They provide good reviews. But I just want one question answered and was told I need to sign up for a membership trial of 7 days, then I need to call back and cancel my membership. I asked IF after 7 days could they automatically cancel my membership ? NO ! I need to call back & cancel. As most of us know...we need to mark that on our calendars & call back & IF we are distracted....we will be charged their monthly fee.
To me, this is a scan to bleed money from potential subscribers ! U miss calling back, U get charged a monthly fee of $50 !

Their trial memberhip is $5. But it is not obvious from the website that if you don't cancel within five days, there will be a recurring $34 membership fee. THIS IS A DECEPTIVE POLICY THAT IS NOT OBVIOUS WHEN YOU TAKE OUT A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP. VERY UNETHICAL.
But they did answer my question.
A wonderful app. that allows you to access all types of professional services. I contacted Dr. Scott at 0310 and he had my doggie healthy again!
I was very satisfied with the answer they knew who to put me in touch with and was very knowledgeable to answer my question, however I did get confused on where to find the answer (part my blame ). I done some research for my question . Justanswer come back with my question answered and was very accurate as to what I found out for myself but they found out more. 1Flaw they do have is they are a bit pushy on trying to get you to pay for a phone call.all in all keep up the good work,Special thanks to Glenda B in antiques
This company added me to a membership after I paid them a premium fee. Then after I cancelled my membership before the 7 day trial period (via phone call), then they still charged my credit card for a $60 membership fee. When I called them to complain and request a refund, they refused.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to the recurring billing. The membership bills at the end of the 7-day trial in order to avoid an interruption in service.
In looking at your account we can see that you've actually used the membership to post several questions over the course of several weeks. While we cannot refund prior months of the membership that were used, we can confirm that your membership was turned off and the most recent membership charge on the account has been refunded. You can come back at any time to post additional questions but you will be asked to post a deposit on a question by question basis moving forward.

After reading the reviews below and realizing that there is a lot of subterfuge on the part of the company I have become very concerned and will be checking my credit card statement frequently to dispute any further charges beyond the trial $1. The initial contact was made through a different website which led me to believe that the mfg of the equipment was responding to my question. I was assured that my $1 would be refunded as soon as my questions were answered. I got more than $1 worth of help so I have no problem with losing that money but I had no intention, nor did I ever see any indication that I was signing up for a membership for something I did not want. If the reviews below are any indication of what's happening then I believe that the Revdex.com should do all in their power to eliminate this process.
Although it took a little time to understand where I was going on the internet, once I explained my problem I was connected to someone who was able to walk me through a series of tests to narrow down the problem. Once identified it was agreed that returning my equipment to the dealer was the best option to follow. However, by following the sequential steps to test I was able to let the service department know all that had already been checked out and keep my cost for repair to a minimum.
JustAnswer has been of great help when fixing my vehicle thus not needed to take them to expensive mechanics
The one star rating is for the vet that answered my question. I admit I was worried about the dog and I did agree to the $1 charge, BUT I did not see the info about a $30 per month membership fee. When I called to complain I got the same run around as all of your other negative comments about someone you can barely understand giving you the run around. I NEVER received a bill online or a reminder that unless I canceled I would have to pay a monthly fee. Who in their right mind would pay $30 per month just in case they had another question? They supposedly canceled my "membership" but would not refund any money. Very unhappy and really surprised at the high rating. How many negative comments covering the same complaint does it take to affect this?
I started a 7-day trial membership for $5 on 2/3/2020 and canceled it on 2/10/20 and printed the membership cancellation. On 3/29/20 I noticed a pending transaction on my PayPal Business Debit card for $53. I contacted the company on 3/29/20 and they claimed that the membership was still active and that they would cancel it but would not grant a refund. While I provided them with the printed copy of the membership cancellation on 2/10/20, they insist that I am not due a refund because the account was still active. Note: the cancellation printout as seen in the attachment, purposely excludes a date of when it was printed so I wrote the date on it after printing. I have never logged into the site thereafter and could not have printed it after they closed the account on 3/29/20 without logging into the account, however this organization refuses to accept that the account was canceled prior to charging my credit card on 3/29/20. In order to prevent this fraudulent charge, I have had to file a dispute with PayPal and have canceled the Card.While I have other pending Business Transactions,I have to put them on hold while I wait on a new card. This business is unethical and after 807 complaints which is almost 50% of it's reviews, still hold an A+ rating. However, consumers are being scammed! The fact that the membership cancellation confirmation which would normally be enough to prove cancellation, does not have a date on it proves intent to deceive!
I had a question for a vet. Communication was quick and calmed our worry. Initial cost 5 bucks. I don't need the membership so will be cancelling. Hopefully I can add to this review with a positive when I am not additionally charged.
This service is tremendous, I had to contact them when I couldn’t get in touch with our regular vet during the COVID19 pandemic, they were quick to match us with Dr. Gary, he was prompt and professional with very simple to understand explanations and suggestions to get Zeeba back on track.
