on ... my cat has now recovered so it sure saved me a lot of money.

During this coronavirus pandemic, my 8 month old Cavapoo pooped a worm. It was gross, but I didn't want to get out of the house to visit the vet. The tele-vet was very helpful. I shared a picture of the worm, and he recognized it as a roundworm. He told me what dewormer to order from an online retailer, and it is being sent to my door. Easy, safe, and quick!

This is a wonderful service for people with pets. Dr. Paul Brazzell in San Francisco was very nice, compassionate and extremely helpful with our Frenchie issue here in Miami . Very much appreciated!

I have used Just Ask on two different occasions. One to repair the power window on my Mercedes and once to fix my broken dryer. Clear expert advise and successful repairs both times. You can save hours. Highly recommended
