I have used this service on different topics and have been extremely pleased. I talked with a vet when my dog was sick and it helped save her. My car locks were locking on their own and I received help with that issue and saved me hundreds of dollars both times. Awesome service!!!!

Such a great feeling to know You can talk to a veterinarian when you have a worry on a holiday weekend especially. He was able to diagnose and give me instructions for treatment within 10 minutes. Very caring and very responsive. Would definitely use again

For $5, it was worth it but what I was really impressed with was getting my $59 refund. I stupidly said yes when it asked me if wanted to talk to a lawyer and did not notice the $59 charge. At first, got a message saying lawyer was not available to call anyway so thought good since I already received my answer on line but then about 10 min later actually got a call - I told him his service was no longer needed and he said OK however, they still charged my account $59. Later in day, I called and they did give me a refund so that was very nice since I really did not talk to anybody. In summary, again, worth $5 if easy question but will just see a lawyer in future.

Justin was very patient with me. How ever we didn't make my questions work. Still have problems with bank not recognizing my computer. Justin closed all blockage that should have corrected the problem. Still my bank does not recognize my computer, but, USAA recognizes it. Can we try again to see if we can find the problem.

I've used this a number of times and each time, I get a quick and thorough answer. I've asked questions for my animals and for my cars. The experts are quick and clearly have extensive knowledge. This is a resource I use when I need quick, accurate information

They couldn't solve problem; gave me my requested refund.

I cancelled immediately after I asked one question. The answer given me by their so called expert proved to be incorrect after further research by me. Despite me cancelling my subscription they charged my credit card $50 and refused to refund the money. DO NOT USE SCAM SITE.

The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to any recurring billing.
As is common with the trial period offered by any company, the membership billing picks up at the end of the trial to avoid an interruption in service.
We can confirm that your membership was turned off and you will see no further recurring billing. You can continue to use the website to post questions as you need and you will be asked to place a deposit on a question-by-question basis.

Courteous and professional! A lot can be accomplished in a short time. Pinpoints the most likely cause of problems and attempts to fix it.

Biromoni Singha, technician, restored my printer driver as requested by Hewlett Packard. I'm not sure why this fix couldn't have been provided by Hewlett Packard. Regardless, I'm happy with the service provided by Biromoni. I would prefer to have service provided on "as requested" basis rather than annual membership.

Excellent, quick service. I received the information I needed within minutes.

This service is so valuable as I was able to speak with a vet on the phone in real time for under $30 and determine if my dog had to go to the ER. This was on Thanksgiving Day with half a foot of snow. He reassured me about my dog’s condition, but urged me to take her for treatment as he explained what was happening to her. I was so grateful to have someone with a voice and expert information to speak with. The vet was so kind and knowledgeable. I would use this service again and I highly recommend it!

This site is amazing. I have asked questions from antiques to phone scams and have received answers within a few hours. I am so glad I stumbled upon this site.

I was a little nervous at first doing it online but I didn't have any choice as I needed to get my computer fixed and there was nowhere to go. The person I worked with did a great job and did more than he was required to do. it did work for me. though I had to be very precise on my questions they were able to give me my answer.

I will rate you after 3 or 4 billing cycles.........looks like yall are BAD NEWS after reading bad ratings..
