I am very happy with the help I've got from JustAnswer's.
I was worried about my wife's medical test results that I looked up on the Lab's website on a weekend. Her Doctor was not available and JustAnswer's expert clearly explained to me about the problem, contacting me several times via emails and text messages, until I understood it.
The expert even checked back with me the next day to see if my wife's Okay.

The Vet I spoke to was honest, informative, offered some helpful tips. I think what I appreciated the most was his honesty. He was compassionate and expressed his concern in regards to a 13 + year old dog and what he could endure when it came to potential surgery. Thank you for your time and honesty.

After my calf took an unexpected and swift turn for the worst on a Sunday evening in the Deep South (everything is closed) I had to get help and quick. Within 10 minutes I was talking to a veterinarian that specializes in Large animals and with his guidance my calf survived and is bouncing all over the place.

This companies site claimed to charge $28.mo for the service but they then charged me $59 for it. this is a toal rip-off company and cannot be trusted at all

I did not know anything about getting a fair appraisal of my antique Salem china dishware. But when I Googled Salem China and JustAnswer came up as a possible resource to help me determine the approximate value of my items, I was very pleased. It took a little " getting to know you" with the process, but I finally got to an expert appraisor that was able to give me a very educated assessment of my Salem china. I had plenty of questions and wrong turns in my attempts to explain to the apprasor what I had and how to get photos of my china pieces to the appraisor so he could make an accurate appraisol. JustAnswer staff kept comiing back with responses to my many questions and ultimately completed their task, with a lot of patience on their part. I would recommend JustAnswer as a very trustworthy website to assist clumbsy newcomers like me.

I had a serious decision to make re my goods being rebranded and onsold. JustAnswer had the right answer and I steered by business accordingly.

I was a little nervous at first doing it online but I didn't have any choice as I needed to get my computer fixed and there was nowhere to go. The person I worked with did a great job and did more than he was required to do. There were a couple other little things that needed doing and he just went ahead and did it which saved me a lot of time down the road I'm sure. Very happy with the service.

This service is so valuable as I was able to speak with a vet on the phone in real time for under $30 and determine if my dog had to go to the ER. This was on Thanksgiving Day with half a foot of snow. He reassured me about my dog’s condition, but urged me to take her for treatment as he explained what was happening to her. I was so grateful to have someone with a voice and expert information to speak with. The vet was so kind and knowledgeable. I would use this service again and I highly recommend it!
