Excellent service. I was headed toward the right answer, but hit a snag. A furnace repair, that a repairman told me I needed a new furnace, etc. because the part was REAL EXPENSIVE. After checking the internet for parts/prices; his quote was way over. So, I wondered what else I didn't know. The HVAC tech was excellent. He confirmed my understanding and added to my knowledge of the situation, including trouble shooting other possibilities and how to do it. It was great. Well worth the time and the cost, which was a bargain. Very Happy with this service.
I'm having problems with a tenant. Barrister quickly understood my problem and told me exactly what to do in layman's language. Took less than 10 minutes. Glad I found Just Answer and will use again if needed.

He was pretty busy im thinking because it took almost an hour before he responded to my question and follpw up discussion took about 15 minutes each.
Explanation was wordy, although accurate.
April 16 paid $5 to ask questions on a trial basis. Asked questions all regarding same legal issue. When tried to ask more on April 20 they said my account had been closed but was put back as pay by question basis. Questions were still of same issue. April 30 (knew my trial was over) could pay $19 up to $46 for more questions. Paid $19 all relating to same issue. Went back today June 15, to ask same atty one last question about how long the firm had to make final judgement. Asked question – got sent to a sign-up for $5 trial put in info and was told to call 800 #. Went back to ask chat person why my question wasn't going through to attorney and she said she would send me to a place where I could ask the question. She returned me to the trial set up page and again it said to call 800# because they couldn't find my account. Got on phone with some woman who got my phone number, email acct and last four of my credit card I had previously used. Then she says my account was turned off April 20 but could pay $46 to join membership[ and ask questions till the cows came home with a doctor, lawyer, Indian Chief. Said no just need to ask one question which I had paid $19 for on April 30 regarding the same issue as I had already asked question about. She insisted she knew I only wanted to ask one question but that $46 would allow a membership so I could ask anything I wanted. I told her I refused to pay $46 for only one question but she kept saying this bull about being able ask any question of any of their professional resources. I told her "I FORBID YOU TO SIGN ME UP FOR ANYTHING. I FORBID YOU TO CHARGE ANYTHING TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR ANY SERVICE. I REFUSE TO BE CHARGED ANYTHING FOR ANY SERVICE. I AM REPORTING YOUR COMPANY FOR YOUR PREYING TACTICS (or something thereabouts regarding the reporting part). She still insisted that I should do this and I just told her "I.m done goodbye" and hung up on her.

I called the business 'Just Answer' to inquire about a charge against my bank Account. I have never used this service (that I can find evidence of in my or my wife's email account)! I will call the back Monday and tell them this is a fraud charge against our account! I call the business tonight and waited over 30 minutes, then left a message with my name and telephone number. 2 hours, nothing! This is a rip off business and should be shut down! How in the world they got my account is beyond me and to charge me 33.00 as a membership fee, I would never do that on a fix budget.

I had a problem with my copier. *** gave me several things to do to solve the problem. He determined that it was a hardware problem, so he gave me the Customer Support number for my copier. He was right. It is now working. Thank you, ***!

Excellent service! I have used Just answer many times. I have used it for Auto repair and need appliance repair. I would recommend this service if you are handy. I haven't used this service for legal help but I will if I have the need. Great service at a reasonable cost.
I'm trying help my adult nephew apply for disability which should have been done along time ago. I had just a couple of basic questions to make sure I'm headed in the right direction. I found them to be very fair as I had signed up for a $5.00 trial for 7 days and the first lawyer I was matched to didn't live in the same state and didn't know enough about the state I was asking about , so couldn't really answer my question. What was cool is they gave me an option for a second opinion and got the answer I was hoping for. The lawyer not only answered my question but was very quick and sent links and instructions to what I was wanting to do correctly. I loved him he was so helpful. I would definitely hire him if I ever needed one. I would give him a 100 star rating .

Was not told I would be charged a membership fee, was found on my bank statement. Promptly logged in and cancelled the membership. Called JustAnswer today and first representative said they could give me a refund but needed the last 4 of my banking information. Returned call to provide this information and was told I could not get a refund.

I was billed 46.00 on May 21 , 2019 for a monthly membership I did not agree to . I let the representative know on May 14 , 2019 that I would not be enrolling and she told me no problem , no charge . I was charged anyway !!!
Spoke to *** in the Phillipines on June 14 , 2019 who told me they were NOT going to refund me my 46.00 which is all I asked for .
