Great job and relived my issues in a timely manner.
I was absolutely blown away by the quick response and everything I had gotten help with was correct.
My dog grabbed a delivery I received of chewable glucosamine tablets and ate the whole bag of 60 chews before I even knew it was here.
I immediately called my vet who said call animal poison control and get him to the emergency vet. while I was on hold with poison control and was googling addit info I came across just answer. I asked them the question and within a minute I already heard back from a vet. The vet assured me all was well and I didn't have to traumatize the dog by making him vomit, or take him to the emergency room for an expensive and unnecessary visit. Just answer got me the answer before poison control had even picked up my call. I was still on hold with them
I would definitely recommend Just answer to anyone and will also keep their information handy for any future unusual situations. They were great. And even gave me a follow up contact if I had more questions.
I am always completely confident in the answers that I received from my appraiser.
Just answer experts are good but customer service jacked the prices up illegally
Mr I. Beig was excellent patient worked for pay today!

Erroneous charges from this company starting October 31, 2019. Since this time we have been charged a monthly $28 fee for services we did not sign for or approve. I signed up for a one week trial on October 20, 2019, in which multiple questions could be posed and answered. The trial included an extension of which the sign-up indicated that JustAnswer will remind you one day before the trial ends. We did not receive this reminder and I did not put a personal reminder for myself, since they indicate a reminder would be sent. We have received this erroneous charge for four months now. I called JustAnswer on 3/2/20 and spoke with *** first and then the floor manager, Eddie. (Note - it took nearly 20 minutes to connect with the floor manager, a few minutes into the wait *** came back on indicating that she, no he, was busy on the floor answering questions and he would call me back instead. I opted to wait.) *** did finally connect. *** did concede to reimburse us for the current month charge but refused to reimburse us for the previous three months of erroneous charges due to what he called 'system lockdown' issues. *** also indicated that the online signup statement indicating ''we'll remind you one day before trial ends" was simply a randomly generated email that may or may not be sent. In retrospect, I did review the terms and conditions today; Section 10 specifically states 'JustAnswer will send at least one email notice of upcoming auto-renewal prior to auto-renewing your membership' - this never happened. When I spoke with *** today, he started to badger me as to why I didn't address this sooner. This tactic doesn't work with me; whether or not I spoke with them on October 31st or March 2nd doesn't deter from the fact that they are fraudulent. I did note this to *** and indicated I would be contacting Revdex.com; he rather taunted that JustAnswer had a great Revdex.com rating and good luck.

This company is a fraud. They billed me $46 for a "service" they claim I signed up for via their "trial" account. I never did so and there are complaints all over the internet about this terrible company.

Since the 30th August 2019 I have been trying to install on my wife's new iPad, her email details so she can receive emails. While chatting with a MicroSoft representative on my computer I was transferred to the Justanswer website where I was invited to ask a question and receive a positive response to correct the problem. The JA site requested credit card details to commence the conversation, the fee to be initially charged was Au$5. I completed the form and sent it off. A reply came and a chat commenced with a JA operator *** After describing the problem I was advised by JM that a fee of AU$56 would be required to continue the correction process. I paid the amount (actual was AU$66) and our chat began. After much deliberation the correction was not able to be completed. Last week I was revising my bank details and installing them on a modified XL spreadsheet for my accountant and I noticed that JustAnswer had been debiting my bank account monthly for the of AU$66 per month for a total of six months. On recognising this scam I immediately cancelled my account with JustAnswer and have been trying to contact them to request a refund of AU$396. I was not formally advised nor invited, nor did I approve nor accept nor give permission for a fee of AU$66 to be debited from my bank account in order to become a member of the Justanswer organisation

Hello,
a while back I had a a serious medical a question to ask “JustAnswer”, I then paid $5 to ask said question. After I did that, I was able to end my subscription, and so I did. I checked my account today and saw that they took $40 out of my account. Which I didn’t understand why. I would like my money back.
Thanks

Signed up for the $5 free trial and asked a boat question that would have needed no more than reference to either owners or service manual (which I did not have at hand). Promised an answer within 30 minutes. 8 hours later, still no answer, so cancelled the membership.
Realised only after doing more research that if I had not cancelled, would have been billed about $40 a month for ongoing membership, even if I never used the service. No mention of the amount of ongoing costs were made in any of the initial stuff I read.
I have kept a copy of the cancellation acknowledgement, so I should be able to challenge successfully any further charges made against my account.
Be very careful with this company.
Called for a one time military law expert. No follow on commitment was ever discussed or committed to. I have been charged 3 times on two credit cards after I received a new card. The first charge was legitimate the others are fraud

I was charged $46 for a membership I didn't sign up for. I used this service one time I paid the $5 fee to get a question answered.I was told I should have canceled if I did not want the membership I did not even know I had a membership.I did not read this when I made the call nor was I informed that this would entail signing up for a membership. When I call about the issue they said they had sent me an e-mail on February 28th informing me that I would be billed. I checked my e-mail all the way back to February 19th I did not find an email for Just Answers. I told Jenny at Just Answers to immediately cancel this membership.I asked her for a refund of my money because I did not ask for this membership. She told me that I couldn't get my money back.I cannot be sure that they will effectively cancel this membership and no longer charge my account because I have been reading that this is pretty much a scam and they will continue to charge your account even after you've canceled the so-called membership. How do I protect my account from these people short of getting a new account number?

Just answer is an internet rip off. Exactly one week into the trial period, they charged my account $50 before I could cancel it. They refuse to refund my money. $50 for one question is a straight up scam! Would not recommend this site to anyone. Customer service is not their number one concern, that's for sure.

I have the same complaint as the below reviewers. The signup box popped up while I was at the HP printer site and, like a fool, I decided to give it a try because I believed it was part of HP. After the initial $1 charge, I realized I was wrong. And like the other complainants, my credit card was later charged $46 without any notification from JustAnswer. The signup box clearly states that a notification will be sent. I complained to Customer Service twice and they assured me an email was sent, but it is automated and I did not receive it. Not in Inbox or Junk or Spam... Like the other complainants, I found the Customer Service agents very difficult to work with and if the rest of the company operates this way, I am happy I was able to cancel. I will be challenging the charge on my credit card on the basis that I did not get a notification of the charge. I provided a one-star because I had to. Given a choice I would not give any stars.
Hello Manfred,

It sounds like you may have been on another website as the official HP website does not have pop-up or banner ads for any other service provider, nor do we advertise with HP directly.

You have to sign up for a monthly fee of $37 just to get help for one problem (which took 30 seconds to provide), and they say you can cancel "anytime," but they fail to mention that to cancel you have to pay an additional $37 "convenience fee." Total rip off.
Hello Philip,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. We apologize for any confusion that you experienced in using the website. The Membership trial lasts for 7 days and you can cancel at anytime during or after the trial.
You were not charged any convenience fee as we do not have convenience fees. There has never been a charge to cancel a membership on the site.
We can confirm that you cancelled your own account when you logged into the site last week.
Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us if you need any assistance.
