First time customer and If I could leave zero stars I probably would!!! I am so disappointed with the service I received! The first specialist said "she'd" transfer me to a secure page for $5 and someone would answer my question. I was not aware of this fee so I stated as much, but after "she" sent that message, you aren't able to text another statement. I left & returned to ask the next bot about this and "she" offered the same advice but for $1?!!! Wtf? Now who in their right mind wouldn't feel like this must be a racket with that kind of response? I asked the ? 's only a few minutes apart. When I asked where to leave my complaint...I was told nothing, just blocked from responding. For the record I wasn't rude in the slightest, just terribly disappointed at such ridiculous customer service. I can't believe they've been in business this long.

I signed up for the free trial for some legal advice that I didn't use. I tried to cancel the next day but apparently it didn't go through because I was billed $60 twice in two days. I didn't get an email either. I also called customer service and I was I didn't qualify for a refund.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to the recurring billing.
We can confirm that you were only charged the membership payment one time and that your membership was turned off, the most recent membership charge has been refunded, and, you will see no further recurring billing. You can continue to use the website to post questions as you need and you will be asked to place a deposit on a question-by-question basis.

I couldn't get my relatively new washing machine to start and had a signal that read "loc." I really needed to start washing clothes so I went to the Whirlpool website, which, in turn, sent me to JustAnswer. After I described the situation to my repair person, he suggested what I should do - AND - it worked. It took him maybe 30 seconds to answer my problem - which was not mentioned anywhere in the Owner's Manual - and my washer started and washed perfectly again. Thank you so much.

The website concept is a good idea and the expert I spoke to was knowledgeable but the business practice is deceptive... I signed up for the 7 day trial period and specifically stated I did not want to sign up for monthly recurring membership. However, my checking account was still drafted and in looking at my justanswer.com login page, no 'monthly' order was in my order history with the 7 day trial that I DID authorize. How can a website just take money from you without an order? When I spoke to customer service they said an email was sent at day 4 to continue or refuse membership, but I did not receive this email. It is a shame that businesses conduct deceptive practices in billing like this to make their revenue.

I was online with Just Answer which I thought it was going to take a long time to solve my problem with my phones on my landline. well it was solved a lot faster than I thought thanks to Louie and his expertise on the problem. Eugene A.
Dr DRB (vet) was prompt and calmed my nerves about giving my dog my cat's meds. Luckily, the vet said the drug was given to both cats and dogs and the dosage was in the safe zone. I was devastated when I emailed. He was a gem. But the website asked if I wanted a phone call for $28 or $29 four times! And it was difficult for me to exit the screen. The service was great.
This companies site claimed to charge $28.mo for the service but they then charged me $59 for it. this is a toal rip-off company and cannot be trusted at all

After my calf took an unexpected and swift turn for the worst on a Sunday evening in the Deep South (everything is closed) I had to get help and quick. Within 10 minutes I was talking to a veterinarian that specializes in Large animals and with his guidance my calf survived and is bouncing all over the place.
The Vet I spoke to was honest, informative, offered some helpful tips. I think what I appreciated the most was his honesty. He was compassionate and expressed his concern in regards to a 13 + year old dog and what he could endure when it came to potential surgery. Thank you for your time and honesty.

I was worried about my wife's medical test results that I looked up on the Lab's website on a weekend. Her Doctor was not available and JustAnswer's expert clearly explained to me about the problem, contacting me several times via emails and text messages, until I understood it.
