Was so surprised to get a response so quickly, and seemed pretty much to know all about the Facts of My Brass Card Receiver.. I am delighted.. Thank You, So Much..

The doctor's advice was exactly how I saw it. Talking with another doctor who listened to me helped me calm down and have a real good discussion with my children as to where to go from here.

They immediately identified an expert who knew the printer-copier which would not save a scanned document to my computer. I had him control the mouse for me while he found the correct updates and got it working again. This was complicated and it took some steps to make it work but he got the software in my laptop and my printer working perfectly.

My fur baby had an emergency over night and I was able to speak to a licensed vet who was able to put my mind at ease with out rushing to an emergency clinic in the middle of the night. The vet was very knowledgeable and completely professional. I have already recommended to multiple friends.

DON'T DO IT! Call a local professional if you have a question. These people are Legal Scammers. I needed advice from a lawyer and I paid $5 to get 2-3 questions asked. After that, I was asked to pay another fee. I could not so I chose to just stop at that time. A month later I was charged $65 for a membership that I never signed up for. I had to log into an account that I never created in order to cancel the account??? Welp, it would be impossible to log into an account that I never signed up for right? Nicole, the supervisor absolutely refused to refund my hard-earned money back to me. Absolutely refuse!

I am writing this review because NO ONE should be tricked the way that these people are tricking & scamming everyone. They have covered their grounds and are making it completely legal to scam you and that is how they get away with it and make money. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BANK CARD INFORMATION. ***THEY WILL SCAM YOU

Just answer was exactly what I needed. It’s so helpful to have a couple of legal questions answered without having to retain a lawyer for god knows how much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Melissa was truly a professional, skilled in her profession by providing solutions in a positive manner to be able to communicate to involved parties in a professional posture.

Like most other reviewers here I was scammed by this business! It’s fairly straight forward, it’s a “membership fee” scam. Just done use it!!!
They quote being A+ with Revdex.com do if you camr here to find out about it before using it just believe what everybody says and DON’T USE IT! Of course the say 100% Money back guarantee but, funnily enough, no one qualifies for a refund! Oh anD don’t think anyone at their customer care center in the Philippines will be able to help you either!
Goodness only knows how the people who rin businesses, or who work for them, sleep at night! Rarewares re aniique quotes was my so called “expert! After all my complaints and calls re the SCAM I actually received an e mail about tipping her!!!

When I contacted them the information they provided was confusing. I was told that there was a $5 trial membership plus a fee and that I could cancel the membership. While the information was helpful, I had no need for a continuing membership, so I tried to cancel the membership online. Apparently did not work because I kept getting a membership fee attached to my credit card. When I called after getting the charge on my credit card I was given the impression that it was my fault for not properly canceling the membership, and they were not willing to do anything about it. It was not made clear to me in my initial call that this was a monthly membership. I would judge their business practices deceptive, and I would caution against using this service.

The company did not answer my one question within a day as promised in the disclaimer. I was forced to cancel my membership before I was charged the full monthly fee due to their lack of response. I will be checking my bank statement and proceed accordingly if I am charged after cancellation.

BEWARE-- when you pay $5 for an answer, you are auto enrolled in a $28 a month membership!!! When it appeared on my bill I called them, and they canceled going forward but would not remove the charge that had just appeared!! I would not use Just Answer again!

I was referred to Just Answer by my internet provider, Telus. Just answer solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I was fine to pay a one-time service bill of about $66CDN. Somehow in that transaction I must have unintentionally signed up for a monthly membership. This is the part I'm not satisfied with. Like many others I'm reading about, this company seems to have a system that defaults you to membership for a monthly charge on your credit card. I ended up paying 4X the $66 instead of just once until I discovered the ongoing charges on my card.

Although we didn't come up
with a solution to fixing my truck the expert was helpful. Then although it took a couple of trys until I found the correct path to cancelling my membership and receiving a refund as far as I know it was a useful and helpful experience and not unpleasant at all maybe in the future we will be able to fix whatever I'm working on.

They don't deserve one star. I signed up for a five day trial. They said they would send s reminder, that didn't happen. I cancelled on my fifth day. Just to find out that they charged me $34.00. I tried to communicate with their customer service department, they put me on hold and after 5 mintues, I was disconnected.

Very upset with this company!! I used the free trial to ask a question and called and cancelled my subscription 2 days later.. they say you can do it online but I don’t trust doing it online because I had the website not update the records before.. for whatever reason, they did not cancel it and continued to bill me for the charges.. when I called to complain and get it sorted out, they informed me that I agreed to pay the full amount after the trial and that they have no record of me calling to cancel it! Due to the fact I hadn’t gotten billed for it until now, I deleted the email confirmation and that flat refuse to refund me the money even though they can clearly see I haven’t used their services other than that one time!! I am a single mother on one income, and tried to ask a medical question to keep from going to the er or dr and spending money I can’t afford to spend !! And now due to the fact that they charged my account, I now have no money left in my account !! They don’t care nor have any sympathy for what they done !!

Not happy at all. No email stating that my account was going to be debited, no email after thanking me for taking my money. Just happened to look at my statement and noticed I was charged. I emailed them asking for my money back, and they told me no because I didn't cancel within the 7 days. I'm sorry, I was dealing with a situation, the reason I went to them to begin with, and got tied up in with my legal battle and forgot. I guess that is rather genius on their part. And the "lawyer" didn't give me any advice other than what I already knew!! No courtesy email, but I guess I shouldn't have expected anything such from a lawyer.

Total Scam. Stay away. Not worth it. Use Google instead.

I found Just Answer via an internet search and decided to pay the fee and use the service. My pet was behaving oddly and I wanted to see if the internet advice I found was valid. Pearl, the "vet assistant" that chatted with me initially took some info and said a vet was ready to answer my questions right away as soon as I paid the fee. So I did. Then "Pearl" said it would be about 30 minutes. It has now been 9 hours and no one ever answered - and my pet died. I logged back onto the website and "Pearl" the vet assistant asked me what my issue was and told me a vet was standing by to help. I told her my pet had died and she started asking questions that told me she clearly wasn't a human - things like, "where does the animal seem to be hurting" and "are they having trouble pooping?" I kept saying, not now - it died. And her responses/questions just kept coming. SO...I tried emailing the corporate VIP email address for members - and I explained what happened. They sent me a form letter that said they were sorry I hadn't been helped yet and they would escalate my question to see if they could get an answer, to my question, oh...and here were some articles I may find helpful while I waited. Clearly, this too was a form letter and no one actually read my email - if they did, they are the worst, most insensitve company ever. Either way - I do not recommend using them.

I am desperately trying to cancel my membership and the site is not allowing that to happen.

The experts were not experts they were slow and basically gave me links to Mac tutorials I had already googled before I signed on to speak to an expert.

That wasn’t at all the case, they were slow to answer , I never felt like they were speaking to me or addressing my issue, they were redundant in the conversation and I had to ask the same questions more than once. Needless to say they did not fix my issue which was a problem loading an update to my iPad they asked if it was available or course that was the first thing I check compatibility before contacting them.

Experts they are not they referred me to Mac where an actual EXPERT was quick to resolve my issue. Do not call yourself an expert when you are not.

If I do not receive confirmation that I will not be billed and that my account has been canceled I will write several very unfavorable reviews on every site I can think of.

Put on hold for more than 30 minutes while waiting for an "expert". Tried the chat forum which kept getting me transferred. Wanted a password to set up an "account" I didn't need. Just wanted an answer to my real estate question which they supposedly can do for $5.00. That should have been my first clue this site is a scam. If you don't write STOP in the text you receive you will receive a monthly charge. I do not understand how Revdex.com gets to an A+ rating on this company when it doesn't take into account these more than 600 complaints!
