I called just ask last night since our furnace would not turn on correctly. We were leaving for a three day vacation, the temperature was supposed to get below zero and I could not make the furnace work. The technician who answered my call for help led me down into the basement crawlspace and stayed with me while I figured out how to follow his explicit directions to open up the furnace and find A little metal rod which I needed to take out and clean up and reinstall. He was very courteous and patient since I really did not know what I was doing. The miracle is, the furnace works perfectly.

I contacted the technician for a problem with my printer. He entered in my PC with a remote program and fixed everything. After 15 minutes, I could use my printer and scan my documents.

My question had several elements so I was not surprised it took a tad bit longer than 30 minutes. The response I received was equally as detailed as my question. I was surprised that only one clarification question was asked [included in the fee because you CAN converse back and forth until resolution] which enabled the professional to zero right in on my concerns.

For someone who isn't too computer literate, the instructions were written so that I could follow them. And after being driven crazy with my computer being in negative mode, my eyes were very tired. Would recommend this website for computer questions.
