The vet that answered my questions concerning my beloved dog was amazing . She was not only compassionate about my situation but also very thorough in her response not only giving me the much needed advice that helped him as he was ill but also gave me peace of mind during a time in which my regular veterinarians office is closed making our entire family feel better.
This is a scam. The lawyer that was assigned to me gave me a gibberish response as if he didn't read my question. I asked for clarification twice, same thing. Rated 1 star. Talked to customer service to get my money back - it's just a bot. All I get is automated answers. There is no real person.

Just answer was exactly what I needed
Unable to take my sick but still active dog in to find out what was going on. I knew something wasn't good but needed a confirmation as to what to do. I didn't want to just go by my judgement and end my dog's life unnecessarily. The doctor gave me the answer as to what it was and what the options were. This made it nonquestionable as to what I needed to do. He was so kind and empathetic but to the point. I am forever grateful
Today I had my dog put to sleep

I have had two good answers lately. Very helpful. Years ago, I first used JA for a question about fixing a Maytag washer. The guy had the IQ of a crayon. No help at all. That’s over. Great experience lately.
Glad to get the help that I needed in order to fix my car. Everyone was very helpful and concern with the results. They give great direction so that you can repair your car quickly. I recommend the use of Just Answer.
They really don't deserve any stars. I attempted to get help from them and after I paid no one answered my question. It was just stuck with me asking questions for 20 minutes.

We have problems with keeping out mountain vacation home warm in the winter when we are not there. We detest leaving any propane heater on, so we asked a JA expert in heating and cooling about it. He suggested electric oil heaters and after several questions and answers, we feel very good and confident about using them to keep our place from getting so cold in our absence.
I was able to talk to a lawyer right away about a situation and he helped resolve it so quickly and it gave me such peace of mind.
I have used Just Answer 3 times in the past 4 weeks or so, for computer, financial and legal advice. The have been very helpful all 3 times.
JA is ok. And I’m a poet??. If you don’t like the person you get at first, they let you get a “second opinion”. I’m basically satisfied with the service. I have gotten very helpful advice about Mercedes-Benz several times.
The vet was prompt and gave great advice! Helped us with what we should watch for and when to take immediate action. Our cat is happy and healthy again!

Easy and fast response. Found out if I should keep something that I bought a few years ago in a thrift store and didn't know the "real" value of it was. I took pictures on my cell phone and downloaded them easily. $5.00 fee for the initial service. I love it. I feel I got the best answer and without leaving the house!

The mechanic was very polite and helpful. He made sure that I understood and was satisfied with his help.
We are receiving a reoccurring charge of $37.00 for essentially nothing ($74.00 so far). I found no information that this was a membership and that only a $5.00 charge was required. No information on the website allows you to cancel the membership. I called the company today and they were not helpful. Reported this charge to my credit card company to dispute both charges of $37.00.

This is a scam. $5 for no answer was acceptable but a further $40 debited to my card for nil service is an offense under Trade Practices Act

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to the recurring billing.
We can confirm that your membership was turned off and the most recent membership charge on the account was refunded. you will see no further recurring billing. You can continue to use the website to post questions as you need but you will be asked to place a deposit on a question-by-question basis.
We can confirm that you did receive several replies within minutes, about the technical issue with your hearing aid. However, it does not appear that you ever logged back into the account to view the responses or reply to the Expert.
