Received recommendation for care on my automobile. The Mechanic gave me timely information that I have used with a local garage. THANK YOU!!

Said business tried to charge $28.00 to my recently cancelled credit card number for a service that I did not seek or agree to in any way. I did not know anything about said business and my alleged involvement with it until my credit card company (Capital One) notified me of the attempted use of the wrong credit card number and that I should contact said business to give them the replacement card number to facilitate alleged intended transaction. I have not received any notification from said business indicating my supposed interaction with it for any purpose of any kind.

I am rejecting this response because: I am unaware of receiving any e-mail notifications of described membership, terms of said membership, or my alleged agreeing to that membership. At the site where I asked for said info/assistance, I rejected all attempts to levy charges for further assistance or attempts to get my agreement to accept such charges. The screen progressions reached a provider who claimed to have no control over such solicitations and that I was not obligated to give my consent to them.

Had you not accepted the trial and continued with the discounted question, you would have been charged full price for your Tax question. I am rejecting this response because: The only acceptance I am agreeing to at this point is the fact that I have received the appropriate refund of $28.00 as applied to my replacement credit card number. We may consider this matter closed. Thank for resolving this matter.

I started a trial on 8/8/2019. I thought I cancelled my membership before the trial was over. I was charged $53 for the period of 8/15/2019 to 9/14/2019. I then sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel my membership and did not want to be charged the pending $53. I received an email back and it stated my membership would be ending on 9/15/2019. I sent another email and stated that I cancelled my membership within the trial period and wanted to cancel my membership immediately. I then received another email from them stating that they had ensured my membership had been cancelled and my access was ending on 8/14/2019. During this time the $53 was still pending. From this communication I should be entitled to a refund for $53 for the period of 8/15/2019 through 9/14/2019. I was never refunded and the charged was charged to my card from a pending status it had been in on 8/15/2019. I am not sure how this does not constitute a refund for the period that I did not have access from 8/15/2019 to 9/14/2019. I have sent 2 additional emails for this refund and they send me a canned email stating their policy on cancelling during the trial. I cannot talk to a real person. It is a canned, robot answer each time. This business is not a legitimate business. I ask a 1 legal question during my trial and got a totally incorrect answer. I took the answer to a lawyer in person and he even stated the answer was so far off that he was concerned that I acted on the advice. Luckily I had not.

My 4 1/2 beagle mix ate some blue pellets that a neighbor put out to kill raccoons. This was by the way illegal. I found out that it caused bleeding. I called me Vet and they recommended that I call animal poison control. I placed the call and within a few minutes I had the treatment plan I needed. While I went to pick up the treatment a Veterinarian called and further explained what to do. The treatment worked and Buddy threw up about 4 undigested pellets. Buddy is fine and I am extremely grateful for the help.

I was hesitant to provide my payment info to an unknown website but I needed help and had no idea where to turn. it worked out great. My question was answered within minutes. I was suspicious about the $1 fee to initiate membership with them but was able to cancel membership within the time frame they allow before their automatic billing - much higher fee - occurred. Cancellation was done on their website and I did receive a confirmation that my membership was cancelled. I think JustAnswer is a great concept for those who have need.

I contacted the this business who advertises answers for questions asked regarding pets by licensed veterinarians in just minutes. I asked my question was then made to pay to have the questioned answered I paid that amount and was informed a vertinarian would email me with my result. I waited for the email finally received an email from a suppossed vet with a series of additonal questions they needed in order to fully answer my question and I needed to give my credit card information to purchase a membership with a monthly service fee that could be cancelled at any time prior to the trial period expiration. I did so, I answered the questions asked of me and waited again for a response. I received yet another email asking more questions. I am a very busy person and couldn't check every day but the next email I received was from the company saying my questions had been answered and case closed. I immediately did what they instructed for the cancellation of the membership trial yet on July 17, 2019 they deducted $36.00 from my account. When you try to find customer service it is hidden and robots man their home page asking you questions purely to solicit more more money. This site is a scam.

Very deceptive company, I don't understand how they would have a A+ rating. I only used the JustAnswer.com for one time medical question regarding dentistry. I was told that the membership will automatically become automatic after 7 days. Prior to that they said that I would be notified by email. The email never came. I called 2 days after my account was debited $46 monthly fee. I call to cancel after fighting on the phone for 15 minutes, I ended up losing $46. The monthly membership was cancelled but the $46.00 they stole from me was not retrieved. 3

I have been charged a $53 fee for justanswer services that I had never opted for.
This amount is huge for me and such unfair use of tactics to get money from users has been that biggest disappointment.

I used JustAnswer for a one-time question back in April 2019. I believe I then cancelled the membership as I had no other questions or issues for the service. But they have been billing my American Express card every month since then, at $28 per month, for a total to date of $112.

I have tried to cancel the account using their online system. They send you to an online chat service with what is clearly a robot, and when I try to cancel, they respond online: "I'll connect you with my supervisor, who can cancel your membership...
My supervisor will be with you in less than a minute. Thanks for your patience" But then they do not respond, the chat window stays open for 15 minutes or longer with no response, even to repeated requests from me in the chat window.

So JustAnswer is (1) unfairly charging me for service that I do not use and that I believe I cancelled, and (2) they provide no way to cancel my account using their online "customer service" system, instead taking my request and putting it into an unanswered chat service.

I used Justanswer*** to ask a legal question. It says it cost $5.00. I did not check the box to start a trial membership. My understanding I was only paying the $5.00. I then get $46.00 charged on my card for one moth of membership. I contacted customer service by phone requesting my $46.00 returned. They stated they could not the money as my 7 days trial was over so my membership was charged. I never signed up for a 7 day trial membership. Also their instructions never say that you must use a web browser or must use a desktop computer in order to cancel your membership. The cellphone app does not allow or have the options to cancel your membership.

I contacted the company to cancel a 7-day trial membership. Today is the 6th day. The company has used 2 reps to chat about why I'm cancelling the membership. When I have requested to cancel without giving further info, they have not replied to my request. I am concerned about being charged for a service tomorrow that I tried to cancel today.
