This website has been very helpful. I am dealing with very young Vets, and I would prefer someone who has more experience. I hope that "Rebecca" has more experience.

I did not know anything about getting a fair appraisal of my antique Salem china dishware. But when I Googled Salem China and JustAnswer came up as a possible resource to help me determine the approximate value of my items, I was very pleased. It took a little " getting to know you" with the process, but I finally got to an expert appraisor that was able to give me a very educated assessment of my Salem china. I had plenty of questions and wrong turns in my attempts to explain to the apprasor what I had and how to get photos of my china pieces to the appraisor so he could make an accurate appraisol. JustAnswer staff kept comiing back with responses to my many questions and ultimately completed their task, with a lot of patience on their part. I would recommend JustAnswer as a very trustworthy website to assist clumbsy newcomers like me.

I don't need to use the services of Just Answer very often but every time I ask for help all the information I require is given to me to satisfy my request in a very professional manner.
I had issues with installing my new wireless printer .... they were great ! Even contacted me the next morning to continue installing process... they didn’t give up until it was all done . Will definitely use them again if need be ??
I would recommend Just answer veterinary to everyone. They put me in touch with a vet when my dog got sick at 11 pm and it only cost a $1.00. Dr. Peter told me what to and my dog is better today. Thank you Dr. Peter.
Very helpful place-got answers to questions that I have alway wondered about and the (people) were very nice . BUT-when I tried to cancel my trial membership-OMG! at first I thought it was just a glitch in the system but everytime I pressed cancel membership-nothing happened then a screen with a pic. of a live person saying (How can I help) So typed in "Trying to cancel my trial membership" the reply was" Oops there seems to be a problem -let me get you someone to help then nothing"be -I did this 3 times-Then I thought better call to confirm so I dont get charged but it was 9:30PM-past working hrs.Ended up emailing them to cancel my membership and I was able to get a response of cancellation-but was pretty stressed by this point.Bottom line-I really liked the idea of being able to get questions answered-but cancelling was stressful.
First problem: didn’t get ANY answer to either of two questions on my major, name brand kitchen appliance — Not by ja’s first line team nor by the backup team both of which were clearly robots. I was “please be patient”-ed until the trial was up and I got ding’d for a monthly renewal of $28.
Second problem: cancelling the account was a circle-of-links fraud as has been pointed out repeatedly by other reviewers. Not until I completed three long rounds of rope-a-dope spanning a couple of days did I stumble on a phone number that processed the cancellation. And this was the first human and only with which I had contact.
