Review: Subpar wall preparation prior to installation/application of lifetime Dream Coat to my house.

original project#XXXXXXXX completion date: 10/08/2009. There was a repair, on 11/01/2011, of failing/bubbling Dream Coat due to application of inferior putty/filler to lower south facing walls. I have found dry rot and holes in a second level "pony" wall resulting from (same) improper preparation of surface of south facing second level (pony) wall which was undetected during last repair. This damage is only visible from lower roof top which is why it was never detected last year when K-Designer crew came to repair the application of inferior putty/filler of siding damage on ground level. This newly discovered spot (i have photos) appears to be yet another example of inferior preparation prior to application/installation of Dream Coat with LIFETIME WARRANTY to my house at [redacted] St, [redacted] CA.Desired Settlement: onsite repair of damaged wall and any underlying structural damage due to water exposure and recoating with Dream Coat with promised lifetime warranty.

Final Consumer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

They replaced siding in other areas both times they have visited my house to apply (lifetime) Dream Coat. We all know Dream Coat applied to an unstable surface is has a limited useful life. I know they know this because their initial sales pitch included a description of the amazingly permanent properties of some kind of special putty/filler that would be applied to areas that needed it before application of the (equally amazing) Dream Coat. They have admitted this unsatisfactory siding was repaired in an unsatisfactory way with substitute putty/filler of questionable durability. This was done without notifying me anything was wrong with the siding in question. Now they want me to replace the unstable siding on my house before they will re-apply Dream Coat. Why didn't it get replaced one of the other two times they visited my house like the other bad siding they did replace? Why wasn't I notified?

Final Business Response

email sent to: Mr. [redacted] 11/8/2013

[redacted],

I've spoken to our VP of Production as well as our CEO [redacted] with respect to your project.

Mr [redacted] has authorized the replacement of the deteriorated siding in the areas depicted in the photograph's you've provided. The replacement is being offered as a good will gesture rather than a repair we're responsible to make. Also, once the siding has been removed it may become apparent that roofing and/or flashing may need to be replaced. If this additional work is required we will show you where the problem is located and any such work would be your responsibility to repair/replace. We would then wait for you to make the needed repairs, then finish installing the new siding and apply the America's DreamCoat.

Please reply or call me at your earliest convenience for scheduling if you would like us to handle the siding replacement for you.

Best regards,

Review: SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

This company called me 3 times today and did not leave a number, the third time I answered and was greeted with a sales pitch that we had been selected to receive a free home consultation. I am on the Do not call registry and my wife does siding and roofing! What does a sales pitch have to do with a charity?Desired Settlement: To stop being scam artists. You are not a charity, stop using that as a way around the DNC list!

Dear [redacted]

We apologize for any inconvenience our marketing program may have caused you, and have placed your phone Number on our internal "Do Not Call" list.

Mr. [redacted], K-Designers is a registered third party solicitor for Building Youth Around the world. We are also registered with the state's attorney general as a charitable solicitor giving us the ability to call on behalf and in partnership with a Charity. However, we do not wish to call people who are not interested in the opportunities we have to offer. And we again apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

We believe by partnering with this wonderful organization we can do some good. We apologize again for any inconvenience. Now that we have removed your phone number from our list you should not receive any more communication from K-Designers in the future. However, if you do please do not hesitate to call me so I may review the situation and resolve it immediately.

Review: Trying to get a Senior Citizen to do remodeling to their home.

This complaint is regarding my mom. A sales rep came to her home to talk about remodeling. The rep stated that they could only contact one home owner in each town and she house was the one that was picked. My mother is 92 years old. She doesn't need to remodel and that rep should know better. Let someone take advantage of his mother and what would he do. Not only that the FIRST rep gave she a quote AND THEN a second rep showed up and gave her a higher quote and she gave one of these reps a check for $100.00. She did say the check was returned and we have not seen it go though her bank. MY MOTHER DOES NOT NEED TO REMODEL HER HOME. If she is on a call list, TAKE HER OFF. DO NOT CONTACT HER AGAIN.Desired Settlement: Do not contact her.

Business

Response:

Business' Initial Response

We do not place homeowners on our internal Do Not Call List when the request is from a third party. We are careful when we contact senior homeowners to be sure that they are fully aware of making good decisions for themselves. Along with our conversations with them one of the standards used in making that determination is that they live alone with no other family member or caregiver.

We find that many senior homeowners want to remodel their home and finish their years in a more comfortable or enjoyable environment. Your mother has not requested to us to remove her telephone number from our internal calling list. If she made that request herself, then we would honor her request.

In researching this matter, we have found that all of our employees have followed our policies and procedures. If you have any other questions, you may contact me at (XXX) XXX-XXXX or

Consumer's Final Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

Below is my response to Mr. Judson.

Mr. Judson,

I was not going to respond to your message but you have made me angry.

This is what you stated "We are careful when we contact senior homeowners to be sure that they are fully aware of making good decisions for themselves. Along with our conversations with them one of the standards used in making that determination is that they live alone with no other family member or caregiver." I find this completely believable because if they are alone, your reps can talk them into anything!

Then on top of making that statement, you say "We find that many senior homeowners want to remodel their home and finish their years in a more confortable or enjoyable environment," AND HAVE TO PAY YOUR COMPANY, probably $12,000 to $14,000 to get something done that doesn't need to be done. That statement also tells me that you prey on seniors. Shame on you!

Then you say "In researching this matter, we have found that all of our employees have followed our policies and procedures." They sure did - finding out that she lived alone and didn't have a caregiver and taking advantage of that.

Nice job Mr. Judson!

TELL YOUR COMPANY IN OMAHA TO STAY AWAY FROM AND DO NOT CALL MY MOTHER.

Business' Final Response

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

We apologize for any inconvenience you feel you may have experienced. As I have previously stated, you can have your mother call us to request her phone number be removed from our calling list and we will honor her request.

If you should have any further questions, please feel free to call me @ XXX-XXX-XXXX or [redacted]@k-designers.com.

Review: KDesigners has failed to refund our "paperwork processing fee". We have been trying since Jan 2011.

We signed a contract with K-Designers to prepare/replace, install, caulk and seal all windows in our townhome on Dec. 23, 2010. We paid $100.00 (check #3112/TCF Bank) for the "paperwork processing fee". On this receipt, it states, "In the event that project financing is required and unavailable, the processing fee will be refunded". That same day, we faxed the appropriate paperwork to the company to receive financing. This financing was denied and we called on Jan 23, 2011 inquiring about our refund. We were told by the receptionist, Jennifer, that Mark Whiting (head of financing)would return our call, which never happened. We then called again in June, were told we would get a return call and a refund. We have yet to receive a return phone call nor a refund. We have called both numbers (1.800.530.5931 and 303.231.0044) several times this year and the answering machines say they are full and we are unable to leave a message or get through. Desired Settlement: At the very least we expect our $100.00 processing fee refunded.

Mr. Judson spoke with Ms. Line-Trinh on August 14, and she indicated that she was still interested in a window purchase, so Mr. Judson made her an offer on a window purchase. She would get back to him, if she was interested further.

Review: A K Design salesman came to the home of Mr [redacted] to sell new windows. Mr [redacted] had recently purched and had windows installed years (APPROX. 5-7) PRIOR AND DID NOT NEED NEW WINDOWS .. the company high pressured Mr [redacted], came into his home measured for new window. Quoiting him a cost of 18,000-21,000. K Design came to deliver windows to his garage, Mr [redacted] declined delivery. K Design has now billed him 2682.25 + 100 for no service rendered.Desired Settlement: A case of high pressure and taking advantage of the elderly Dismiss billing, NO CHARGES.

Business

Response:

We researched together the information from [redacted] our Branch Manager in Portland Branch who is famillar with this customer. Our customer Mr. [redacted] had broken window seals on his existing window in addition to many other problems to his approximately 10 year old windows when he asked us to give him and estimate for new windows. He wanted to get new windows and signed an agreement with us. We met with him and spoke with him 3 times before our installers arrived with our new custom made windows and he was very coherent each time. When we arrived to install our new custom made windows his neighbor Mr. [redacted] stopped our installer from installing the windows. Our manager [redacted] spoke to Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] and agreed to cancel the agreement and accept $2,782.25 as a cancellation fee. He paid us that amount and both parties agreed to close this issue. All of the new windows are in our warhouse in Portland and we are unable to install them in any other home because they were custom made for Mr. [redacted]'s home. We feel that we have been very fair with Mr. [redacted] eventhough we could have asked for even more recovery expense. No one at K-Designers has spoken to the person who filed this complaint, [redacted]. If there is any other questions please don't hesitate to let us know.

Review: Advertising cold calls to a business phone. Web searches reveal that this business is a *frequent* offender in violation of the National Do-Not-Call list, which they apparently don't pay any attention thereto. [redacted] lists 5 pages of complaints about this business' cold calling practices, with no satisfactory resolutions.Desired Settlement: Respect the National DNC list, and *use* it. Don't make unsolicited sales phone calls or other phone spam.

Business

Response:

Company states: We will need the customer's phone number to add them to the "do not call list".

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

They're violators of the National DNC list and they know it.

The previously mentioned list in my complaint of people receiving unsolicited calls from their autodialers have clearly established their lack of ethics.

Calling [redacted] phone numbers indicates usage of autodialers, a sleazy telemarketing practice.

Review: When removing the sash to clean it, the frame of the window literally fell apart in my hands causing the window to fall onto my foot. I was moving it roughly one foot - from the window to the floor. When I called K Designers, I was initially told this would covered by the lifetime warranty and someone would call to set up an appointment to have one of their people come out and assess the issues. No call. No appointment. I called back and was told the first person told me bad information and a different person would call within a week. No call within 2 weeks. I called again and was not able to get through to a live person. I left several messages over the course of a week, calling almost daily. No return call. I finally started pressing every button I could and got through to someone who assured me customer service would call me back within a couple of hours. It took him 3 days. When I finally had customer service on the phone, he told me the closest person they had was in Draper, Utah and I would have to pay for the assessment of the window as well as for the serviceman's travel to and from Idaho. After explaining exactly what happened, I asked if this was something covered by their warranty or not. He was not able to answer, but said I could pay the hundreds of dollars to have someone from Draper come look at it and see. I asked a time frame for how long it would take to replace if it was covered under warranty. he was unable to answer. Their help was worthless and in the end, my husband and I didn't have hundreds of dollars to waste on an assessment. Winter is coming and if the windows are guaranteed, it'd be nice if they were actually guaranteed to be replaced when the frame around the sash breaks when touched.Desired Settlement: I want a new sash for my window. A replacement of the broken one. Free of charge, naturally, as should be the case with a guaranteed/warrantied window.

Business

Response:

We're reviewed the specifics involved in this project and discovered the following:

1. [redacted] purchased the property at [redacted], from one of our previous customers. Mr and Mrs [redacted].

2. The [redacted]'s purchased windows from K-Designers Approximately 13 years ago in August 2001.

3. A window package that included a lifetime limited warranty, that included a prevision to transfer some of the terms of the warranty to the new owner if the original purchaser sold their home AND completed a written request to transfer certain terms of the warranty for a fee

4. Regardless of any potential warranty transfer, the glass breakage of the warranty applies only to non tempered glass that becomes broken while in the frame rather than dropping a sash that has been removed from the frame.

5. K-Designers previously offered to supply replacement glass or glass plus delivery plus installation at a reduced rate.

6. Although this event clearly falls outside of the warranty (that may or may not be in effect) K-Designers will provide replacement glass for this loss, only as a goodwill gesture for customer satisfaction. Any future warranty claims will require the customer follows the terms of their written warranty by contacting the manufacturer.

Thank You,

K-Designers

Review: We received a call from K Designers and I have to say it was the most rude and unprofessional sales call I've ever received. When she first started telling me the reason why she called, I politely told her we're not interested and thanked her for her call. She ignored what I said and continued with her sales pitch. I repeated twice, she ignored again and again. I reminded her our no. is on the Do Not Call Registry and her response, 'well, we are registered with the state attorney office'. I again told her that I am not interested, and she responded, 'So I'll go ahead and put you down for 4pm next Saturday.' Imagine my frustration at that point. I questioned, 'are you not listening to me?' and she said, 'I think you should stick with this appointment because it's good for you.' Oh my god! By then I was furious and had to finally hang up. How can this company have a A+ rating while they are harassing people like this? It's ridiculous. I think the management encourages such behavior because other people have had similar experience and clearly it's still continuing. K Designers - Shame on you.Desired Settlement: Apology from the management for the rude and unprofessional behavior of their sales rep., disciplinary action against her, fix their sales dept., and a promise to not call me or other people that are registered on Do Not Call.

Review: I keep receiving phone calls from this company day and night, several times a day even though I am on the Do-Not-Call-List.

Representatives from this company continue to call even though I have requested numerous times to be removed from their calling list. Calls come in several times a day. Tonight I received a call at 8:15 pm! When I answer the phone, the caller either hangs up or there appear to be children playing on the other line. Possibly, their sales calls are handled from overseas as they do not appear to even respect normal business hours. All in all, one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. K-Designers would be last on MY list to purchase a product from. Desired Settlement: I want the calling to stop, it is harrassment.

Review: We purchased 4 windows from k-designers with a Lifetime Guarentee. This was the selling point from the saleman. These windows were not cheap and they were the BEST EVER. Maybe for the first few years but then the seal went out on one set and it took a year to get them replaced. Since that replacement over a year ago two more windows have done the same thing. I reported this 1-4-12. Was told that they would come out and measure windowswhenever they were in the area. I waited 3 months with no response. I have made 17 calls to this CO with messages left on voicemail or with the secretary who apparently has no better pull in getting calls returned. The manager has given me these explanations when I have actually spoken to him. l. Yes, we have had trouble with Traco windows and they were good in their day, but they do not make them anymore so will have to see what Tracowill give us to do this. Maybe we will have to replace them all.2. No, we will just replace the ones that are bad now. Have crews in Minotwill get back to you. 3. [redacted] says send a fax with what another co will replace them for. Did that and Manager called right away and said we cannot do that. 4. Will get windows ordered and have crew in Harvey take care of it. 5. Will call MINN branch and see if they can do it. 6. Will order windows and have crew in Minot do it. How many times do you have to order the windows? I have been told lie after lie from these people just to appease me and get me off their back. Why are they allowed to do business in the state. If I had access to the internet and read the reviews from people who do business with them and their complaints, theywouldn't have gotten THAT FOOT IN THE DOOR. I never dreamed that I would have to replace windows this soon. I have replaced the rest of the windows in my house from some local and have had NO problems with them. People buy local, even if it costs more, at least you have someone you can deal with FACE TO FACE. I would never do business with this company again

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

I want the windows replaced as soon as possible since I have already waited almost a year for it to be done. If that is not possible then send me the $1400.00 it will cost to have another company do it.

Review: K Designers installed new windows and blinds in my 84 year old Mother's home in [redacted] . The bid was given in May, the work was started in June and completed in August. We asked the company to provide her with an itemization of window cost, blind cost, labor and travel cost. On behalf of my mother, I started making the request for the itemized statement in late August. I made weekly calls throughout September with the promise that I would receive the statement. I visited with the Production Manager [redacted], the installer [redacted], and the boss [redacted]. All promised they would send the requested invoice. Nothing has arrived after repeated calls. Review: This company keeps calling me at all hours of the day & night, waking me up. I have chronic health issues & desperately need my rest. Each time I try to tell them that we are on the National "Do-Not-Call" list, then they promptly reply with a rather scripted response that, "They are allowed to call whomever they choose since the US Attorney General's Office is fully aware of who they are. AND...because they are considered a CHARITY organization" (Huh?) So, I politely ask them to please remove me from their list & NEVER call me again. However, they not only keep giving me more excuses as to WHY they are legally allowed to keep calling me, but they persist in calling me anyway! Their website has them listed as an "A+" Revdex.com member site. If you do a quick web search of their phone number you will see that they are spam-calling everyone, and asking for private information. PLEASE help to do something about this company. ###-###-#### is the phone number that keeps harassing me.Desired Settlement: Please either banish them from the Revdex.com (Have them remove it from their site since they do NOT uphold your standards), and if at all possible...please forward to the proper authorities for the DO-NOT-CALL registry, or whomever else can assist with SPAM calling.

EMAIL RESPONSE TO Mr. [redacted], April 30,2013.

Mr. [redacted],

Our Call Center manager, [redacted], sent you an email on Monday, April 29th to let you know that we have put your phone number on our Do Not Call list.

In that email he explained that we are licensed by this State of California to call on behalf of the charity - Building Youth Around the World. We also have the ability to listen to all our calls as they are automatically recorded.

When listening to the call we discovered that the call lasted only 42 seconds. Our representative followed our script exactly. She was polite and tried twice to explain to you about our connection with Building Youth Around the World, and you raised your voice twice at her and then abruptly ended the conversation.

Immediately when the call ended, she followed our standard procedures and placed that phone number on K-Designers internal Do Not Call list.

Consumer's Final Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

The response does not address the issue at hand, that their employee was rude, continued to talk over me when I tried to speak, and that the company was trying to sell me home improvement services.

Business' Final Response

We listened to the call and our caller was not rude. We have taken you off our calling list, and apologize for any inconvenience.

Review: I was ignored and hung up on when I asked to be removed from their call list.

I was contacted at roughly 4pm on 2/23/13 on my home phone. I politely asked to be removed from the call list and I was hung up on and not given a response. I tracked down their website and attempted to call sales and service immediately after and could not get through.Desired Settlement: I want their Revdex.com rating to significantly go down. They claim a high Revdex.com rating and they have telemarketing practices that are unethical and potentially illegal. The # owner has the right to remove themselves from telemarketing lists. Review: This was a high-pressure sale late at night. We were also threatened with a law suit upon cancellation.

[redacted] was the sales rep. He stayed at pur house from 5:30 pm to midnight. We asked if we could have a few days to think about it and get some other estimates, but he wasn't leaving without our signature on the "contract", the terms of which were not fully explained. He also knew we were leaving in a few days for vacation and would not be able to get estimates until we got back. When we got back, we got some other estimates and decided to cancel the project until further notice. I immediately called EnerBank and asked them to close my loan acct, which they did. My husband then called that same morning to cancel the project. He talked to [redacted], the sales mgr, who referred him to the admin. asst., [redacted]. She was very nice, said she had filed a cancellation order, and that someone would be calling from corporate, but the order was cancelled, no problem. Late that night, [redacted] left me a msg. that "the truck is loaded-up and they will be ther tomorrow to get started.". I called him back to inform him that the project had been cancelled. He said,"I can't take cancellation orders over the phone, you'll have to call the office in the morning." I said I already had, and he said it hadn't. So, I called the next morning, talked to [redacted] again, who said,"I filed the cancellation order yesterday.". I asked her to check just to make sure, and she transferred me to [redacted], who said no cancellation order had been received, and the crew may already be on their way to my house. He said that since I didn't cancel within three days, I was obligated to do the project or pay a 25% fee for canceling. He said he would have the legal dept. call me in a few days, but he couldn't keep people from coming over to my house to start this project. Then he threatened to hang-up on me. I again asked him to assure me that the project would be cancelled. He would not give me an answer and threatened to hang-up again. I said I didn't think it was proper to hang-pu on a customer, especially since I have done business with them in the past and may do so in the future, just not right now. He then hung-up on me. The total amt. for the project was to be $7561.77, but I have withdrawn the loan application, so have not paid them anything, just wasted a lot of time, been lied to, badgered, treated rudely and been hung-up on by a business with whom I am now a former customer.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop threatening me with legal action. I also want an apology from [redacted] and an assurance that they will not bother us again. Also, an admission that they lied to me would be nice.

Review: I ordered a patio door at the end of August, door was set to be installed in September was rescheduled due to installer having a family emergency, door came in October was 3 inches to small so I refused. Here it is the middle of December installer was supposed to come on the 6th and install door, but nothing no phone call to cancel. If you call there office no one answers. In the meantime they have a hold on my credit card, not to mention but they pulled my credit twice to do this because I didn't have there wells fargo card. training issue in billing/finance. Not to mention but I have figured out that 3,000 is a lot of money for a door since I found a nice one with blinds in it for 1800.00. Just think that the public should be aware of businesses that don't follow thru-with contracts.Desired Settlement: release my credit card and cancel contract unless you do it for less.

Business

Response:

We did have to re-order the door as it was too small. The new door came in at the beginning of November. We scheduled an appointment to do the instal and the customer cancelled the day before the instal. We have been calling her since and she will not return our phone calls. We called her and emailed her yesterday, again with no response. If you can get in contact with her and have her call us back, we would love to do the instal.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:I called to cancel a week before due to a family emergency in another state. Nobody answered business phone so I sent corporate an email and someone finally called me a day before. Extremely unprofessional company. I have no messages on my phone from them, if they are calling my office phone I'm never there.

Business

Response:

I have attached a signed completion certificate signed by our customer. All issues have been addressed. We are still waiting for their screen door to come in. The estimated delivery date of the screen door is December 23, 2014. Once the screen door has been installed we will inform you of the completion.

Review: This business calls me and will not remove me from their calling list. I have requested that several times and they have not complied.Desired Settlement: I want them to remove me from their contact list and I do not want to ever hear from them again.

Review: Having problems with repairs being completed and poor installation practices

Have had a lot of problems with K-Designers since 1995 when siding was installed. Siding is wavy and warped, wires to our doorbell were cut and was not repaired. The window screens caulked shut. In May we had issues with warping--an agent came, said someone would fix the problem--never did. After returning service & repair agreement in May 2013, we are still waiting to get repairs done. In July an appointment was made with a [redacted] to get issued settled and he never showed up. We are still waiting to get this siding repaired.Desired Settlement: For the repairs to get done

Initial Business Response

We are going to the customers home on Thursday, November 14, and will report back to Revdex.com when completed.

Thank you.

Final Consumer Response

The original siding was installed in 1995, however, new siding had to be installed in November of 2011, because of warping, and also they did not carry the same color of our siding any longer. As I mentioned in my previous rebuttal, I provided k-Designers with pictures of insulation where it showed black mold. I believe that this could cause severe health issues. It was also installed incorrectly. The siding was fastened with screws preventing it from expanding and contracting properly. The siding does not line up from one wall to the other. Many other issues need to be resolved. I am very disappointed with K-Designers and will not recommend them to anyone. I have asked [redacted], (field supervisor from Denver, Co) to come and inspect the work, and is scheduled to come on December 10, 2013. [redacted]

Final Business Response

We've completed all the repairs on the [redacted] home. The original project was done in 1995. 18 years have since past and we have no legal responsibility to provide any repairs to the homeowner. However, in the interest of customer relations, we provided the service to resolve the Revdex.com complaint. The homeowner still has concerns about the future longevity of the work performed. K-Designers remains confident that the areas serviced have met industry standards. In addition, we firmly believe we have acted in good faith to resolve the homeowners concerns. Should any material defects occur in the future, we will defer the homeowner to the manufacturer.

Review: In Dec of 09 I bought windows & storm door. I started having problems (door) in Sept. of 10. After numerous calls they came out in Dec of 12. Didn't have what they needed to fix the storm door with them, said they would be back. I have been calling at least once a week since then. Twice they set dates to come out and didn't show. Over the past few months they changed to a service charge if they come out. I refused to pay because that wasn't in effect when the problem started. Now they say the warranty is off and there's nothing they can do for me. They strung me along all this time for nothing. Some of the calls I made to them they was just plain rude.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Fix it or new door. At this time the door doesn't even latch. Please get to the bottom this. I don't like getting jacked around the way they did me.

Initial Business Response

We have no legal obligation to continue to perform service work, at no charge, on Ms. [redacted]'s storm door. However, in the interest of customer relations, we are prepared to install a new storm door at no charge. Ms. [redacted] runs a day care facility and the storm door gets considerable abuse. The warranty has long since expired and we have performed several service calls on the storm door in the past at no charge. We will be having Ms. [redacted] sign an acknowledgement that in the event there are any more issues with the storm door in the future, she will be responsible for the applicable service charge and/or replacement cost.

Final Consumer Response

Dear Sirs,

K-Designers put a new storm door on, so the problem is resolved.

Review: Company Called and Called and would not take my number off their list. Very aggressive sales person. Would not let me get a word in.

Call came in for some advertising. Told the operator I was not interested. They persisted that I make an appointment. I said NO. They continued to ask when I was available for an appointment. I said NO. Then they asked again and again for an appointment. I had to repeat my self 20 times to ask for a supervisor. The person who joined the call was just as rude. They even persisted that I set an appointment for this company. Desired Settlement: I want to be taken off this list and never want to be contacted by this company.
