Simple and easy to use, quick response, helpful and reassuring.

I asked a question about a furnace and was connected to plumber! When I canceled my membership I was charged $1 for a question and $46 for membership! I tried calling their customer service and was told that they didn't charge me for membership!

We can confirm that you've not been charged more than $1.00 for the trial period and that your membership has been cancelled so that you will not see any charges in the future either.

I tried the service for the initial fee of $5. In subsequent e-mail, I was notified that I could take out a membership, but I declined to do so. Then, 3 months later, I was billed for a $34.00 membership. After reaching a representative of the company I was told she would cancel my membership (which I never took out), but she said she could not refund the $34 billed to my credit card.

As with any membership or subscription trial, if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged for your first month to avoid any disruption in service. Additionally, we send out emails welcoming you to the membership and an email is sent before your trial is ending.

Per our terms of service that you agreed to when you enrolled in the membership, the membership payment is not eligible for a refund as stated in section 10, subheading "Refunds, Cancellations, Abuse and Special Programs" as follows;

The company has stated that it will give me a full refund, and though it is not yet posted on my credit card, I realize it takes a few days to make such a credit. I had a computer problem, and it got solved in a timely manner and the guy was nice, so I'm happy.

I was fortunate to get expert Cadillac auto mechanic and teacher Roy to help me with a tricky fuel pump replacement project with me my 94 STS fuel pump project. The Cadillac dealer wanted $460 for the pump assembly which included the pump and wiring and hose and fuel strainer assembly so I bought one online for $67 and hired my Mobile Tech mechanic Scott to help me. Before Roy helped out Scott and I had located a video on line that showed how to cut an access port under the center of the back seat to avoid dropping the tank and the problems of exhaust pipes sometimes needing to be cut also. Scott and I stopped when we removed the old pump and noticed it had three active connectore on top compared to two for the new pump - with the center connector being in the correct position but without a wire going through it.

We phoned Roy and he told us how to just replace the pump in the old assembly step by step and how to cannabalize the new pump if the [new pump] design allowed. Meanwhile Scott had purchased another pump for $135 from Winchester Auto Parts and it two had only two connectors and was similar to the $76 pump. Roy also told us how to find the fuel pump relay by sending the correct wiring diagram - that I was not able to do online without significant effort. Unfortunately the new [two connector] pumps did not allow cannabalization but with the wiring Diagram Ron had sent and a close up comparison of the pinout of the electrical connector to determine that the new $76 connector had the exact same 2-1-2 pin out as the old male in the car so we decided to try to install the new $76 fuel pump which we were able to do after some collaboration on the sequence of doing so which we eventually figured out. so what had happened was that the aftermarket engineers had redesigned the pump from 3 to 2 connectors and made other improvements like moving the float to the other side of the pump and aligning the electrical connectors more accurately than with the original Cadillac design. Another point is that Cadillac finally put an "access port" under the back seat but it took them from 92-98 to do this. Ugh. Although I got disconnected once with Roy through the Just Answer call relay system, he contacted me and followed up with the information we needed. I will request Roy again without doubt and you are lucky to him working for Just Answer.

JustAnswer-Network saved my lively hood.

Have a Netgear CM1000 modem with a Netgear Nighthawk X10 router. Modem would not recognize router and give it an IP address. Needed to be reset and Netgear support, which totally sucks, instructions were wrong as to how to reset.

Messed with it all day following 'NetGear' inaccurate instructions. Called them and had my total network up and running within 1-1 1/2 hr.

Extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, patient.

Only mistake I made was not contacting them earlier!

I needed a quick answer from an attorney about a business question. I got a chat response and phone call immediately upon contacting Just Answer. Very happy with the service. :)

These folks are the real deal - timely, professional and effective. I would recommend them to anyone.

the people here are very professional and have a willingness to help you out in your time of need and they stick with you till the problem is solved. most people will not justanswer your question because they want to make money, but justanswer is different give it a try you won't be disappointed I promiss.

Excellent advice regarding my dog. The answers are always very thorough.

The system tricked me into asking for a phone conversation and then charged me $57. The information I obtained was good but not without me having to dig it out. He answered every question, but did nothing to anticipate the questions I would need answered in order to complete the process that he is the expert in.
I'd recommend it only if they fully understood not to get the phone call.

I am attempting to cancel within the 7 day window and I am running into stalling by customer service.

I needed to know whether my printer could be repaired. When I tried to find Canon USA Support, the Just Answer window popped up. My first complaint is that they interfere this way. I bit and asked my question on their chat window because I thought Canon was using them. Their webpage said I would be charged $1 for a trial membership and that I would be sent a notice before it turned into a permanent membership for which I would be billed. Nothing on the webpage mentioned the length of the trial or the cost of the full membership. I went back and forth with their 'expert', Justin Johnson, who went through a troubleshooting routine with me. When we got to the end of that, though I told him it didn't work, he simply signed off the chat!! I was then billed $39 for this session. My complaint is that he didn't stay with me until my question was answered or get someone else to help me. I called them and they refunded the $39 since they hadn't helped me but 7 days days later they billed my $46 for the monthly membership fee and won't rescind. At my request on their chat window, they cancelled my permanent membership, but made it effective after a month, and said that my account will then still be open on a pay to ask basis, despite my telling them specifically to cancel the account now. The customer service rep, Zyra G., signed off the chat before I could tell her I didn't want the month of service. I won't use their service again but am worried that they will charge me again. From the number of complaints, I see that many customers have these same problems with them. When will the Revdex.com condemn this company and actively warn customers about their shady business practices.

Had a blister on my finger that I asked Just Answer Expert. They come on like it' s free or minimal cost. Anyway the dermatologist asked for a picture of the blister. I logged off of the site after the dermatologist wanted some crazy $$$ for an answer. Since May I have been charged 46.00 a month by Just answer and received NOTHING.

Great value and fast replies. There is a good biz model here for consumers.
For a modest ($53/mo) fee, you have access to a group of experts including Doctors and Lawyers and it's on demand. Replies to my questions were rapid and thorough. The reception personnel connect you with a matchinh expert and then you message each other. If y ou want to speak its an upcharge around $50 I think. Still way below a personal consultation with follow-ups from a Lawyer or Doctor. Then there are the other experts.

Fast and a reassuring answer. Saved us an emergency trip to the vet, and trauma to my dog.

I had bought a used Cadillac. I had AAA out twice to replace battery within two days and they indicated neither the starter nor the alternator was the issue. I wanted to have an idea of what the issue was before I had my car pulled into the dealer. I had a diagnostic evaluation in less than an hour. I called for service gave them the information given to me. When tow truck driver came he basically confirmed what *** said. The only thing I could have wanted more than service I got would have been an estimation of the potential cost to repair.

Love this App. Saves me time from having to go to the Ver for a simple consultation that gets taken care of over the phone.

Quick feedback/answer. Detailed and courteous- This was a tenant / landlord question that was answered quickly, accurately and professionally.

I quickly got answers to my technical questions regarding my Maytag french door refrigerator freezer.
