Much to my this website help me with a problem I have with not knowing wherecto turn to get the help I needed.

I called people on the phone and couldn't get a straight up and useful answer to my questions. But JustAnswer thru chat was able to answer my needs. Edward was very kind and patient with me. Don’t forget to cancel your subscription in the first 7 days if you aren’t planning to use the service beyond the first question. I didn’t notice I was being billed $34/month for the last 10 months, and when I asked for a refund they told me no. I haven’t logged into their site in all this time so I clearly hadn’t used their service, but they would not budge.
