My experience with the Opthalmologist was far more than expected, I was very concerned about the condition of my eyes very early in the morning, He asked for a picture and we talked and he was able to identify and answer my questions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great Experience, I have already shared with many friends and family.
I’ve only used Just answer twice: once for a car mechanic, just now for a vet. Each time wonderful helpful advice.

This man knows his stuff on weapons. Any one else can find out basic stuff on line ,i.e. condition blueing , finish. Tom knows all the stuff we don't think about, boxes ,papers , I basically knew the value of my weapon but there were a lot of factors I hadn't taken into account. This is well worth the minor price ! Do it ! You won't regret it.
My Parakeet was very ill, the vet helped me give him the best treatment in his last days. She also check with me the next day. She gave me great tips, I would use them again and again. Thank you!
Like many others, I fell into their classic "bait and switch" scheme. I paid $1 for their "free" week of support on a problem with my ethernet after a recent Windows 10 update. Their "expert" offered several suggestions over the next 6 days (most of which I already knew from my own research). When the "expert" was unable to help, he/she asked for a rating. On the 7th day, I solved the problem on my own and let the "expert" know what actually worked. Over the next several days, he/she continued to ask for a rating. On the 9th day, I said NO. Just a few days later, I received a bill for $46. I have asked twice for a refund and was denied twice. They are saying any "support" after the "free" week I will be billed continuously monthly until I stop it. So, I stopped it.
Great resource and accurate answers. Gave me peace of mind pertaining some legal issues.

New appliances in my kitchen! Happy woman - until the delivery men installed everything except my propane range. Called the company that sold me my appliances & they said, they didn't install the gas stoves. On the phone all day and even the propane people wouldn't install and they didn't carry the conversion kit I needed. But one of the business did give me the "Just Answer" phone # and *** answered and he got busy!! Found me a place from which I could (and did) order a conversion kit. He was very patient while listening for Model numbers from me and told me where to look for information on my stove. This took most of our time together. I was quite impressed with *** and I hope to deal with him if needed again. JustAnswer offered me a seven-day trial with them, but I've decided to not sign up for a monthly charge for using this site. However, I will use this fantastic site just when I need it and pay for each visit.

As with any membership or subscription trial, if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged for your first month to avoid any disruption in service. Additionally, we send out emails welcoming you to the membership and an email is sent before your trial is ending.
Per our terms of service that you agreed to when you enrolled in the membership, the membership payment is not eligible for a refund as stated in section 10, subheading "Refunds, Cancellations, Abuse and Special Programs" as follows;

The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy.

Company is a scam. No sooner did I push the send button, I got a response that I needed to chat with a lawyer for a 7-day free trial for $5 and agreed to a subscription fee, which I could cancel within 7 days. There's no way anyone could have read what I wrote so soon after I hit the send button. Waited on hold for 45 minutes for a lawyer. (Was told it would be 30 minutes.) Called my credit card company for refund and to block future subscription fees. Also called JustAnswer. THIS IS A SCAM. I give them less than a one-star rating. The company should be run out of business.
Well at first I thought i’d Never try it! Then I took the plunge thinking that 20 bucks is not that much to get an answer. So I logged in and asked my question, which I’m actually human and I wanted an answer right away, yet I just needed to be patient. I thought man they just burned me for twenty bucks, BUT little did I know that I was wrong. It was the next day and yes they answered all my questions, also fixing my car. I felt they were honest with me and I had to be completely honest with them! I’m a wanna be mechanic and I fix most things myself, yet if I ever get stumped again I will definitely use just answer again
