I signed up for 7 day trail on 12-18-2019 for $5.00. I had a remote lock issue with my car and the tech did answer my questions and I was able to resolve my issue. I got a pending credit card charge alert on Christmas day saying they were charging me $34.00. I cancelled my account when I get the message on 12-25-2019 and called them and they told me it was past the cancellation period so they can't stop the charges to my credit card. My addition shows that the 7 day trail would end on 12-25-2019 (7 days later). I called them again on the 26th and asked about that and they told me I should have called on the 24th to cancel before 7 day. They are acting more like a scam instead of a business to me.
They have been charging me for an account I canceled and have not used in months. Customer service is less than helpful. Says I would have got a cancellation email but I haven’t received ANY emails from their service at all. There website issue has cost me way more than it could ever have been worth. Absolute thieves.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. They suck you in by saying they will contact you prior to activating your account after the trial period, but they don't. Then they stick you with a $46 charge to your account. When you call they are not helpful and of course say that they contacted you but it must have gone in your junk mail. The customer service agent Men asked me to listen to him, but wouldn't let me anser his question and hung up. So much for customer service. Do not fall for their tactics!

They did a great job after microsoft determined the problem was not with their software. Tech I had stayed with me almost 2 hours until problem solved. I never could have fixed it on my own. He was very knowledgeable about product will use again if need be

First of all, you are able to contact real professionals who are experts in their fields. You can do this even late at night. The convenience is wonderful. I have asked questions about a trust and estate matter, and then about an injury to my right bicep tendon in my arm. I am very satisfied with the responses I received. The cost is very modest compared to the opportunity of contacting real professional attorneys and doctors. Just think about the cost of going to the doctor nowadays, or an attorney. The convenience alone is worth the price you pay. I admit that I am not always happy with the professional response. But I, the client, I need to hear the truth. The truth will save a lot of money and headache in the future, as well as substantial cost. The professionals that I have corresponded with at JustAnswer have been very quick to respond, extremely responsive, and even allowed me to ask a follow up question. This is a new day in medical, legal, and other professional service. It fills an important aspect of professional service. It may not substitute for in-office and face to face service, but the savings in cost and convenience is really high. And getting a second opinion at a reasonable cost is really worthwhile. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!! I thought I had lost EVERYTHING, made even worse by emailing an infected file to a colleague (potentially, anyways). Turns out: there wasn't any virus, rather just one Antivirus too many. Followed Jason's instructions, got all my files back (they were never REALLY gone, thank God)… winding up with only a sharp warning to NEVER, EVER send ANYTHING (ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER!) when you could be under virus attack... She and I seem to be clear again now, thank God, thank God!

I have been terribly harassed with me dealings with JustAnswer. All I wanted to know was how to find the correct driver to install my Logitech webcam. It took me how many chats and I wasted a whole day and still don't have a satisfactory answer. The technicians were responsive and polite, but the system just goes round and round in circles. Every time the screen goes away (or whatever it is that is does) you have to start from scratch again, telling your whole story all over again, first to online chat, then to her senior because she doesn't have the answer, then to the technician. I lost contact with the technician for some reason, and because I am still a bit green with computers, I landed up with another technician. I had to tell him my whole 'story' again. I wanted to get into contact with the technician 1 that I had dealt with because he had all the details, but technician 2 couldn't put me into contact with technician 1 so I ended up with technician 3, and the list goes on.
I tried to claim my refund. There is a tab, but it doesn't show you how to do so. I had to claim it several times with various chats before it was eventually refunded.

I believe that Just Answer is providing invaluable services for people who are knowledgeable and are professionals in the legal profession but cannot get to understand whether judges are doing the right thing to the community.

On 12/17/2019 I purchased the new Hallmark Studio Package. Because my new laptop does not accommodate a CD, so I had to download the program. Right off the bat, I had a problem, some message came up that my URL does not recognize it. I had to talk to a tech person on line.
Thank goodness he was patient with me, after two hours we finally got it installed. He was very nice and I am so happy he was able to do the job.
