great website excellent doctor very patience and friendly and helpful outstanding service.

My experience seems to be different from the other reviews I have read. I had a computer/printer issue that I needed to solve immediately. I was offered the chance to continue on line or having a one-on-one encounter for a fee. The fee was much more reasonable that I could have done locally and much faster (i.e. immediately). I first confirmed that if the problem was not solved, I would not be charged. The technician/representative quickly solved my problem. I thought about continuing the service and decided against it. I emailed the company to cancel my membership and got a response the same day that the membership was cancelled. The answer included the fact that I could continue to ask questions until my trial membership ran out. All in all, I am quite satisfied with Just Answer.

Was very knowledgeable. Patiently helped me to figure out the model of my washer and what might be wrong with it. Sent me the tech manual. When we finally figured out what to do next, he sent me links to the parts I might need.

I greatly appreciate the professional approach and answering my questions about finding the owner of the email. Thank you for the valuable information even though I am still not at the target, that is, the email owner.

I was very pleased with how quickly the tech was able to answer my question and solve my problem with their first suggestion.

Hope my account was charged only the $27.00 please confirm.

To date, this has been a way to get good answers to legal questions. Maybe not perfect or totally complete but informative and correct.

I just bought this TV... now they want $100 so I can watch Netflix and Hulu, which I already am members of.
Of course when you call you do not speak to an American...

What a bargain: With the latest update of ***Mail, I couldn't figure out how to edit my contact list. I tried google, then ***, with no luck. But *** got me over to you folks, and within a few minutes your guy got me the answer. Good to know you're there to help!

I had a MIDI problem with my MIDI keyboard. I tried "everything". I contacted JustAnswer and bingo - within hours my problem was solved. Stupid me for not thinking to throw a switch. But this saved me from going to the shop and an expensive "repair" bill!

I was very pleased wih the answer the attorney gave me. I knew the answer but I needed my answer validated by a trusted authority. I had one simple question and it was answered within a few minutes. So I did not even have a long convversation with he attorney.
This place is a great source of information. I did not even have to sign up to be a member. Once my question was answered I cancelled my membership.

My questions were answered correctly and quickly. However, the automatic membership where I would have been charged in some number of days (forgot the exact number). I had to make sure I cancelled the account before leaving the site. If it weren't for this sneaky thing I would have given the site a higher score.

Considering it was 330 am and limited information I received a response back in less than 10 minutes. May not have what I wanted to hear but I know how to tackle the situation head-on.

I needed electrical diagrams for my Ford car and did the $5 trial to see how that would work out.
Was very impressed with the patience of the Ford Tech, and he has sent me what diagrams he thinks the electrician helping me with my car problems would likely need.
I can see this "Advice Service" being very helpfull for people and intend to use it more in the near future.

Absolute rip-off. Guessing 99% zombie accounts. Real vampires with no value whatsoever.

After discussing the behavior of the judge at my previous trial, my opinion of the situation was confirmed. I got really good suggestions/direction on how to work on my de novo trial.

Additionally, we send out emails welcoming you to the membership and an email is sent before your trial is ending.

Per our terms of service that you agreed to when you enrolled in the membership, the membership payment is not eligible for a refund as stated in section 10, subheading "Refunds, Cancellations, Abuse and Special Programs" as follows;

Although your payment is not eligible for a refund under our terms of service, as a courtesy to you we have refunded the membership payment for you. The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy.

I used JUST ANSWER one time for $5.00. Without my knowledge they "enrolled me" in their "Membership" and I discovered it because there was a charge of $46 on my credit card. I called them to question this, and they said that I had "approved it" when I used the one question. I was not aware of this, and certainly would not have approved it. They say they will cancel my "membership" but that they won't refund the $46.00 already charged to my CC. I find this unacceptable. Please look into this for me. thank you so much.
